1. **Yinmabin Township “YMB Column” held a military parade ceremony**

The National Unity Government (NUG) Ministry of Defense, People’s Defense Forces (PDF), Sagaing Military Command, Yinmabin District Command, and Yinmabin Township Column held a military parade on Friday, November 21.

The column is initially formed from Yinmabin District Battalions (1+26), (24), and the Strategic (47) grouping {District Battalions (27+35+36)}.

They say the column was created so that resistance forces can operate shoulder-to-shoulder with unity and coordination during this phase of military and political assessment, and that the Yinmabin Township Column (YMB) will continue fighting alongside allied resistance groups nationwide until the military dictatorship is ended.

2. **Clashes in Mon Hla village, Khin-U Township; many junta casualties**

Allied resistance forces attacked junta troops and Pyu Saw Htee militias temporarily camped in Mon Hla village, Khin-U Township, at about 10:30 a.m. on Nov 23, with fighting lasting around 45 minutes, the Raine Village PDF (Ye-U) announced.

Many junta troops were killed; one resistance fighter was wounded in the thigh but is not in danger.

The attack occurred while junta troops were eating after cooking; the cooking area and two houses caught fire.

As reinforcements arrived for the junta, the resistance forces withdrew; no arms or ammunition were recovered.

About 100 junta troops have been stationed in Mon Hla for a week, and locals have been displaced for about eight days.

3. **Chinland Government forces and allies reportedly neutralized around 50 soldiers; seized weapons and prisoners**

Chinland Government forces and allied groups counterattacked junta columns operating in Chin State, reportedly neutralizing about 50 soldiers, capturing some POWs, and seizing arms and ammunition, according to a Nov 22 evening statement from the Chinland Ministry of Defence under the Chinland Council.

For Column 1, alongside allies including Vakok PDF, ABSDF (Students’ Army), district PDFs, PaKaF units, Kalay Revolution Force (KRF), Ranger Kalay Defense Force (RKDF), and Yaw Defense Force (YDF), the junta carried out airstrikes on Nov 18 with a fighter jet dropping 8 bombs and a Y-12 dropping over 150 bombs; there was another fighter-jet strike on Nov 19 and over 60 bombs by Y-12 on Nov 22.

For Column 2, with allies including KRF, CNDF, and PDF Zoland, the junta conducted two fighter-jet strikes on Nov 22.

Across these battles, Chin forces and allies say about 50 junta soldiers were eliminated, POWs captured, and many weapons seized; wounded soldiers were evacuated by Mi-17 helicopter.

Since late October the junta has launched two ground columns along the Kalay–Gangaw road and is pressing attacks on Tedim and Falam in northern Chin, resulting in daily clashes. Before Nov 18, they claim about 100 soldiers, including officers, had also been cleared and large quantities of arms captured.

4. **Four civilians killed by junta artillery in Nat Gyi Sin village, Mattaya Township**

Junta forces stationed in Mattaya town shelled **Nat Gyi Sin** village with heavy weapons around 12:00 a.m. (after midnight) on Nov 23, despite no fighting in the area, killing four civilians and injuring at least four more, Voice of Mandalay reports.

On Nov 18 around 1:00 p.m., the junta also shelled **Dakkhina Ayon Shwe Kyin Monastery** in northern Mattaya; shells exploded inside the compound and two monastic buildings burned down.

5. **Near the site of a crashed paramotor: clash with junta column leaves 4 soldiers dead; 3 conscripts defect with weapons**

Near the Paauk–Yinmabin township border—close to where a paramotor crashed the day before—resistance forces clashed with a junta column around 1:30 p.m. on Nov 23, the Mying PDF said.

The fight lasted about 20 minutes at close range, with four junta soldiers visibly killed and over ten wounded; the column later retreated and fired numerous heavy-weapon rounds indiscriminately.

The column, coming from Shwe Bon Thar Pyu (in Paauk Township) and joined by another from Mying Industrial Zone (2), had been burning villages, arresting and killing civilians, looting property, and slaughtering livestock, according to the statement.

MGY-PDF, Mying PaKaF, Paauk PaKaF, YDF, LPDF and allied groups have repeatedly engaged the column, causing casualties; soldiers are now being carried on stretchers.

Because of today’s losses, junta jets carried out three airstrikes on villages along the Paauk–Mying border.

Also at 8:55 a.m. on Nov 23, three junta conscripted soldiers from Infantry Battalion 99 under LIDs 418 and 419 defected to Paauk/Mying PDFs, bringing three MA-1 rifles, three magazines and 87 rounds. They were reportedly forcibly conscripted from Mandalay and Shan State.

6. **KNLA raids DKBA scam compound; seizes 176 weapons; Thai side fires warning after shells land across border**

During ongoing clashes near **Min Let Pan** village in **Myawaddy Township**, KNLA-led allied forces raided an **online fraud (“Kyar Phyant”) workshop** under DKBA commander **Bo Thakhwarthi** on Nov 21, seizing **176 firearms** and detaining **20 DKBA members**, according to Karen sources.

Bo Thakhwarthi and his aides reportedly fled toward junta-controlled Myawaddy; Chinese nationals working in the scam facilities also fled.

Heavy fighting continues near **Thinchokekone** hill. Over **300 locals** are sheltering by the Thaungyin River.

Artillery from the fighting landed inside **Mae Sot District, Tak Province** (Thailand). The Thai Army said a shell exploded in a vegetable garden of a house in Ban Mae Khunkhan, damaging the house and a car without injuries.

Shortly after, Thailand’s RChMN units fired **one 120-mm warning round** into an uninhabited area between the two Myanmar fighting parties to protect border authority and public safety.

7. **“No Vote” campaign held in Yangon against the junta’s sham election**

Yangon 4 Brothers (Y4B) — an alliance of four Yangon resistance groups — announced a “**No Vote: Don’t accept it, don’t care, don’t vote**” action opposing the junta’s staged election.

They urged the public, amid doubts about whether to vote, to exercise the right **not** to vote as well, stressing the need to oppose a gun-to-the-head election imposed by terror.

They said they will not be shaken by the upcoming election and will continue operations until the dictatorship falls, calling on everyone to act wherever they are.

Slogans include: “If we stay united, nothing will happen (to us)”; “Don’t let your ballot become the vote that prolongs dictatorship”; “People’s power is the tyrant’s greatest fear”; “Resist the illegal sham election en masse”; “Don’t legitimize killing with your vote”; “Let the violent election fail.”
