Eight Soldiers Reportedly Killed in an Ambush on Military Council Convoy in Myingyan TownshipSeptember 13, Radio NUGAccording to Captain Mike Hae of the People’s Kyarr Twin Force, a military council convoy in Myingyan Township, Mandalay Region, was ambushed, resulting in the deaths of eight soldiers.On September 6 at around 10:30 AM, resistance forces launched a pre-arranged ambush on a convoy of three military vehicles that had departed from Kyauk Pyoke village in northern Myingyan Township.During the clash, up to eight military council troops were killed, with many others wounded. Unable to return fire effectively, the convoy retreated in disarray.The operation was jointly carried out by the People’s Kyarr Twin Force and the Myingyan Danger Dynamite Group. All resistance fighters involved safely withdrew without casualties.

Military Column Retreating from Ka Ni After Chaung Ma Battle Intercepted; Two Bodies and Two Weapons SeizedSeptember 13, Radio NUGThe Yin Mar Pin District Pa Ka Pha reported that a military council column, which had retreated in disarray to Banbwe Pyu village following the battle at Chaung Ma village, Ka Ni Township, was intercepted and struck down. The resistance seized two bodies and two MA-1 rifles.On September 11, a military column of over 100 troops advanced toward Chaung Ma village. Revolutionary forces engaged them, inflicting heavy casualties and breaking their formation, forcing them to retreat chaotically toward Banbwe Pyu village.The fleeing troops were intercepted and attacked by the Yin Mar Pin Pa Ka Pha in coordination with a ULF column, resulting in the seizure of two rifles and two bodies.During the battle, the military council received at least 12 aerial bombardment support strikes, which enabled part of the column to escape. However, on the resistance side, ULF column commander Ye Baw Naing Min was killed in action.In addition, revolutionary units from Ka Ni-based regiments and Rakhine Pa Ka Pha fighters joined forces in the Chaung Ma battle. They successfully seized one MG-5 machine gun, one 60-mm mortar, one MA-1 rifle, and one MA-3 rifle.On September 13 at around 10:00 AM, the military council carried out two airstrikes on eastern villages of Ka Ni Township, while artillery shelling continued from Shwe Taung Oo Kone, Namkha base, and Kyauksitpon (MATA-508).

Pyu Gate Base in Pantin Pin Village Attacked; Soldiers Flee, Ammunition SeizedSeptember 13, Radio NUGThe No. 1 Battalion (P-3801) of Tharyarwaddy District announced that a Pyu Saw Htee gate base in Pantin Pin village, Natmauk Township, Bago Region, was attacked, forcing all stationed soldiers to flee, leaving behind some ammunition that was seized.At around 10:00 PM on September 12, resistance fighters stormed and opened fire on the Pyu gate base. The Pyu Saw Htee militia and soldiers inside the base abandoned their post and fled into the village.The resistance seized a carbine rifle, 85 carbine rounds, and two mobile phones from the abandoned gate post.The operation was carried out by members of the No. 1 Battalion of Tharyarwaddy District, who successfully withdrew without casualties.

At Least Ten Military Council Troops Killed in Mautong Road Battle; Weapons and Ammunition CapturedSeptember 13, Radio NUGThe KNU Myeik–Tavoy District reported that at least ten military council soldiers were killed in a battle along the Mautong border trade road in Tanintharyi Township, Tanintharyi Region, within the administrative territory of the Karen National Union (KNU).On September 11, a military council column advancing along the Mautong border trade route was ambushed near Thein Khun village by KNLA Brigade 4, Battalion 11, and allied revolutionary forces.The battle resulted in at least ten military council troops killed. Resistance fighters seized two MA-1 rifles, one MA-3 rifle, two hand grenades, 659 rounds of ammunition, two fragmentation grenades, and 21 magazines.On September 12, the military council deployed an aircraft to bomb resistance positions along the Mautong road. The KNLA and allied forces fired at the aircraft, reportedly hitting and damaging it.

Seven people, including two children, killed in an airstrike by the Military Council in ThabeikkyinSeptember 13, Radio NUGAccording to MDY-PDF, on September 13, in Thabeikkyin Township, Mandalay Region, the Military Council’s forces carried out an aerial bombing attack on Nyaung Pin Thar Village, killing seven civilians, including two children.It is reported that the attack took place around 12:30 p.m., despite the fact that there was no ongoing battle in the village at the time.During this airstrike, five civilians, including one child, were killed, and one other person was injured.Furthermore, around 4:00 p.m. the same day, the terrorist Military Council used a Y-12 aircraft to drop approximately 40 bombs across multiple locations in Thabeikkyin Township.In this second attack, a child and a woman were killed, and three other civilians were injured.

ULF column commander Ye Baw Naing Min fell in battle at Chaung Ma, Ka NiSeptember 13, Radio NUGThe Union Liberation Force (ULF) announced that Column Commander Ye Baw Naing Min of the ULF column in Pa Ka Pha, Yinmarbin Township, was killed in action during a battle at Chaung Ma Village in Ka Ni Township, Yinmarbin District, Sagaing Region.On September 11, while the ULF forces were ambushing a Military Council column advancing from Chaung Ma Village, the Military Council launched more than 12 bombing runs with Y-12 aircraft.It is reported that Commander Ye Baw Naing Min was struck by shrapnel from one of these bombs around 12:30 p.m., and fell at the frontline.The ULF pledged that the courage, leadership, and self-sacrifice of the fallen commander will be honored and recorded in the history of the revolution, and vowed to continue fighting until the people’s revolution achieves victory.

Moebye PDF Battalion-1001, Company-4 (Wamphulwe Company) holds graduation ceremony for refresher trainingSeptember 13, Radio NUGAccording to reports, the Moebye People’s Defense Force (PDF) Battalion-1001, Company-4 (Wamphulwe Company), under the command of Strategic Command No. 14 of the Shan-Karenni (Kayah) Military Region, held a graduation ceremony for a refresher training program.The ceremony, which took place on September 12, also included a uniform conferral event, attended by the Battalion Commander of Battalion-1001 along with comrades-in-arms.This refresher course was designed to strengthen both the morale and physical capability of the comrades, with the aim of shaping them into defenders whom the people can rely upon.Wamphulwe Company announced that with fearless spirit and rigorous training, they will continue fighting the military dictatorship side by side with allied revolutionary forces.Moebye PDF Battalion-1001 is a unit under the Ministry of Defense of the NUG, based in Moebye, on the Shan-Karenni border, and actively engaged in resisting the Military Council.
