π©π© 1. Civilians displaced in Waingmaw Township due to airstrikes and heavy shelling by the military, says KIA

According to the Kachin Independence Army (KIA) Information Department, civilians have been forced to flee from their homes in Lamyin Village, Waingmaw Township, Kachin State, after the terrorist junta carried out offensives involving airstrikes and heavy artillery shelling.
The KIA announced on the night of September 13 that the military launched an offensive into the Lamyin Village area, attacking from the air and firing heavy weapons, causing displacement of residents.
Fighting with joint KIA forces has been ongoing since September 10 as the junta attempted military advances toward Lamyin Village.
Reports state that troops from Light Infantry Battalion (LIB) 58, based in Waingmaw, fired heavy artillery into the Lamyin area, while junta jet fighters dropped five bombs.
As a result of these indiscriminate airstrikes and artillery attacks, explosions occurred in Lamyin and nearby villages, forcing residents to flee for safety.
Although the terrorist military used Peopleβs Militia Forces to launch assaults on the Lamyin area in an attempt to retake territories under KIA control, there have been no territorial losses so far, KIA Information Officer Major Naw Bu stated in a recent announcement.
Local military sources added that during clashes in the Lamyin area in late August and throughout September, junta troops suffered casualties, and the joint KIA forces managed to seize weapons, ammunition, and military equipment.

π©π© 2. Police motorbike convoy from Minhla Police Station ambushed with landmines

The Underground Panther Force β Ootpho announced today, September 14, that a police motorbike convoy on patrol from Minhla Police Station, Thayarwaddy District, Bago Region, was attacked with landmines.
The attack was carried out at 8:50 p.m. on September 13 by the Underground Panther Force β Ootpho and the Minhla Township Peopleβs Defense Force (PDF). They jointly ambushed the convoy from Minhla Police Station, near a lake between Taintaryar Valley and Weiwun Monastery.
According to reports, some policemen were injured in the attack, but it is not yet confirmed whether there were fatalities.
It is reported that while the police side sustained casualties, the revolutionary forces did not suffer any harm.
The Underground Panther Force β Ootpho had also conducted a landmine attack earlier on August 29, targeting the entrance of the USDP office in Bogyoke Ward, Minhla Town, injuring several soldiers.
The Underground Panther Force β Ootpho has warned that they will continue to launch strong attacks against soldiers, police, Pyu Saw Htee militia, and administrative informants who oppress the people in the area. They cautioned the public to avoid unnecessary travel or activities near such targets for safety.

π©π© 3. Special Region-1 Police Force holds graduation ceremony for Weekly Police Training Course No.1

According to The Kokang news agency, the graduation ceremony of the Weekly Police Training Course No.1 of the Special Region-1 Police Force of the Union of Myanmar was successfully held on September 12.
The Special Region Administrative Committee stated that the purpose of the course was to improve the quality of police personnel and to ensure more effective law enforcement operations.
The six-month course included training in law, judicial practices, emergency response, and public service duties, covering key aspects of policing.
It was also reported that as the Special Region is experiencing rapid development along with increasingly complex political and social conditions, the publicβs expectations and demands on the police force have been rising.
Therefore, the Administrative Committee urged graduates to strictly observe discipline, actively participate in regional development projects, maintain social order, suppress illegal activities, and provide services for economic growth, thereby contributing to a safe and prosperous environment for the Special Region.
The graduation ceremony was attended by members of the MNTJP Central Political Bureau, the Deputy Chairman of the Special Region-1 Administrative Committee, the Deputy Chief of the Special Region Police Force, the Deputy District Commissioner/Police Chief of Kokang District, police unit commanders, police forces, prison staff, district police personnel, and nearly 150 trainees.
According to The Kokang, two outstanding class leaders and three trainees received honorary awards during the ceremony.
