NUG Human Rights Minister calls on ASEAN to reject Myanmar’s military dictator’s election

At the Plenary Discussion of the ASEAN Civil Society Conference/ASEAN People’s Forum 2022 (ACSC/APF 2022) held on 4th November in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, U Aung Myo Min, Union Minister of Human Rights, the National Unity Government, participated as a speaker via online.

At the conference, Union Minister called on ASEAN to publicly reject the announced military junta election, making it clear that such an election is without merit and illegal, and to advance a process that enables a new federal democracy constitution for democracy in Myanmar.

The terrorist military regime is preparing for a political way out by forcing the 2023 election.

Proceeds from the online concert “The Great Exodus” will be used to provide warm clothes, blankets, and daily necessities as Christmas gifts for IDPs

On November 4, Deputy Minister Daw Ei Thinzar Maung posted on social media that the proceeds from “The Great Exodus” fundraising online concert will be used to provide warm clothes, blankets, and daily necessities as Christmas gifts for IDPs.

“Due to a group of evil people, the displaced people are facing the effects of the weather far from home. At this time, let’s give all the love we can in this giving season of Christmas to keep our blood brothers and sisters in the displaced camps as warm as possible. We have planned a fundraising concert to send warm clothes, blankets, and daily necessities to the places where the IDPs are in need in the winter. The name of the concert is The Great Exodus, with the aim that all those who are away from home will return home together.” — Deputy Minister Daw Ei Thinzar Maung said.

By purchasing tickets for this online live show, you will be able to help those displaced by the war.

The NUG Deputy Minister of Labor says that the issuance of OERC cards for Myanmar migrant workers in Malaysia will continue when the political situation in Malaysia is stable

U Kyaw Ni, Deputy Minister of Labor of the National Unity Government, said in the spring labor newsletter of the Ministry of Labor in November that the issuance of the Oversea Employment Registration Cards (OERC) for Myanmar migrant workers in Malaysia will continue when the political situation in Malaysia is stable.

“The issuing of OERC cards was planned to be launched in Malaysia initially. We are also working to get consent of the Malaysian government. However, due to the political changes in Malaysia, it took longer than expected. It will only be implemented once the political situation in Malaysia stabilizes.” — Deputy Minister U Kyaw Ni said.

The main purpose of issuing the OERC cards by the NUG Ministry of Labor is to provide identities for migrant workers and for them to be recognized by the relevant country.

Military troops carrying heavy weapons pass through the villages of the Kotaungbo area in Kanbalu Township

On November 5, the Kotaungbo Revolution (KTB-R) team claimed that military troops carrying heavy weapons passed through the villages of Kotaungbo area in Kanbalu Township in the morning of November 5.

It states, “Terrorist military troops stationed in Kotaungbo Village have arrived near Yayshin monastery and are carrying heavy weapons on four motorcycles. Residents of nearby villages should be aware.”

On November 3, a child was killed when the military council troops opened fire on Zee Kanar Village in Kanbalu Township with heavy weapons.

The terrorist military council is systematically planning to deface PDFs, as well as the NUG government, using some monks

On November 1, the Generation Z Power, an urban guerrilla group in Mandalay, released a statement that claimed that they had attacked the junta group, which roamed the city and frightened the public, at the corner of 12th street and 88th street, Aungmyaythazan Township, Mandalay, at 6:30 a.m. on November 1.

The statement said, “The Generation Z Power (GZP-Mandalay) guerrilla group, the Patheingyi Township People’s Defense Force (PaKaPha), and the G 6 Star people’s defense force joined forces and attacked a military convoy of a Double Cap and a Faw car, containing 30 junta soldiers and police, who were patrolling at the corner of 12th street and 88th street in Aungmyaythazan Township, Mandalay with three landmines. The attack may have caused many casualties and injuries.” The GZP-Mandalay reported that the two cars were damaged due to the explosion

Special Treasury Bonds are being sold for the exclusive use of Karenni revolutionary forces for military purposes

In November, the United Bonds family announced that it was selling special treasury bonds for the exclusive use of the Karenni revolutionary forces for military purposes.

It states, “The NUG Bonds for Karenni are now available to purchase to support Karenni State, which is giving the military council sleepless nights. Geographically, Karenni State is located closest to Nay Pyi Taw, where the top leaders of the military council have their base, and any big or small battle that takes place in that area threatens to keep the military leaders in Nay Pyi Taw from sleeping well at night.”

The NUG government has arranged for the sale of the NUG Bond for Karenni, and all the money obtained from the sale of the Bond for Karenni will be used exclusively for the military affairs of the Karenni revolutionary forces. When the revolution ends, the proceeds from the sale of the bond will be reissued by the NUG government.
