သေျပညိဳ နဲ႔ ပတ္သက္ျပီး ေမးလာၾကသူေတြအတြက္ စည္းမ်ဥ္း စည္းကမ္းေတြပါ၊
1) Students are expected to arrive to school at 2:30pm and will be picked up at 5pm every Saturday by a parent/guardian unless stated otherwise. Tha-Byae-Nyo will NOT provide transportation.
2) Students that will be absent from school for any reason, please contact, Daw May Nyane at (301-525-7963) OR Ko Zaw at (202-375-3390), if they are un-reachable, please contact/inform another parent
of your child’s absence.
3) Violation to Rule #2 up to 3 times, your child will be dismissed from school permanently.
4) While the school is in session, please do not talk on the cellphone or among yourselves anywhere near the All-Purpose-Room.
5) Before you bring your child to school, please make sure to double check their school bags for supplies, assignment/homework AND to make sure that they are not bringing hand-held games, cell phones, chips to school. If the teachers find the student playing games or talking/texting/emailing on their cell-phone or eating chips while the school is in session, they will be confiscated. At the end of the school session, please make sure to take all of your personal belongings with you, TBN or Twinbrook Elementary School will not be held responsible for any missing items. Water/Drinks are permitted ONLY.
6) It is your responsibility to check that your child has completed their weekly assignments and assist them with their homework.
7) Please do not bring issues such as: personal and/or political to school to attack verbally/discuss or by writing or conduct a private meeting regarding your issues towards the school’s teachers and school’s volunteers or another parent. Violators will be held accountable for their actions and will be removed from the school property immediately.
School tuition are due the end of every month. Please submit your payment to our Finance/Cash handling parent volunteer.
9) For weekly food/snack donation or birthday celebrations, please contact the parent-student administrator/coordinator: Su Mon at (301) 452-9469.
10) You are required to attend our monthly parent/teacher meeting to discuss finance/school updates and to provide your input to better improve our school and to obtain better understanding among one other and to have an open channel of communication. The monthly meetings/time will be announced two weeks in advance.
11) Please feel free to address any concerns/questions you may have during our monthly meetings.
