In the incident of violence in Wun Gyi village, 7 villagers were arrested and killed, and two boys under the age of 18 were involved
On September 13, the Ministry of Human Rights of the National Unity Government released a statement regarding the incident of violence in Wun Gyi village.
The statement said, “In the incident of violence in Wun Gyi village, 7 villagers were arrested and killed, and two boys under the age of 18 were involved.”
According to the statement, it has been confirmed that the perpetrators of the killing and violence are soldiers from the No. 8 Shwebo Training Corps of the Terrorist Military Council (SAC).
The details of the incident are that, at 6:00 a.m. on August 14, after the victims were arrested at the military council’s checkpoint near the entrance of Shwebo, they were taken to the interrogation center, killed, and dumped on the Shwebo-Myikyina road.
The NUG Deputy Minister of Education, Ja Htoi Pan, says that the Grade 11 examination question forms were developed in collaboration with the Ministry of Communications to prevent cheating
Ja Htoi Pan, Deputy Minister of Education, said that the Grade 11 examination would be held soon, and it was made to be able to take the exam virtually at the home.
The deputy minister said, “The students will be able to take the exam online at home at any time. But it is made so that students are unable to cheat. Even if two friends sit together and take the exam, the exam questions will not be the same. Only the student who had studied will be able to answer the questions.”
Moreover, the Ministry of Education has already prepared for the physical examination, the deputy minister said.

U Kyaw Zaw, the spokesperson of the President’s Office of the National Unity Government, said at the revolutionary talk in September.
He said, “The revolution, which we all started from zero, has now reduced the military’s ability to control only 22 percent of Myanmar. We are able to do it because of the strength of the people. The government has no budget, people provide financial support. It is because of the strength, courage, and unrelenting perseverance of the people.”

This morning, the junta’s troops entered Pepyittaw Village in Budalin Township and burned it down
The IDPs supporting team in Depeyin Township said that the junta troops burned down the village on September 12, at 6:00 a.m.
At around 4 o’clock this morning, about 50 junta soldiers from Budalin, marching along the Saipyin-Monywa road north of Budalin, entered Pepyittaw Village and violently destroyed it at around 6:30 p.m, said the Depeyin IDPs supporting team.
The Depeyin IDPs supporting team also requested the public not to use the Saipyin-Budalin-Monywa road for the time being, and said the people on the villages in the west side of Depeyin Township near the Depeyin-Budalin border to pay attention to the news because the junta troops may continue to march.

The opening ceremony of Kachin State Comprehensive University, a higher university of Kachin State in Laiza, was held on September 12.
Lt. Gen. Gun Maw attended and gave an inauguration speech at the ceremony, and high-level officials from the Kachin Independence Organization (KIO) also attended.
The heads of the National Unity Government (NUG); President U Win Myint, Acting President Duwa Lashi La, State Counsellor Daw Aung San Suu Kyi and Union Minister Mahn Win Khaing Than, were also honored by hanging their photographs at the opening ceremony.

The 396 students and teachers at MEDUS-22 High School, administered by Myaung Education Network, were given deworming medicine; medical check-ups; treatment of dental diseases; as well as other necessary examination and treatment; and sharing of basic medical knowledge; with the help of Myaung Medical Team (Spring Red Glow of Dawn Medical Team), said the Myaung Education Network.
It is also said that the students from KG to G4 classes were given BAB kid multivitamins, civic tablets, and other multivitamins.
The public can pay commercial electricity bills to the NUG Ministry of Electricity and Energy as an advance payment
On September 12, the Ministry of Electricity and Energy released Announcement (4/2022) on paying commercial electricity bills in advance.
According to the announcement, the charges for commercial electricity can be paid to the Ministry of Electricity as an advance payment, and those who wish to pay the charges can contact the township administration’s electricity officials.
The NUG Ministry of Electricity and Energy has granted a free exemption for residential electricity charges.
