We have not wasted time packaging our admission tickets for distribution according to the pre-confirmed sign-up list as soon as we received our tickets. We worked the whole Sunday preparing the sorting of guest lists and tickets according to references, groups and by individual sign-up list.
Now tickets are starting to distribute through references, affiliates, and organizers as of 25th September 2012. The guests who signed-up in groups will be receiving their tickets starting 25th September 2012. For individual who signed-up with their own family and friends independently, we will announce the pickup locations in 2 area, one in San Francisco / Daly City and one in East Bay respectively for them to pick up at their convenient preferences.
Sorry for the late announcement and inconvenience caused but we will do our best to deliver all invited guests with admission tickets.
Please keep sending email to firstname.lastname@example.org if you still not hearing back from your references, groups or organizations. For individuals with family and friends, please wait until we announce the pick up location from us (by end of this day).
