🚩🚩 1. Military Equipment Seized During Territory Clearance Operation in Lat Pan Village, Sagaing

According to the Union Guerrilla Force (UGF), during a territory clearance operation in Lat Pan VillageSagaing Township, Sagaing Region, the revolutionary forces seized military equipment and supplies after the junta troops stationed there fled.

The UGF reported that the junta soldiers, who had been occupying civilians’ houses in Lat Pan Village, abandoned their post and fled on October 17, allowing the revolutionary forces to carry out a clearance operation.

Following the junta’s retreat, the Union Guerrilla Force conducted the clearance to allow local civilians to safely return to their homes. During the operation, they recovered military uniforms and various combat-related equipment, evidence of which was documented in photographs released by the group.

Despite the junta’s ongoing efforts to reassert control over Sagaing Township, their forces continue to suffer setbacks due to the resilient counteroffensives launched by the revolutionary groups, according to local military sources.

🚩🚩 2. Junta’s Township General Administration Office in Daryelbo Village, Hlegu, Bombed with High-Intensity Mines

Resistance forces from Yangon Army (YA) have confirmed that the Township General Administration Office in Daryelbo Village, Hlegu Township, Yangon Region, which operates under the junta’s control, was attacked using a high-intensity mine and two hand grenades.

According to the Yangon Army (YA), the attack occurred at 6:50 p.m. on October 17, targeting the junta-controlled office with one heavy mine and two thrown grenades.

Witnesses reported that a senior junta officer and a Pyu Saw Htee militia member were seen flung into the air by the explosion, although casualties are still under investigation, according to participants involved in the attack.

The strike was a joint operation between the Yangon Army (YA) and the Western District Pa Ka Pha (PDF), successfully hitting the intended target with precision.

The resistance groups further warned that they would continue conducting intensified attacks against junta-linked targets, including individuals and institutions complicit in organizing or supporting the junta’s unlawful sham election.

🚩🚩 3. PSLF/TNLA’s Township General Administration Department Holds Coordination Meeting with Ward and Village Administrators in Kutkai

The Ta’ang National Liberation Army (TNLA) announced that the Township General Administration Department under the Palaung State Liberation Front / Ta’ang National Liberation Army (PSLF/TNLA) held a coordination meeting with ward and village tract administrators in Kutkai Township, Northern Shan State, located within Brigade 7 territory.

The meeting, held on the morning of October 15, was organized by the township administrative department and focused on law enforcement cooperation, civic participation in governance, and maintaining cleanliness and public order in both urban and rural areas.

Ward and village tract administrators attending the meeting also presented updates on their local administrative efforts, followed by discussions on mutual collaboration and coordination.

According to reports, a total of 35 participants attended the meeting, including officials from the Township General Administration Department and administrators from related wards and village tracts.

Records from the PSLF/TNLA News and Information Department indicate that a similar meeting between the township’s administrative office and ward administrators had previously been held on September 23 in Kutkai Township.
