SF Burmese Community to Hold 88 23-years Commenmoration Event

 

Performances, Exhibitions, and Presentations Include

NLD-LA (USA Branch) is presenting “History of 8.8.88, a Documentary.”

ABSSF and DPNS (USA Branch) is doing a song, poem, and a play.

Rakhine Women’s Union is presenting a documetary on civil war, women stuggles, and human rights.

BYA is doing a Burmese dance and play.

Kachin Community is doing a presentation and talk.

BAYDA presenting poems and a performance.

Other groups will be presenting talks, perfromances, and exhibitions. 

 

The Political Actions Needed to Solve Political Problems and General Difficulites

1. To immediately release all those who are imprisoned for their political decision.

2. To stop all armed forces from harming the ethnic nationalities and intiate steps towards peace.

3. To stop human right abuses that take place in many different forms and patterns.
