ေမလ ၁ ရက္ေန႔တြင္ အေမရိကန္ျပည္သို႔ ေျပာင္းေရႊခြင့္ မဲေလွ်ာက္ထားသူမ်ားအထဲက မဲေပါက္သူမ်ား ေၾကျငာမည္ျဖစ္သည္။ ထိုကိစၥႏွင့္ ပတ္သက္ျပီး လိမ္ညာမႈမ်ား၊ မသမာမႈမ်ား ျဖစ္ပြားမႈကို ကာကြယ္ႏိုင္ရန္ သံရုံးက ျပန္ၾကားစာထုတ္ျပန္လိုက္သည္။ အဆိုပါ ဘာသာျပန္ကို လက္ခံရရွိသည့္အတိုင္း တင္ျပလိုက္ပါသည္။

*The U.S. Department of State will announce winners of the 2012 Diversity
Visa (DV) Program starting on May 1, 2011. * The *only* means by which
selectees may find out if they are selected for DV 2012 will be via the
Department of State’s Electronic DV Entrant Status Check Web Site:
လာမဲ့ *ေမလ (၁) ရက္ ၂၀၁၁* ေန႕မွာ အေမရိကန္ DV ေပါက္မဲဆုရွင္မ်ားကုိ ေၾကျငာပါမယ္။ ေလွ်ာက္လႊာရွင္မ်ား မိမိတုိ႕ ၂၀၁၂ DV program မွာ ေရြးခ်ယ္ ခံရ မခံရ ကို္ www.dvlottery.state.gov ထဲမွာ ၀င္ေရာက္ၾကည့္ရႈစုံစမ္းနုိင္ပါတယ္။
Please be sure to have the entrant’s *Confirmation Number,* *Last Name/Family Name, *and *Year of Birth *in order to check the entrant status online.
ေလွ်ာက္လႊာတင္သူက မိမိေလွ်ာက္လႊာ မွာေရးသားျဖည့္သြင္းခဲ့တဲ့ Confirmation Number, မိမိအမည္ last name/family name, ေမြးသကၠရာဇ္ (ေလွ်ာက္လႊာမွာ ေရးသား ထည့္သြင္း ထားတဲ့အတုိင္းအတိအက်) ေဖၚျပလ်က္ အြန္လုိင္းေပၚမွာ စစ္ေဆးနုိင္ပါတယ္။
If you are selected as a DV winner you must respond by following the instructions on the Entrant Status Check Web Site. After responding you will receive follow-up instructions from the State Department about processing your case to completion. U.S. Embassy Rangoon will not be providing these follow-up instructions.
ေပါက္မဲရွင္ (DV Winner) အျဖစ္ အေရြးခံရေၾကာင္း သိရလွ်င္ Entrant Status Check Web Site မွာေပးထားတဲ့ ညႊန္ၾကားခ်က္မ်ားကုိလုိက္နာလ်က္ အြန္လုိင္းမွပင္ အေၾကာင္းျပန္ၾကားပါ။ အေၾကာင္းျပန္ၾကားပီးရင္ ေတာ့ အေမရိကန္ State Department က အျပီးသပ္ဆက္လက္ ေဆာင္ရြက္ရမဲ့ ကိစၥ ရပ္ေတြအတြက္ ညႊန္ၾကားခ်က္မ်ားရပါလိမ့္မယ္။ ရန္ကုန္ အေမရိကန္သံရုံးက ဒီ အျပီးသပ္ေဆာင္ရြက္ရမဲ့ ညႊန္ၾကားခ်က္မ်ား (follow-up instructions) ကို ထုတ္မေပးပါဘူးတဲ့။
Currently, many DV applicants in Burma and around the world are receiving fraudulent emails notifying them that they have won the DV lottery.
ခုခါမွာ ျမန္မာနုိင္ငံ အပါအ၀င္ တကမာၻလုံး က DV ေလွ်ာက္လႊာရွင္ေတြ ဟာ မမွန္မကန္ အီးေမးလ္ေတြ လက္ခံရရွိေနၾကတယ္။ အဲဒီ အီးေမးလ္ ေတြထဲမွာ လိပ္စာရွင္ေတြဟာ DV ေပါက္ျပီလုိ႕ လိမ္ညာထားၾကပါတယ္။

When the State Department announces DV winners on May 1, 2011, it will not charge a fee for that information. We caution all not to send money to anyone asking for it from an unsolicited email.
