အမ်ဳိးသားဒီမိုကေရစီအဖြဲ႕ခ်ဳပ္ဥကၠ႒ ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္သည္ ၂၀၁၄ ခုႏွစ္ ဧၿပီလ (၁၇) ရက္၊ ျမန္မာႏွစ္ဆန္းတစ္ရက္ေန႔၊ ညေန ၅ နာရီ ၁၅ မိနစ္တြင္ ရန္ကုန္ေဆး႐ုံႀကီးသို႔ ေရာက္ရွိလာခဲ့သည္။

ထို႔ေနာက္ ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္သည္ အထူးၾကပ္မတ္ကုသေဆာင္တြင္ ေဆးကုသမႈခံယူေနေသာ အမ်ဳိးသားဒီမိုကေရစီအဖြဲ႕ခ်ဳပ္၊ နာယကႀကီး ႏွင့္ သတင္းစာဆရာႀကီး ဦး၀င္းတင္ ကို သြားေရာက္ေတြ႕ဆံု၊ သတင္းေမးခဲ့သည္္။ ညေန ၅ နာရီ ၁၅ မိနစ္ မွ ၆ နာရီအထိ ၄၅ မိနစ္ၾကာ ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္သည္ အဘဦး၀င္းတင္၏ ကုတင္ေဘး၌ စကားေျပာသတင္းေမးခဲ့သည္။

ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္ႏွင့္အတူ ရန္ကုန္ေဆး႐ုံႀကီး ေဆး႐ုံအုပ္ႀကီး ေဒါက္တာလွျမင့္၊ အ႐ုိးႏွင့္ထိခိုက္ေရာဂါ႒ာန ပါေမာကၡ႒ာနမွဴး ေဒါက္တာ ေဇာ္ေ၀စိုး၊ ဆီးႏွင့္ေက်ာက္ကပ္႒ာနပါေမာကၡ႒ာနမွဴး ေဒါက္တာခင္ေမာင္ေ႒း တို႔လည္း အတူလိုက္ပါခဲ့ၾကသည္္။ လူနာသတင္းေမးၿပီးေနာက္ ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္သည္ အဘဦး၀င္းတင္ကို အနီးကပ္ၾကပ္မတ္ကုသေပးလ်က္ရွိေသာ ဆရာ၀န္ႀကီးမ်ားအဖြဲ႕၀င္ ဆရာ၀န္မ်ား ႏွင့္ေတြ႕ဆံုလ်က္ မိနစ္သံုးဆယ္ၾကာ အစည္းအေ၀းတစ္ရပ္က်င္းပခဲ့သည္ ညေန ၆ နာရီ ခြဲတြင္ ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္သည္ ရန္ကုန္ေဆး႐ုံႀကီးမွ ျပန္လည္ထြက္ခြာသြားခဲ့သည္္။

အဘဦး၀င္းတင္၏ ေက်ာက္ကပ္အလုပ္လုပ္ႏိုင္မႈအေျခအေနကို ယေန႔ညေနပိုင္းတြင္ ဓာတ္ခြဲစစ္ေဆးခဲ့ၿပီး၊ အဆိုပါေသြးအေျဖရလဒ္အေပၚတြင္ မူတည္လ်က္၊ ေက်ာက္ကပ္ ေဆးရန္ လိုအပ္ျခင္းရွိ၊ မရွိကို ဆီးႏွင့္ေက်ာက္ကပ္သမားေတာ္ႀကီး ေဒါက္တာခင္ေမာင္ ေ႒း ႏွင့္ သမားေတာ္ႀကီးမ်ားအဖြဲ႕မွ အတည္ျပဳဆံုးျဖတ္မည္ျဖစ္သည္။

အဘဦး၀င္းတင္ ၏ ေက်ာက္ကပ္အလုပ္လုပ္ႏိုင္ေျခမွာ ေလ်ာ့နည္းလ်က္ရွိၿပီး၊ ေက်ာက္ကပ္ေဆးျခင္း (ေက်ာက္ကပ္ေသြးသန္႔စင္ျခင္း)ကို ျပဳလုပ္ႏိုင္ရေျခမ်ားသည့္အေျခအေနတြင္ ရွိေနသည္ဟုဆိုႏိုင္သည္။

This is the ‘ Advanced Care Planning ‘ . It is called.
In Myanmar, I don’t believe at all, such kind of ‘ care plan ‘ exists.

No paper works. NO Planning in Hospital Medicine. Where is backbone fundamental scheme to be implemented. Team should be consultant, Senior nurses, Medical officer. dedicated team of advanced care plan in Hospital setting . A few people may have heard of it. from the books. and where there were educated in other countries during their Physician Training and Surgical Training. But cannot materialize in Myanmar for ‘ VARIOUS VARIOUS ;’ reasons. until this 2014. Keep on rowing , keep on rowing with this pace and this attitude . You all will get there. …( winking at ‘ upper house ‘ of Nay Pyi Daw )

In this case, because of SaYa U Win Tin and many others supportive medical personnel and D A S S S K et al – such thing can be seen here as shown in this photo. ( Hopefully, it is really happening in the real hospital with real people and ,,)

I can see this is ‘ end staged renal failure ‘ . Dialysis is thy way to go. Not 100 % guarantee cure. Not all all. Life expectancy will increase , if any. Let’s say . instead of living more ONE YEAR , one may live more than ONE YEAR .. say 2 years. say 4 years etc . Who knows? In the lap of the GOD. Even all staff carry on with most sophisticated effective facility.
Don’t get me wrong by saying so. Let me say more – Who can claim themselves that I can live upto 10 years younger than SaYaGyi U Win Tin. Who can ? Who dare ?

Let me get to my original point, ‘Advance Care Planning ‘ is to be implemented to every chronic illnesses cared in hospital . It should explained and signed and agreed by next of kin. I don’t want to go to details here. The departments concerned are Cancer Wards, Renal Failure Wards, Brain Injury , Palliative Wards. Those disciplines (= subjects ) are to be promoted by Health Ministry . ( forward to Health Minister – thence to Federal Budget – Finance ministry and Human resources . ). .. Well……..ahkone lone ‘ Kywet Khoe Mee Shauk Lite Kone tawt hmar bae .. It will be a long long paragraph to be written. Only Nyein Chan Aye, Than Win Hlaing and Yan Myo Thein may be helpful to write all those things. !

the writing needs to be well-composed and presented – for all readers from all walks of life. ( not only for the readers of Moe Ma Kha, that is , who have computer and internet access and time to read. ) .. Our target population of readers MUST BE EXTENDED .to remote rural and stupid illiterate hooligans, dare-devils, aristocratic but bloody dickheads and also to those ‘ the mouth that prays, the hands that slay ‘ .
