📌📌 1. Three-Day Security Awareness Training Conducted for Human Rights Focal Persons
October 30
A three-day Safety and Security Training course was conducted in October for human rights focal persons based in the Sagaing, Magway, and Mandalay Regions, according to an announcement made today (October 30) by the Ministry of Human Rights under the National Unity Government (NUG).
The training aimed to enhance awareness of both personal security and digital security. It covered key topics such as precautions for personal safety, measures to ensure travel security, communication security, and protection of personal data. These sessions were delivered by an experienced external security and technology expert.
Additionally, the program discussed the dangers posed by the military junta’s surveillance systems, including the PSMS monitoring system currently being used to oppress civilians, and the risks arising from the junta’s unlawful “security laws.” It also addressed the specific security threats faced by women and ethnic minorities under the regime’s oppressive control.
Participants actively engaged throughout the sessions — discussing, asking questions, and sharing experiences. They expressed their commitment to disseminate the knowledge and awareness gained from the training back to their respective local communities.
According to the NUG Ministry of Human Rights, the government continues its efforts not only to document and collect evidence of the junta’s ongoing human rights violations but also to provide essential education and support for communities on the ground to help them stay informed and secure.

📌📌 2. People’s Defense Force TRI Strategy Declares Cooperation with Allied Revolutionary Forces to Defend Their Territories
October 30
The People’s Defense Force (PDF) TRI Strategy has announced today (October 30) that it will defend its native and operational territories in coordination with allied revolutionary forces.
The announcement came a day after the Ta’ang National Liberation Army (TNLA) declared a ceasefire with the junta’s forces and stated it would withdraw from Mogok and Moemeik.
The TRI Strategy is an operational command unit under the NUG Ministry of Defense’s Mandalay Region Command, composed of multiple revolutionary forces, including local resistance groups from Singu and Thabeikkyin Townships in Mandalay Region.
It has been reported that revolutionary operations in these areas continue with full strength and commitment. TRI Strategy affirmed that it will defend its territories alongside allied resistance forces and vowed to keep fighting — regardless of obstacles — until a Federal Democratic System is achieved.
Similarly, the Mandalay People’s Defense Force (Mandalay-PDF) also reaffirmed its determination to continue the struggle until the shared goal of achieving a Federal Democracy and completely eradicating the military dictatorship is fulfilled, despite all challenges and barriers.
The Mogok Strategy Command likewise stated that, although the junta army continues to carry out brutal atrocities and repressive tactics, revolutionary fighters will not retreat or be intimidated. They will continue their operations until the revolution achieves final victory.

October 30
The Mogok People’s Defense Force (Pa Ka Pha) has declared that, despite all hardships, it will work hand-in-hand with other revolutionary forces to ensure that Mogok City does not fall back under the control of the junta’s troops.
This announcement was made today (October 30) by the Mogok Township PDF to the residents of Mogok, addressing the current situation unfolding in the area.
The Mogok Pa Ka Pha stated that it is an organization built and sustained through the support and participation of the people, and that it continues to stand strong with the people’s unwavering backing.
According to the statement, Mogok Pa Ka Pha has continuously dedicated its efforts to the revolution and, together with allied and brotherhood forces, has achieved a number of successes on the battlefield.
Determined to fight from the beginning of the revolution until its victory, Mogok Pa Ka Pha reaffirmed that, regardless of the difficulties, it will cooperate with local battalions, allied units, revolutionary forces, and the residents of Mogok City to prevent the city from falling back into the hands of the junta’s military administration. The group pledged to continue advancing steadfastly toward the ultimate goal of revolutionary success.
The declaration came at a time when the TNLA had recently agreed to a ceasefire with the junta and announced its withdrawal from Mogok in Mandalay Region and Moemeik in Northern Shan State. In response, the Mandalay PDF, Mogok Strategy Command, and TRI Strategy each issued their own statements affirming that they will continue defending the territories under their control.
