Acting President Duwa Lashi La said he would be very grateful to ASEAN if they could help to end the suffering of the people of Myanmar. This was stated in the message sent by NUG Acting President Duwa Lashi La to the ASEAN Summit on November 8. It is said that the terrorist military council never respected not only the ASEAN’s agreements to end terrorism but also the wishes of the people of Myanmar.

The Acting President said that he would be very grateful if the recommendations were taken into consideration at this summit and practical measures were taken to end the suffering of the people of Myanmar. The ASEAN 40th and 41st Summit will be held from 10 to 13 November 2022 in Cambodia.
