According to the Raibilu Force, the Military Commission troops that had been stationed in War Hai Village, Ye Township, Mon State, have withdrawn. The Raibilu team entered the area to clear landmines and remove the destruction left behind by the regime forces.
In the past few days, Kha Ma Ya (598), Kha Ma Ya (583), and joint forces of DKBA (Democratic Karen Buddhist Army) launched an offensive operation into War Hai Village, during which over 30 civilians were arrested, according to local reports.

After the withdrawal, on October 20, members of the Raibilu Battalion entered the village to clear the planted landmines and inspect the destroyed sites left by the Military Commission forces.
Reports confirm that the village, including the War Hai Village School, sustained damage due to the Military Commission’s destruction. The previously detained villagers have since been released.
Additionally, on the same day, October 20, the Raibilu Force captured a Military Commission officer named Maung Myo Zaw, who had been serving in an administrative capacity under People’s Defense Commander Lin Oo, in Ayu Taung Village, Ye Township.

🚩🚩 4. Due to Junta Airstrikes on Public Gatherings, Pa Ah Pha in Deephayin Urges Caution When Holding Donation or Wedding Ceremonies
October 20
Radio NUG
The Public Administration Team of Deephayin Township has warned residents to exercise caution when organizing religious festivals, donation ceremonies, and weddings, as the Military Commission has been targeting gatherings of civilians with airstrikes and bombings.
According to reports, the junta has been deliberately striking locations where large numbers of people gather — using paramotors and jet fighters to drop bombs and conduct continuous aerial assaults.
Therefore, during donation or wedding ceremonies, and religious events, the township’s Pa Ah Pha, Pa Ka Pha, and Pa La Pha organizations, along with local authorities, issued a joint notification on October 4, advising against including entertainment such as orchestras, dances, or theatrical performances.
The statement further warned that anyone who violates these directives will be held responsible and subjected to decisive action, urging the public to take special precautions against air threats.
These military updates were reported by Radio NUG correspondents Khur Shel and Padeh Phoe.
