The Bamar Revolution Army (BRA) announced that it eliminated Zaw Min Naing, a village tract administrator in Natmauk Township, Bago Region, who had been extorting youths for forced conscription fees and involvement in arbitrary arrests.

At around 9:00 p.m. on September 19, revolutionary fighters entered his home in San Kyi Lone Village and shot him dead. Zaw Min Naing was reportedly notorious for collaborating with the junta by arresting young people for forced conscription, collecting military service fees, and organizing gambling rings, particularly cockfighting events.
