Monday’s issue of Alin Tan (Ray of Light) journal carried the above news that an association of literature lovers went to Mandalay and presented its award to this year winner. Similarly, in 2009, that group traveled to Yangon and awarded the prizes with ceremony to the editor team of Atwey Amyin (Thought and Opinion) magazine, and the writer Ju, who both were the winners for that year’s award.
