NUG Union Minister U Tin Tun Naing says that the spring revolution is a strength-sharing revolution and urges those who can afford to share money to share money
On November 5, U Tin Tun Naing, Minister of Planning, Finance and Investment, wrote on social media that the spring revolution is a strength-sharing revolution and urged those who can afford to share money.
“All the people of the revolution were encouraged and satisfied when a single person bought 2.4 million dollars’ worth of land to support the need for funds for the revolution. This spring revolution is a strength-sharing revolution. Those who can afford to share the money, share the money. Those who can afford to share knowledge should do so. Those who can contribute their labor should do so.” — Union Minister U Tin Tun Naing said.
The National Unity Government is generating revenue from the sale of special treasury bonds and EOD shares and is using up to 95% of the revenue for defense spending.
Union Minister U Tin Tun Naing continued, “Some are even sharing and sacrificing their lives and bodies. Some are giving up their positions and sharing wealth. With this sharing and this strength, this revolution has traveled this far. However, we have to continue to focus on the destination until we reach the goal.”
During the rice harvest time in Kachin State, the military council forbids the farmers from going to the hillside farms
On November 6, Union Minister Dr. Tu Khawng said that during harvest time in Kachin State, the military council is forbidding the farmers from going to the hillside farms.
“Most of the Kachin people from Momauk have to make a living by planting upland rice. Why did they choose this time? The military junta began the offensive at a time when the rice was ripe and the harvest was still about to start. They took advantage of the fact that the KIA has to take the public’s farmers into account. Now it is known that the military forbids people from going to the uplands. If the people don’t harvest at this time, they will starve. If the people are starving, they will have to sell their possessions and move to another place. It is a trick that the military-backed people will take over when the people leave. This is the old trick that the colonial government did in Africa. It’s a part of the genocide,” said the minister. The military council is attacking Kachin State with joint ground and air operations

On November 6, Naw Susanna Hla Hla Soe, Union Minister of Women, Youths and Children Affairs of the National Unity Government, posted that she had drawn a painting to celebrate the 23rd anniversary of the Pa-O Women’s Union.
“I appreciate and pay respect to all the successive leaders who have been in charge during the past 23 years of the Pa-O Women’s Union. The Pa-O Women’s Union was founded on November 5, 1999, and it has been 23 years now. I congratulate the Union for standing up for women’s rights, gender equality, peace, justice, and federal democracy.” — Union Minister Naw Susanna Hla Hla Soe said.
The painting painted by the Union Minister in honor of the Pa-O Women’s Union is a portrait of a Pa-O woman in full traditional dress.

At the three-day ASEAN Civil Society Conference/ASEAN People’s Forum 2022 (ACSC/APF 2022) held in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, the representatives of the civil society organizations from ASEAN member states vowed that they stand in solidarity with the people of Myanmar and chanted that the revolution must be won while gesturing the three-finger salute.
The ASEAN Civil Society Conference/ASEAN People’s Forum 2022 (ACSC/APF 2022) was held for three days from November 3-5 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
On November 5 of the conference, representatives of civil society organizations from ASEAN member states who attended physically and virtually showed their solidarity with the Myanmar Spring Revolution.
At the event, the attending representatives made the call for ASEAN, paid a peaceful salute to the fallen heroes of the spring revolution, and chanted for the victory of the spring revolution while gesturing the three-finger salute.
A policeman from junta’s Saw Township Police Force defected to the Kyaukhtu PDF (YRPA) with a G3 rifle
On November 5, the Kyaukhtu Regional People Defense Force, an ally of the Yaw Regional PDF’s Alliance (YRPA), announced, “A police private from Saw Township Police Force contacted and defected to the Kyaukhtu Regional People Defense Force (YRPA), bringing a G3 rifle, two box magazines, and 53 rounds of ammunition with him.”
The police private was said to have been awarded a reward of 40 lakh kyats, and the Kyaukhtu PDF (YRPA) took responsibility and escorted him safely to the liberated area.
As the third mission of the Operation Nan Htike Aung, Pathein Township office of the Bureau of Special Investigation (BSI) was detonated by a remote-control system
The Pathein Special Task Force (PSTF), a revolutionary guerrilla group in Pathein Township, claimed that the PSTF had detonated the office of the Bureau of Special Investigation (BSI) in Pathein Township on November 5 as the third mission of the operation Nan Htike Aung.
It states, “The third mission of the operation Nan Htike Aung was carried out cooperatively by the Pathein Special Task Force (PSTF) and the Kangyidaunt Township local people’s defense force (PaKaPha). We detonated the office of the Bureau of Special Investigation (BSI), which is the main support pillar of the military junta and located next to the district township court in Pathein Township, by a remote-control system.”
The details of the damage after the attack are yet to be known, and the Pathein Special Task Force (PSTF) said that, from now on, they will attack the support pillars of the military junta regardless if it is day or night.
A fundraising event was held in the San Francisco Bay Area to support the A Nang Pa bombing victims in Kachin State
On the afternoon of November 5, the Kachin Cultural & Literature Association of San Francisco hosted a fundraising event to support the war-affected people of A Nang Pa Region, Kachin State, at the San Francisco Bay Area One Myanmar Community Center. Myanmar ethnic groups gathered in the Bay Area to make donations and express their sympathy for the people affected by the war in Myanmar.
The Kachin Cultural & Literature Association is a Kachin ethnic organization that continuously provides assistance to the people of war-torn ethnic regions along with Kachin State.
One Myanmar Community Center is also an association that provides support for Myanmar affairs.
A citizen donated cash and a pair of earrings for food to the Myaing Township People’s Defense Force
On November 6, the Myaing Township People’s Defense Force announced, “On November 5, a citizen came and donated 100,000 kyats in cash and a pair of earrings worth about 430,000 kyats to the Myaing Township People’s Defense Force Battalion-1 for the food of the revolutionary comrades.”
The Myaing Township People’s Defense Force is a revolutionary force that is resisting the military council troops and making them suffer a lot.
