2. NUG Union Prime Minister Dr. Win Myat Aye says that the current spring revolution is a revolution that unites the will of the people

Union Minister Dr. Win Myat Aye said the following during the celebration of the International Day of Disabled Persons, which is marked on December 3, and the award ceremony for the winners of the artistic talent competition:

“The spring revolution that we are currently waging unites the will of the people. Its goal is to establish a federal union so that no authoritarian system, including military dictatorships, can reclaim authority.”

Following the military coup on February 1, 2021, the spring revolution erupted alongside civil disobedience movements against the military dictatorship.

 

3. NUG Union Minister U Aung Myo Min says that a thorough investigation has been started regarding the footage of the incident in Tamu that is circulating on social media

U Aung Myo Min, Union Minister of Human Rights of the National Unity Government, stated the following on December 4 in reference to the footage of the incident in Tamu Township that is circulating on social media:

“A thorough investigation has been started regarding the footage of the incident in Tamu Township that is circulating on the social media. It is not a subject that should be left alone after the investigation, so we must take proper action. Revolting against the ruthless terrorist military requires following the right procedures and ethics. We must be careful not to handle the matter improperly, even though we need to make a clear distinction between allies and enemies. Restraint is required.”

There have been various deaths and murders of citizens in Tamu Town.

 

4. Members of the Yangon Revolution Force (YRF) Soft Strike Community placed the welcoming cat (aka beckoning cat) in front of the Mingaladon Allied War Memorial Cemetery

The Yangon Revolution Force (YRF) reportedly reported that members of the Soft Strike Community placed a welcoming cat (aka beckoning cat) in front of the Allied War Memorial Cemetery in Mingaladon Township, Yangon, on December 4.

The YRF stated, “Members of the Yangon Revolution Force (YRF) Soft Strike Community placed a welcoming cat (aka beckoning cat) in front of the Allied War Memorial Cemetery in Mingaladon Township, Yangon. The Mingaladon Allied War Memorial Cemetery is where high-ranking leaders of the terrorist Myanmar military who have tried to influence and rule over the entire populace through various brutal tactics throughout all eras are buried.”

The YRF also said that the intention of this action is to end the oppression of the leaders of the terrorist army, who have yet to reach the military grave over the people, and to get them there as soon as possible.

 

5. The terrorist military set fire to the villages in Tabayin Township this morning

On the morning of December 4, the military junta troops raided, fired heavy and light weapons, and torched Na Myar Village in Tabayin Township in Sagaing Division, according to the Tabayin Township support group for the war displaced people.

“The terrorist military column that stormed Na Myar Village, located in the eastern section of Tabayin Township, is burning the village down,” it states.

This column is the same column that burned down Nyaung Hla Village yesterday after leaving Tabayin Town via Ye-U Town.

The said military column stormed Yin Kyay (North) Village by shooting guns after destroying Na Myar Village.

 

6. A campaign to provide stationery for war displaced children who are studying in Mindat Township is launched

From December 3 to December 23, the “All People Help the Mindat War-displaced Education” campaign will be held. Yadanabon University Students’ Union organized the campaign, which will provide stationery to 12,000 students.

According to the Yadanabon University Students’ Union, the cost per student will be 2,000 Kyats (including travel expenses), and each student will receive two books, one pencil, one eraser, and one ruler.

It is said that anyone who wishes to contribute to the campaign may do so by contacting the Yadanabon University Students’ Union’s Page Messenger and sending funds via PayPal, KBZPay, WavePay, NUGPay, as well as Bangkok Bank.

In Mindat Township, 168 community-based schools were established under the direction of the Board of Education, and at this moment, 12,000 students are being taught by 1,300 teachers.
