⸻ - In Kyaukpadaung Township, the military forced 5 civilians from In Pin Gyi village to wear PDF uniforms and then killed them
m.CDM, March 25
According to local news sources, the military arrested five civilians from In Pin Gyi village in Kyaukpadaung Township, Mandalay Region, forced them to wear PDF uniforms, and killed them.
It is reported that on March 18, the terrorist military raided In Pin Gyi village, and during the raid arrested one 40-year-old woman and four men who were fleeing the village.
Local outlet KPG Update News reported on the morning of March 25 that the military forced the five detained civilians to put on PDF uniforms, killed them, and dumped their bodies outside the village.
KPG Update News also stated that local residents found the bodies of the five civilians on March 24.
It further noted:
“From the photos, it does not appear they were simply killed outright. It looks like they were tortured before being killed.”
Since early March, the terrorist military has been carrying out offensives against villages in Kyaukpadaung Township. On March 5 and 6, it reportedly burned to death three elderly women in Kan Phyu village and also torched more than 200 homes.
Because the terrorist military has continued committing abuses such as detaining and killing local civilians as human shields and burning civilian-owned homes, revolutionary forces have urged local residents to remain vigilant.
⸻ - In Taungtha, a junta column burned down an entire village and detained 3 women; airstrikes were also carried out in Sagaing and Bago Regions
m.CDM, March 25, 2026
Residents say that in Taungtha Township, Mandalay Region, a junta column burned down Min Te village, which had more than 800 houses, and also detained three local women.
On March 23, the village was burned almost entirely to the ground, with only about four houses left standing. The three women taken away remain out of contact as of today, according to local sources.
In addition to Taungtha, junta troops have also been conducting offensives and arson attacks in Myingyan and Natogyi townships, leaving local residents in urgent need of food and clothing.
In Sagaing Region, near Haw Zaung village south of Phaungpyin Township, airstrikes were carried out around 5:00 p.m. on March 25 by a Yak-130 fighter jet that took off from Tada-U Air Base, striking the area twice.
Then, at around 5:13 p.m., a village in the eastern part of Kawlin Township was also bombed twice by fighter jet.
It is reported that there was no fighting taking place in either township and that the attacks deliberately targeted civilians. Some civilian casualties were also reported.
In Bago Region, in KNU-controlled territory in Kler Lwee Htoo (Nyaunglebin) District, Mone Township, the KNU stated that on the afternoon of March 23, two suicide drones from the junta’s Light Infantry Battalion 439 attacked Noboekhi village, damaging a monastery.

m.CDM, March 25, 2026
In Minhla Township, Thayarwady District, western Bago Region, a junta column retreating after an offensive was hit in a landmine attack, killing two soldiers, according to a statement by PDF Strategy 22.
The attack took place early in the morning of March 24 near U To Bama Su village, targeting a junta column of about 50 troops that had advanced from Ta Ka Lay village toward Bo Aung Htaung village and was returning.
The operation was reportedly carried out by Thayarwady District Battalion (3) (Myanmar Defense Force) under the command of Strategy 22.
According to the statement, two junta soldiers were killed and three others were wounded in the attack.
After the attack, junta troops fired indiscriminately with heavy and small arms, but the revolutionary fighters were able to withdraw safely without casualties.

m.CDM, March 25
According to Pyithu Nyi Naung – Salin, two soldiers were killed in a landmine attack on troops patrolling from Kywe Kyaung village, an area under junta control in Salin Township, Magway Region.
At about 9:00 p.m. on March 23, five junta soldiers patrolling southward from Kywe Kyaung village entered an area where resistance joint forces had planted mines and were attacked.
Witnesses reportedly saw two soldiers collapse on the spot from injuries, and subsequent investigation confirmed that the two later died.
The mission was jointly carried out by Minbu District Battalion 5, the Salin Urban Force, and Pyithu Nyi Naung – Salin. It was reported that no resistance fighters were harmed.
⸻ - In Ye, a junta column was bombed by drone four times; one officer was seriously wounded
m.CDM, March 25, 2026
The Mon State Revolutionary Force (MSRF) announced that a junta column conducting operations in northern Ye Township, Mon State, was bombed by drone four times within two weeks.
On March 9, at around 2:00 p.m., a column temporarily stationed in Pagoda Kone village was bombed with six drone-dropped explosives, seriously injuring one junta officer.
Then on March 19, during clashes between a junta column entering Aung Thabyay village and allied revolutionary forces, another drone-dropped bomb was used in the attack.
Further strikes were carried out against the same column on March 20 at 10:46 p.m. with four bombs, and again on March 21 at around noon with eight bombs.
The statement said the series of four drone attacks may have caused additional junta casualties, though the situation is still being verified. Revolutionary allied forces reportedly withdrew successfully without losses.

⸻ - Battalion 1 of Thayarwady District invites the public to report fixed-rate extortion with solid evidence
m.CDM, March 25
Thayarwady District Battalion 1 (P23801) of the Bago Region Military Division has invited residents in villages in the eastern part of Nattalin Township, its area of control, to report any cases in which money is being collected according to fixed rates, provided they can submit solid evidence.
The battalion said that, for the purchase of food and ammunition, battalion offices, companies, and auxiliary units under Battalion 3801 command are only permitted to accept support when civilians voluntarily offer assistance, in accordance with the rules and codes of conduct governing how People’s Defense Force members must treat the public.
It stated that the battalion commander has not authorized fundraising based on fixed rates or extortion from the public.
If any battalion office, company, or auxiliary unit under Battalion 3801 is found to be collecting money, the public is invited to report it with credible evidence through the battalion’s Facebook Page Messenger or Telegram.
⸻ - Chin National Organization strongly rejects accusations by Indian media that it is linked to drug networks
m.CDM, March 25
The Chin National Organization (CNO) has strongly condemned allegations made by Indian media claiming that it is connected to drug trafficking networks.
In a statement issued yesterday, March 24, the CNO and the Chin National Defense Force (CNDF) strongly rejected claims made in an article published by India-based outlet The Quint titled “Inside NIA Arrests: A Global Web of Drugs & War Driving Conflict in Northeast.” They said the allegations were baseless and irresponsibly fabricated.
The article accused CNDF of having ties to drug networks, raising funds through cross-border illegal activities, and receiving support from foreign missionary organizations.
CNO responded that these accusations are false, and said that neither CNO nor CNDF has been involved in, supported, or assisted the production or trade of narcotics. It added that the organizations are acting in accordance with standards of regional stability and humanitarian principles.
CNO also rejected the article’s claim that CNO Vice Chair-1 Salai Peter Thang was involved in drug trafficking.
According to the CNO statement, Salai Peter Thang has never met or communicated with the foreign nationals arrested by India’s National Investigation Agency (NIA), and naming him in the allegations was a dishonest act intended to mislead the public.
CNO/CNDF demanded that The Quint immediately remove the defamatory allegations and issue a formal correction.
They warned that if the defamatory claims are not addressed, they will continue with legal action.
The statement also said that the Chin National Organization is a political organization that sincerely stands for the Chin people’s right to self-determination and security, and is striving to maintain regional stability and protect the people.
⸻ - JFM exposes the junta leader’s family’s purchase of a luxury residence in Bangkok worth 98 million baht and calls on the Thai government to investigate and seize assets
m.CDM, March 25, 2026
Justice For Myanmar (JFM) has revealed that Aung Pyae Sone, son of junta leader Min Aung Hlaing, and his wife Myo Yadanar Htike purchased a luxury residence worth 98 million Thai baht in Bangkok’s Issara Residence Rama 9 project.
The property was reportedly sold by Thai-listed company Charn Issara, and the deal was arranged in 2022 by military crony Htun Min Latt, who has previously been arrested in connection with money laundering and narcotics cases.
Because Aung Pyae Sone is under sanctions from the United States and Canada, the purchase was reportedly negotiated under the name of his wife, Myo Yadanar Htike, who has not yet been sanctioned.
JFM said Charn Issara also concealed the identity of the real beneficial owner and the source of the funds. To evade Thai laws prohibiting foreign land ownership, a shell company called Emerald Princess was allegedly set up one week before the transfer of the residence and used for the purchase.
This was reportedly not the family’s first luxury property purchase. In 2017, during the genocide against the Rohingya, Aung Pyae Sone also bought a luxury condominium at Belle Grand Rama 9 worth 20 million baht, again through Htun Min Latt.
JFM said the funds used to purchase these high-value real estate assets were obtained through corruption, and called on Thai authorities to urgently investigate Min Aung Hlaing’s family, Htun Min Latt, and the companies involved, and to seize the assets.
JFM also urged that any seized assets be preserved until they can be returned to a legitimate federal democratic government in Myanmar once one is established.
In addition, JFM called on governments internationally to impose sanctions on Myo Yadanar Htike, who has not yet been sanctioned, and on Kyu Kyu Hla, Min Aung Hlaing’s wife, who at present has reportedly been sanctioned only by the United States.
⸻ - The Spring Tea Circle monthly fundraising food event in the San Francisco Bay Area has ended
March 25, 2026
It is reported that the fundraising activities of the Spring Tea Circle family, who had consistently cooked and donated meals on a self-funded basis for the Spring Revolution up to 50 times, have now been suspended.
The suspension reportedly began in March.
The donation funds raised by the Spring Tea Circle were regularly sent every month to between 25 and 30 groups, including local PDF units on the ground inside Myanmar, PDF battalions under the NUG Ministry of Defense, and ethnic organizations.
In a statement, they expressed deep gratitude and pride toward all donors, volunteers, supporters who bought the food, and the fighters on the ground who are sacrificing their lives.
⸻ - Campaigns underway to supply uniforms, food, and essential items to three frontline resistance groups
m.CDM, March 25, 2026
Support campaigns are being conducted to provide urgently needed uniforms, food supplies, medicine, and basic equipment to three frontline resistance groups: the Dawei National Liberation Army (DNLA), Bago Yoma Strategy (22), and SSNDF/KNDF Battalion B102.
Although more than three years have passed since the establishment of the DNLA, it is reported that most revolutionary funds have had to be spent primarily on weapons and ammunition, leaving hundreds of fighters still unable to wear official army uniforms.
There is an urgent need for 500 full uniform sets, and the public is being encouraged to contribute whatever they can. It was also stated that letters of appreciation will be issued to each donor.
Similarly, Bago Yoma Strategy (22), which is formed by four battalions — Bago District Battalion 3701 and Thayarwady District Battalions 3801, 3802, and 3803 — is running a support campaign called “From the Yoma to the City”, led by Spring Crowd Fund (SCF) for frontline fighters.
As this strategy has been achieving victories together with allied ethnic revolutionary organizations (EROs), people are being urged to support urgently needed rations and medicine through the SCF campaign link.
In addition, SSNDF / KNDF Battalion B102 is also running a raffle campaign called “Routine Resupply” to provide basic necessities for its fighters, including uniforms, combat boots, socks, and hats.
Each raffle ticket is priced at 10,000 kyats, and the goal is to sell 300 tickets.
Participants in the campaign will have chances to win 5 T-shirts, 1 painting, and 1 sculpture — a total of 7 prizes — through a raffle to be conducted on the battalion’s page. The organizers urged people to join the raffle for commemorative gifts while also helping meet the fighters’ needs.
