အထက္ပါကြၽန္းမ်ားအေၾကာင္းႏွင့္ ပိုင္ဆိုင္မႈမ်ားအေၾကာင္းကို ဆရာျငိမ္းခ်မ္းေအးက – စိန္႔မာတင္၊ ရွင္မျဖဴနဲ ့ အဂၤလိပ္-ျမန္မာ ပထမစစ္ – အေၾကာင္းကို အမ်ားစိတ္၀င္စားၿပီး မွတ္သားဘြယ္ေကာင္းတဲ့စာေစာင္ကို ဖတ္ရပါတယ္။ ယခုစာစီေနတဲ့အခ်ိန္အထိ မွတ္ခ်က္ေပါင္း ၃၇ ခုအထိေဆြးေႏြးၾကတာကိုၾကည့္ၿပီး အမ်ားစိတ္၀င္စားတာရယ္၊ ဆရာကိုယ္တိုင္ စိတ္ရွည္လက္ရွည္ရွင္းျပထားတာေတြကို အထူးေက်းဇူး တင္မိပါတယ္။ က်ေနာ္ကိုယ္တိုင္က သမိုင္းဆရာလည္းမဟုတ္ စာေရးဆရာလည္းမဟုတ္ေပမဲ့၊ ေရွးေျမပံုတစ္ခ်ပ္ႏွင့္ စာအုပ္တစ္အုပ္ ေၾကာင့္ အထက္ပါကြၽန္းမ်ားအေၾကာင္းကို က်ေတာ္နားလည္သလို အားျဖည့္ကူညီလိုပါသည္။
ပထမဦးဆံုး က်ေနာ့္မွာရွိေသာ ေျမပံုအညႊန္းမွာ ေအာက္ပါအတိုင္းေရးထားပါသည္။
အထက္ပါစာအရ ၁၈၅၇ လန္ဒန္ၿမိဳ့မွထုပ္ေ၀ခဲ့ပါသည္။ ဌင္းေျမပံုမွ စိန္႔မာတင္ကြၽန္းေနရာကိုကြက္ၿပီးကူးယူ ေဖၚျပပါသည္။ ေအာက္ပါပံု ကိုၾကည့္ပါ၊ စက္၀ိုင္းအနီျပထားေသာေနရာတြင္းမွာ St. Martin Is. ဆိုေသာကြၽန္းမွာ (ျမစ္ကို အလယ္ေခါင္မွပိုင္းလွ်င္) ျမန္မာျပည္ဘက္ မွာမပါပါ။ ၎စိန္႔မာတင္ကြၽန္းအထက္နားက Shapooree I. ဆိုသည္မွာ ယခုစာလံုးေပါင္းအရ Shahpuri ကြၽန္းျဖစ္ေနပါသည္။ တကယ္ၾက ေတာ့ ၎ကို ကြၽန္းလို႔လည္းေခၚႏိုင္ပါသည္။ ေရေက်ာ္ကေလးျဖစ္ေနေသာေၾကာင့္ ကြၽန္းစြယ္လို႔ေခၚလွ်င္ ပိုမွန္ႏိုင္ပါသည္။ ၎ကြၽန္းစြယ္ ကေလးမွာလည္း ျမစ္၏အေနာက္ဖက္ကမ္းမွာရွိေနတာေၾကာင့္ ျမန္မာမပိုင္ပါ။
ပံု (၁)အထက္ပါေျမပံုအရ St. Martin Island ႏွင့္ Shahpuri Island ဟာမတူေသာကြၽန္းႏွစ္ခုျဖစ္ေနၿပီး ျမန္မာဘက္ကမ္းမွာမပါပါ။ တဖန္ နတ္ ေမာက္ဘုန္းေက်ာ္ျပဳစုသည့္ – အဂၤလိပ္-ျမန္မာစစ္သမိုင္း- ၁၉၆၆ ပံုႏွိပ္ျခင္း၊ စာမ်က္ႏွာ ၂၅ ၊ အခ်ပ္ပို ပံုအရ၊ ရွင္မျဖဴကြၽန္းဆိုသည္မွာ စိန္႔ မာတင္ကြၽန္း၏ေနရာမွာျဖစ္ေနပါသည္။ ေအာက္ပါပံုကိုၾကည့္ပါ။ စက္၀ိုင္းအနီထဲမွာျပထားပါသည္။ (ပံု၏ ေအာက္ေျခရွင္းလင္းခ်က္မွာ၊ ၊ ပထမစစ္ပြဲအတြင္း အဂၤလိပ္-ျမန္မာ ခ်ီတက္ရာလမ္းေၾကာင္းႏွင့္ယင္းတို ့ေတြ႕ဆံုရာေဒသမ်ား။)
နိဂံုးေနနဲ႔ က်ေနာ္မွတ္ခ်က္ေပးလိုသည္မွာ …
(၁) St. Martin Island ႏွင့္ Shahpuri Island ဟာမတူေသာ ကြၽန္းႏွစ္ခုျဖစ္ေနၿပီး ျမန္မာဘက္ကမ္းမွာမပါပါ။
(၂) St. Martin Island ႏွင့္ ရွင္မျဖဴကြၽန္းသည္ အတူတူျဖစ္ပါသည္။
အထက္ပါ ေျမပံုမ်ားကိုၾကည့္၍ ေကာက္ခ်က္ခ်ျခင္းျဖစ္ပါသည္။ ထို႔ထက္ပိုၿပီးတိက်ေသာအေထာက္အထားမ်ားရွိပါက ၀မ္းသာႀကိဳဆိုလွ်က္ က်ေနာ္ကိုျပင္ေပးပါခင္ဗ်ား။

According to maps presented , 1857 English map is more reliable ; more precise and more detailed and much more senior.
Maybe these are two different islands closely exit .
But , the fact (because these locate behind the Naf river ) doesn’t mean that these were not belonged to Rakhine’s (Arakan’s) or Bamar’s long time before.
Maybe “not” , maybe “yes”. Some said “evidence”, some said “no”.
Problem is now- officially, internationally,permanently – to be “not” for forever since March 14, 2012. ( Islands and their associated background vast /enormous sea area with natural resources)
If Junta would have not brought to international court(should cleverly have settled under table methods), there may be still room for hope to recover in future ; now almost hopeless unless war with Rohinger’s father occurs.
Junta emphasizes the gas dollar in short-sighted outlook , not for potential sovereignty of loss territory for long run.
Anyway , this is prize of war loser. (English is winner , so things become to be as they wish).
Serious lessons from history for future Burma patriotic generations..
Japan still not surrenders their loss Islands to Russia during World War Two ; still demands Russia to return back these Islands; both can not yet write down peace agreement until now since the end of World War Two.
Another example is Argentina’s demanding for Falkland Island until today even though they lost War with UK.
Compare with Junta’s dollar patriotism ..
First Anglo-Burmese war broke out in 1824 and Myanmar lost some teritories including St. Martin Island (Shin Ma Phyu Kyun) to British. The map cited above was printed in 1857 (33 years after the first war and 5 years after the second war.) Shin Ma Phyu Kyun was the original name. It was re-named by Brithsh to St. Martin later. The map was drawn by the British for their own interest and obviously, these islands belong to Myanmar.

ႏိုင္ငံတကာ ခံု႐ံုးမွာ ပိုင္ဆိုင္မႈ အေရးဆိုဖို႔ လူႀကီးေတြဆီ တင္ျပတဲ့အခ်ိန္မွာ ဘယ္ပညာရွိက စိန္႔မာတင္ကၽြန္းကို ဗမာေတြဘယ္တုန္းကမွမပိုင္ခဲ့ဘူးပါလို႔ တင္ျပခဲ့လည္း။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ အေရးဆိုတဲ့အခါ ဒီကၽြန္းကို ကြက္ျပီး ခ်န္ခဲ့တယ္။ ဒါဟာ တာဝန္ယူလုပ္ကိုင္ သူေတြရဲ့ ေသဒါဏ္ေပးထိုက္တဲ့ ေပါ့ေလ်ာ့မႈျဖစ္တယ္။ ဒီသမိုင္း တရားခံေတြကို ခံု႐ံုးဖြဲ႔ စစ္ေဆးၿပီး ျပန္လည္ေဖၚထုတ္သင့္တယ္။ သက္ဆိုင္ရာ အစိုးရက အေရးဆိုဖို႔ အခ်က္အလက္ေတြ စုေဆာင္းခိုင္းစဥ္တုန္းက တာဝန္ယူခဲ့သူထဲမွာ ကိုၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေအး မပါဘူးလို႔ပဲ ေမွ်ာ္လင့္ခ်င္ပါတယ္။

They little bit forgot about Burma History , Anglo-Burmese Wars , and lastly Field Marshall Maha Bandoola who reflated on the Shin Ma Phu Island (probably St Mratin)..
Maybe also they did not believe Maha Bandoola’s action as a Burma’s right(Rakhine’s right)..
Pitiful..

စိန္႔မာတင္(ရွင္မျဖဴ)ကၽြန္းေပးလိုက္ရတာထက္ ျမန္မာဘက္က ေတာင္းဆိုတဲ့အထဲမွာေတာင္ ထည့္မထားဘူးဆိုတာ ေတာ္ေတာ္အသံုးမက်တဲ့ကိစၥပဲ။ အခုဟာက ကိုယ့္နယ္ေျမ ဆံုးရႈံးရံုတင္မကဘူး သူခိုးကလူလိုျပန္ဟစ္တာ ခံရတာပါ..။
ကမာၻမွာ ျမန္မာရဲ့ ရွိစုမဲ့စုသိကၡာ ထပ္က်ရတယ္။ ဦးေန၀င္းတုန္းက.. အေၾကြးေတြ ေပါ့ေလ်ာ့ခံရတာ တစ္ခုတည္းကို ၾကည့္ျပီး LDC အျဖစ္ ေၾကျငာခဲ့လို႔ ႏိုင္ငံတကာအလယ္မွည ျမန္မာေတြ မ်က္ႏွာငယ္ခဲ့ရတယ္။
ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံမွာက တစ္ေသြး၊ တစ္သံ၊ တစ္မိန္႔ေခတ္မွာ အေပၚဆံုးလူၾကီးက ဒီလိုျဖစ္ေစခ်င္တယ္ဆိုရင္ ဒီလို မျဖစ္၊ ျဖစ္ေအာင္ ေအာက္က ၀ိုင္း၀န္းညာၾက၊ ျဖီးၾက၊ အခ်ိန္ကုန္ ခံမေနေတာ့ပဲ ေပါက္တတ္ကရ ရသမွ် အခ်က္အလက္ေတြကို အဟုတ္ၾကီးလုပ္ၿပီး တင္ျပၾက၊ တိုင္းျပည္အေရးထက္ လူၾကီးစိတ္ေက်နပ္မႈ ရေရးသာ အဓိကထား လုပ္ကိုင္ၾကရေတာ့ ဒီလိုအမွားမ်ဳိးဆိုတာ ျဖစ္မွာပဲ။ ဒါကေတာ့ ျပင္လို႔မရေတာ့တဲ့ အကယ့္ သမိုင္းအမဲစက္ၾကီး ျဖစ္သြားရတယ္။ ဒါနဲ႔ အလားတူ ျဖစ္ရပ္မ်ဳိးေတြ လူမသိ၊ သူမသိပဲ ျပီးသြားတာ အမ်ားၾကီးပါ။
