3. Thank you very much, Sayar for bringing up this issue and the abstract writing behind the whole thing and the Social Environment of Rangoon University which has been vanished for 50 years.
   I would suggest all those concerned should witness and make a good history record of the Student Unions Affair of 7 July for all to know and I am sure that it will be a great help for the future generation and policy makers.
   It is a lesson learnt that all high ranking official, civil or military, should be someone who is psychologically healthy and educationally strong. It is a lesson learnt for the country.
