📌📌 1. Demonstrations held in France and South Korea in support of Myanmar Ambassador U Kyaw Moe Tun
According to reports, demonstrations in support of U Kyaw Moe Tun, Myanmar’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations appointed by the National Unity Government (NUG), were held on September 21 (local time) under the campaign “Global Action for Credential Campaign 2025” in Paris and Lyon, France.
At the demonstrations, participants primarily called for Ambassador U Kyaw Moe Tun to continue speaking on behalf of the Myanmar people at the United Nations and to be allowed to retain his representative credentials.
In addition, demands were made for the immediate granting of medical treatment to Daw Aung San Suu Kyi and the swift release of all unjustly detained political prisoners.
The demonstrations were organized by the Myanmar Association in France, together with Myanmar pro-democracy activists in Paris and Lyon, and acknowledged with appreciation the revolutionary Myanmar brothers and sisters in France who worked tirelessly to organize and participate in the campaign.
Similarly, in Seoul, South Korea, a solidarity demonstration was held on September 21 at Myongdong, calling for Ambassador U Kyaw Moe Tun to continue serving in his position. This event was organized by the Korea-based Anti-Dictatorship Committee.
A letter of appeal has also been submitted to the South Korean government, requesting support for Myanmar people’s demand that People’s Hero U Kyaw Moe Tun retain his position during the 80th United Nations General Assembly and thereby continue to hold official diplomatic status.
During the demonstration, U Yan Naing Htun, the NUG’s representative to South Korea, explained the overall situation of the revolution in detail and urged all to remain united and steadfast until victory is achieved.
It is reported that yesterday’s demonstration in South Korea was led by the Anti-Dictatorship Committee (Korea), with participation from various Myanmar revolutionary organizations based in Korea.
Furthermore, the participating organizations and attendees reaffirmed their firm belief in the revolution, encouraged continued marching forward, cautioned against the dangers of traitors, and called for unity and solidarity among all.

📌📌 2. Motorcycle protest against the junta’s sham election
Protesters staged a motorcycle demonstration to oppose the sham election being planned by the terrorist military council.
The protest was jointly organized by the Sarlingyi Township Strike Force, Yinmarbin Township Strike Force, Monywa People’s Strike Committee, Former All Burma Federation of Student Unions (ABFSU) members, Yangon students, and Dagon University Student Union, together with the public. They collectively staged a motorcycle protest to reject the junta’s sham election.
During the protest, it was explained to the public in villages that the illegal, sham election is merely a political escape route for the terrorist junta but a prison trap for the people.

📌📌 3. Minor earthquake near Myanmar-Bangladesh border in Chin State
On September 21, 2025, at around 13:42 Myanmar Standard Time, a minor earthquake of magnitude 4.1 on the Richter scale struck near the Myanmar-Bangladesh border in Paletwa District, Chin State. The epicenter was recorded at a depth of 238 kilometers underground. This was announced by the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Disaster Management under the NUG.
People have been advised to live in accordance with safety guidelines—what to do, avoid, and remain cautious—in order to minimize possible losses from seismic hazards.

📌📌 4. Operation Sit Taung campaign calls for public support to purchase 20 rifles for Nay Pyi Taw PDF Battalion-808
According to reports, the Nay Pyi Taw Regional Command, Nay Pyi Taw People’s Defense Force (PDF) Battalion-808, has launched the “Operation Sit Taung” campaign to raise funds to purchase 20 rifles for comrades. The campaign is part of the effort to ensure that the revolutionary flag flies high across all areas of Nay Pyi Taw.
The campaign statement said:
“Although raising 200 million kyats to reach Nay Pyi Taw still seems a long way to go, once the necessary preparations are made and equipped, we will steadily advance step by step until we arrive.”
The campaign emphasized that with strong trust and support from the people, they will continue to advance. Every single rifle contributed by the people will be treasured as more valuable than their own lives, and they called for continued donations.
It was further announced that the names of contributors for each donated rifle will be engraved by laser on the weapon itself.
Supporters of the “Operation Sit Taung” campaign may choose to contribute a full rifle or essential parts of a rifle, depending on their capacity.
The campaign added:
“We pledge to handle the rifles donated with your trust as something more precious than life itself. Therefore, please rally behind our Operation Sit Taung campaign.”
The campaign runs from September 16 to November 10, 2025.
