View of a garbage dump in Yangon. A shame or an honor for city?

There can be more rubbish seen on roads, streets, and alleyways in Yangon, because the regular collecting system of household rubbish has been slacking off.

At first, municipal garbage van collected the rubbish from every road and lane by ringing a bell (when they come), until around last 4 or 5 years ago. Later, dustmen with trolleys going one street after another cleaned the trash. In those months, fewer garbage collectors came and the previous system of cleaning rubbish daily disappeared, said a resident from Pazondaung township.
