The Committee Representing Pyidaungsu Hluttaw (CRPH) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, National Unity Government, had a meeting

The meeting between the Committee Representing Pyidaungsu Hluttaw (CRPH) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, National Unity Government, was held on September 9, 2022, at 19:00 in the evening.

At the meeting, after U Aung Kyi Nyunt, Chairman of the Committee Representing Pyidaungsu Hluttaw (CRPH), gave an opening speech, Daw Zin Mar Aung, the Union Minister of Foreign Affairs, explained the diplomatic relations between ASEAN countries in the region, international dialogues, the current processes and issues that need to be worked on to balance the speed of the revolution.

After that, the attending members of parliament discussed and made suggestions. And then, the affairs committee presented and discussed the activities of the committees, and the attendees made suggestions.

The meeting was attended by the chairman, secretaries, and members of CRPH, the chairmen and secretaries of the affairs committees, and Daw Zin Mar Aung, the Union Minister of Foreign Affairs.

 

NUG Foreign Minister Daw Zin Mar Aung met German Minister for State Dr. Tobias Lindner virtually

The Union Minister for Foreign Affairs of NUG, Daw Zin Mar Aung, met Dr. Tobias Lindner, German Minister for State at the Federal Foreign Office, virtually on September 8.

During the meeting, the German Minister for State at the Federal Foreign Office said that the German government will continue to support the National Unity Government of Myanmar (NUG) as the voice of the democratic aspirations of Myanmar’s people.

The Union Minister Daw Zin Mar Aung also discussed the opportunities to strengthen bilateral relations and ways the German government can continue to support efforts to restore peace, stability, and democracy in Myanmar.

 

People are can support ethnic organizations by purchasing NUG Bonds

On September 10, the Union Minister of Planning, Finance and Investment of NUG, U Tin Tun Naing, posted on social media.

“The National Unity Government (NUG), formed with the support of the people, is working together with ethnic organizations (EROs and EAOs) to end the dictatorship and establish a federal democratic union. If all the Union-born ethnic groups were united, and if they were full of strength, then the fascist military dictatorship could definitely be put to an end. Therefore, the people can contribute to the support of ethnic organizations, to local defense expenses, and to the security of ethnic public life by purchasing NUG Bonds,” Union Minister U Tin Tun Naing said.

At present, the ethnic organizations (EROs and EAOs) are selling NUG bonds to raise funds for their local revolutionary groups, such as the Kachin Political Interim Coordination Team (KPICT) for the Kachin spring revolution forces; the Interim Chin National Consultative Council (ICNCC) for Chin revolutionary groups; the Pa-O National Federal Council (PNFC) for Pa-O revolutionary groups; and the Karenni National Progressive Party (KNPP) for Karenni revolutionary groups.

 

A military fighter jet carried out air strikes near Blatto Village, where the Cobra Column was providing security

The Cobra Column said that the military council twice used a fighter jet to bomb the area at 0:40 a.m. on the morning of September 10.

“A fighter jet from Hmawbi Air Base of the terrorist military council bombed an area near Blatto Village where the Cobra Column was providing security twice at around 0:40 a.m. this morning (September 10),” the Cobra Column said.

A Cobra comrade was injured in the air attack.

 

The terrorist military burned and destroyed Miphaya Village in Yesagyo Township

According to the People Defense Force Yay Lal Kyun (YLK PDF), the village was destroyed in an arson attack at around10:00 a.m. on September 10.

“This morning, the military council troops set Miphaya Village on fire again,” said the People Defense Force Yay Lal Kyun (YLK PDF).

In Yesagyo Township, Magway Division, the military council troops are divided into three columns and have been burning down villages since September 5.

At present, more than 30,000 civilian houses have been destroyed by arson attacks by military council troops across the country.

 

The warden of Monywa prison was arrested on the Monywa-Thazi road

On September 9, the Fight for People (FFP), a local people’s defense force in Sagaing Division, confirmed that the Chief Jailor/Deputy Supervisor Myo Nyunt Aung was arrested on the Monywa-Thazi road.

“On September 9, we arrested Myo Nyut Aung, Chief jailor/Deputy supervisor from the Prison Supervising Team, who visited the new prison under construction in Thazi Village, Monywa Township, on the Monywa-Thazi road,” said the FFP defense force.

At present, it is reported that he is well maintained.

 

The signatures collected to reclaim one billion US dollars will be sent to the President of the United States

Sayadaw Ashin Zawana, who led the Democracy Road Trip for Burma, told radio NUG that the signatures, collected for the reclaim of 1 billion UD dollars of Myanmar funds held in the United States, will be sent to the President of the United States.

The Democracy Road Trip for Burma is a trip led by Myanmar activists who support the National Unity Government in the United States and have traveled to 30 states and more than 100 cities where the people of Myanmar live.
