1. No one is above the law. We wish the case should be under justice. The new Myanmar government should decide who is right.

2. I thing this case will connect with than shwe grandson PHO HLA PHAY .

3. Mini-analysis as a person in medical field:

   Possibly be suicide as her husband believes.

   So much pressure (physically and mentally) created by SB(3S) may be the cause of suicide.

   SB’s inhumane behaviors :

   1.Deliberately gave much troubles by asking day and night almost without proper rest for 3-4 days to this Shan(can not speak Burmese well, no translator) frightened helpless ( useless Myanmar fake law and relatively useless lawyer ) unhealthy(maybe suffering food poisoning ) menstruating young (19 years old without experience and concepts of complicated and wicked life ) girl who had got tremendous physical and mental pressure/troublesome created by SB ; she is also a wife of Japanese and rich client for SB ; these facts are also delicious meals for SB and police.

   2.Psychologically , anyone who has enormous pressure physically and mentally may suddenly change their behavior and personality ; they just think to get out of these Hells by any mean including suicide. The words her lawyer said she was very frightened girl in normal status , does not guarantee she would not have done suicide in abnormal status like this . Lawyer should understand more in human behaviors and effects during stress time(suicide , homicide , manslaughter cases). (The fact that she was frightened girl , she would not have done this suicide is primitive childish thinking.)

   3.The girl who was suffering food poisoning with nausea and vomiting and , at the same time , menstruating , should have gone to toilet , not to window for vomiting .
   Going to window is one possibility – she wanted to jump to escape from SB’s inhumane Hell like treatments.

   Her husband and family should demand for autopsy examination for any sexual abuse or rape (as internationally done like this case )during these days and night investigation for this helpless Shan ethnicity girl , and should suit the SB for million of dollars for compensation , and then report to foreign medias like CNN , BBC , etc and to UN human right council for further pressure to heads of all evils-Junta’s government.

   Layers and heroic Medias have their chance for historic opportunities to lead justice in land of Golden temples now blackmailed by military Junta.

   Responsible SB persons , SB money milkers and real criminal Ko Ko/Ka Lar should be punished severely as much as possible .

   SB should be completely abolished and new task force should be formed with new bloods .

   Otherwise , racial hate beginning from this ethnicity tension ( not only from Shan , but also from other ethnicities ) becomes to be time bomb of Myanmar.

   What/where are deputy Shan president Sai Mauk Khan and Shan patriotic party-white tiger doing…………………………………….still in common cold( nasal stuffiness?)

   မေပးရင္ ရံုးေခၚရစ္မယ္၊ ဘာရည္ရြယ္ခ်က္မွမရိွ၊ ဦးတည္ခ်က္မရိွ ဘဲ စားရေခ်ာင္လို႔ ညစ္ဖို႔
   ေတာင္းစားဖြ႔ဲဝင္လာတ႔ဲ သူေတြန႔ဲ ဖြ႔ဲစည္းထားတ႔ဲ သူေတာင္းစား စသံုးလံုးအဖြ႔ဲၾကီးအား
   ခ်က္ခ်င္း ဖ်က္သိမ္းပစ္ျခင္းသည္သာ အေကာင္းဆံုးျဖစ္သည္။

5. This kind of event should not be happen in every places. In Burma, the staffs of intelligent departments think,they had the license to Kill, and what ever ways of torture,they can do to the people,whether,the victims are guilty or not ,can do by them, is the very BAD,allowance. First,they will create the problems, to become big,then, they torture,and at last,they will ask money. I knew it very much,because,I was also,suffered by B.S.I., and S.B. In the entrance of Lewis Street, B.S.I. Office,they have written (Bribery and Corruption,is our enemy), BUT; that is the way ,they are using to make money , and B.S.I., personnel become very rich, at outside.They are like the Generals of Burma. Actually,this department was formed at U Nu’s time,to investigates for the high ranking Ministers,to find out,what,they are taking bribes for their owns. I knew it very much about these Departments ,with the utmost power, to give troubles ,for the innocent people too. Because, I was suffered. According to this case,the higher Authority persons (now),should take real action upon those,who did this kind of problems,that the victims has to died.They must also puts to jails.
