1. that guy Myint Hlaing , who is known to be ‘ a minister of Irrigation and Agriculture ‘ , reported to tell people in Nay Pyi Daw – NOT TO sign for that changes of constituency……he should be ‘ got rid of’ ‘ from his position immediately and action should be taken against to prevent ‘ Full Freedom of Speech ‘ and ‘ Act ‘ of the Myanmar General Public People.

   He is the ‘wet blanket ‘ and he should also be got rid of . because he is trying to corrupt by ‘ making his own business in Agricultural Industry ‘ by growing ‘ Pearl Thwe ‘ kind of paddy ( Pa Lae Thwe ) . There had been reports that he is selling or ‘ acting like as sale representative for ‘that kind of paddy ‘ to plant in our country. By doing that he is planning to make ‘ huge ‘ amount of money for his own pocket.

   There had been unconfirmed report, but from very delicate source that he created the ? say about 500 acres of land , on which paddy had been grown ( Acturally, truly grown .or not ……that is not dead sure ! ) ..and told ‘ Myanmar President U Thein Sein ‘ ….and that ‘ it is for your Mr. President ‘ and offered The President U Thein Sein ….the huge amount of money equivalent to the sale amount of that paddy , said to be sold from that 500 acres of land .

   The fact is found and reported to be true and genuine . But actual ‘ figure ‘ may be not accurate .

   The main points are :

   1. This minister said before ‘ To have ONE MEAL a day ‘ to peasants

   2. This minister now obstructing the legal movement of Democratic Practice .( He is a sort of wasp, He needs to be got rid of )

   3. He is a bloody corrupt. amongst others. ( viz, REF: paddy strain called pa Lae thwe , and paddy field of 500 acres, kept and stolen for The President U Thein Sein )

   Someone, ( there must be lots of legends in our Myanmar Media industry ) .. where are they ? Irrawaddy, Daily 11, VOA, BBC, R F A , Moe Ma Ka, Mizzimma and many many numerous journos – get him.

   Try to get him from the very root.

   To investigate such kind of ‘ corrupts ‘ and ‘ scandals ‘ are very difficult.
   one has to understand the phenomenon of ‘ iceberg phenomenon ‘ . That means if there is one obvious ‘case on the surface, there are numerous numerous inobvious cases existing.

   To get rid of corrupt system, The Government and People have to do ‘ one MODEL case or may be few more ROLE MODEL cases ‘ to be trialed and take deterrent punitive action.

   Proposed Penalty”

   let’s say, Minimum penalty for 10 years with hard labour 36 hours a week, freezing all assets, and not subject to any sort of ‘ Amnesty ‘ act or ‘ Pardon ‘ act. in first 7 years.
