1. May I say, what are they breaking the cemented blocks by picks ? That monk and a child.

   They should not break those blocks. They are kept to be as it is.

   That is how Myanmar’ way in Myanmar. No matter what they think ‘ something inside ‘ . they like to get it.
   Like a thief manner.

   That is the reason why ‘ lots of casualty in Train disaster, as people are risking their lives unknowingly – targeting only get fuel, not aware of / don’t understand the risk of fuel. Fuel are volatile. They don’t know , they don’t care. They are flammable. if someone ignite with a cigarette – all will go to inferno. That is Burma. That is Myanmar.
   Lack of education and no education been given by ‘ parents’ ( Government for years ) to ignorant people.
