You know very well why the sanctions are imposed on Myanmar (Burma) by US and EU member countries.
On the one hand, I never support the sanctions imposed on Myanmar (Burma) by US and EU member countries. But on the other hand, I hate Myanmar (Burma) ruled by previous administrations — Tatmadaw Government.
I happy to learn that sanctions, especially targeted sanctions, effected to the Tatmadaw leaders’ families and their cronies — businessmen.
For me, because of these sanctions, it is difficult to open a bank account with the big banks in other countries since I am holding a Myanmar passport.
I can still tolerate the sanctions for the sake of the Myanmar people.
