Objectives A. To overturn the usurpation of state power by the military, and to terminate the involvement of the armed forces in politics. B. To ensure that all armed forces operate solely under the command of a civilian government elected through democratic processes. C. To abrogate the constitution of 2008 in its entirety, and to quash all attempts to reinstate its provisions. D. To draft and promulgate a new constitution that embodies federalism and democratic values, garnering the consensus of all relevant parties, E. To establish a new federal democratic union in accordance with the proposed federal democratic constitution. F. To institute a system of transitional justice in order to address and remedy the injustices inflicted upon innocent parties throughout the conflict. Positions A. We declare the seizure of state power by the Myanmar military on 1 February 2021 to be devoid of any legitimacy, and thus oppose and reject this seizure unequivocally. B. This seizure of power was in violation of the constitution of 2008, which was itself authored and imposed unilaterally by the military. The military’s own actions through their unconstitutional act have invalidated the 2008 constitution. C. The outcome of the 2020 general election should not be construed as an endorsement of the political framework outlined in the 2008 constitution but as a mandate for revolutionary change and the establishment of a new political system. The will of the voters, as demonstrated in the election results, bestows legitimacy upon the bodies working to reverse the military coup d’état and to implement a new political system, specifically, the Committee Representing Pyidaungsu Hluttaw (CRPH) and the National Unity Government (NUG). The stewardship of the nation in the post-revolutionary era shall be entrusted to all relevant parties in the cause of the revolution; it is under their collective leadership that we will forge a new nation. D. Any election held under the provisions of the constitution of 2008 would not serve to restore democracy; it would merely serve to perpetuate military rule indefinitely. E. The armed forces shall hold no right to participate in any future political discourse. F. A new federal democratic constitution formulated with the consensus of all relevant parties is imperative for assuring self-determination, national equality, democracy, peace and stability. G. We reject any initiatives to monopolise political power exclusively among the privileged. H. We pledge to engage constructively with the efforts of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations and the United Nations in seeking viable solutions for Myanmar. I. Our commitment to peaceful coexistence with neighbours shall stand as a cornerstone for regional peace and stability. Action Plans A. Continued political and military pressure (internal and external) against the military junta. B. Negotiations with the responsible leadership of the Myanmar military to terminate military rule and for peaceful transition of power, subject to their unconditional acceptance of the six political objectives. Upon overturning of military rule and final annihilation of the military junta or a military-backed administration, establishment of a Transitional National Unity Government (T-NUG) for a federal level and transitional state/federal unit governments to achieve peace, stability and reconstruction. အိမ်သစ်ကြီးတစ်အိမ်အတွင်းမှာ အတူတကွ မှီတင်းနေထိုင်နေကြတဲ့ လူမျိုးအားလုံးဟာ ကြိုက်သည်ဖြစ်စေ၊ မကြိုက်သည်ဖြစ်စေ မိမိတို့အချင်းချင်း ချစ်ချစ်ခင်ခင်နဲ့ အတူတကွ ယှဉ်တွဲနေထိုင် သွားကြဖို့ပဲ ရှိပါတော့တယ်။ သူ့သမိုင်းကြောင်းနဲ့သူ၊ သူ့ဖြစ်စဉ်နဲ့သူ သမိုင်းကြောင်း အသီးသီးရှိနေခဲ့ကြလို့ပဲ ဖြစ်ပါ တယ်။ မြောက်ဦးလိုမျိုး၊ ဥဿပဲခူးလိုမျိုး သမိုင်းတွေဟာလည်း အထင်အရှား ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ အဲဒီသမိုင်းနဲ့ သက်ဆိုင်တဲ့ လူမျိုးတွေ ဟာ အခုဆိုရင် ပြည်ထောင်စုအသစ်ထဲမှာ သမိုင်းအသစ်တွေကို အတူတကွ ‌ရေးထိုးနေ ကြတဲ့ ညီအစ်ကိုတွေ ဖြစ်နေကြပါပြီဆိုတာကို ရှင်းရှင်းလင်းလင်း သိမြင်ကြဖို့ ပြောကြား လိုပါတယ်။ အခုလို အမျိုးသားရင်ကြားစေ့ရေး ချစ်တတ်ဖို့ မျိုးချစ်စိတ်မှတစ်ပါး အခြားမရှိဆိုတဲ့ အမြင် တွေကို ပြောဆိုနေကြတာလည်း သတိထားမိပါတယ်။ မျိုးချစ်စိတ်ဟာ ရှိသင့် ရှိအပ်တဲ့ စိတ်ဓာတ်မျိုးဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ မျိုးချစ်စိတ်ဆိုတာ လူမျိုးတိုင်းရဲ့ မွေးရာပါ ဖွားဖက်တော် လည်း ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမယ့် ကျွန်တော်တို့လို လူမျိုး ပေါင်းစုံ စုပေါင်းနေထိုင်ကြတဲ့ ပြည်ထောင်စုနိုင်ငံမှာ မျိုးချစ်စိတ်ဟာ လူမျိုး တိုင်းမှာ ရှိနေကြတာမို့ မျိုးချစ်စိတ်တွေ တကွဲတပြားစီနဲ့ မတူမညီ ပြန့်ကျဲ နေကြမှာကတော့ အသေအချာပဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ သူကလည်း သူ့မျိုးချစ်စိတ်နဲ့သူ၊ ငါကလည်း ငါ့မျိုးချစ်စိတ်နဲ့ငါဆိုရင် ပြန်လည်နီးစပ်သွား ကြဖို့ကတော့ အတော်ကို ခက်ခဲနေကြဦးမှာပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ တကယ်တော့ ကျွန်တော်တို့ တိုင်းရင်းသား လူမျိုးအသီးသီးမှာ ရှိနေကြတဲ့ မျိုးချစ်စိတ်တွေကို စုစည်းနိုင်တဲ့၊ စည်းနှောင် ထားနိုင်တဲ့ “တစ်ခုတည်း” သော စိတ်ဓာတ်ကတော့ “ပြည်ထောင်စုကို ချစ်မြတ်နိုးတဲ့ နိုင်ငံချစ်စိတ်” ဆိုတာပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဆိုချင်တာက “ပြည်ထောင်စုကို ချစ်မြတ်နိုးတဲ့ နိုင်ငံချစ်စိတ်”ကိုသာ ပထမဦးစားပေး ဆောင်ရွက်ရမှာ ဖြစ်ပြီး “ မျိုးချစ်စိတ် ” ကိုတော့ ဒုတိယဦးစားပေးနေရာမှာ ထားဖို့လိုတယ်လို့ ပြောကြား လိုပါတယ်။ မျိုးချစ်စိတ်ထက်စာရင် ပြည်ထောင်စုကို ချစ်မြတ်နိုးတဲ့ နိုင်ငံချစ်စိတ်က သာလျှင် အမျိုးသား ရင်ကြားစေ့ရေးကို ဦးစီးရှေ့ဆောင်နိုင်မှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ပြည်ထောင်စုအတွင်း ညီညွတ်ရေးကို တည်ဆောက်နိုင်မှာပဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ အဲဒီလို အခြေအနေကတစ်ဆင့် ပြည်တွင်းငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးကို ထူထောင်နိုင်မယ်လို့ ကျွန်တော်တို့ လေးလေးနက်နက် ယုံကြည်ထားပါတယ်။ တစ်စုတစ်ဖွဲ့တည်းက နိုင်ငံတစ်ခုလုံးကို ကြီးစိုးချုပ်ကိုင်ခြယ်လှယ်သွားတာမျိုး ဆိုတာလည်း မဖြစ်သင့် မဖြစ်ထိုက်တဲ့ ကိစ္စပဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ တိုင်းရင်းသားပေါင်းစုံ၊ အဖွဲ့အစည်းပေါင်းစုံ စုဝေးနေထိုင်ကြတဲ့ နိုင်ငံတစ်နိုင်ငံမို့ ပိုပြီး မဖြစ်သင့်ဘူးလို့ ပြောချင်ပါတယ်။ ဘယ်လိုလူမျိုးပဲဖြစ်ပါစေ၊ အရည် အချင်းရှိသူ ဘယ်သူမဆို ခေါင်းဆောင်ခွင့်ပေးရမယ့် အခြေအနေ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ အတူနေသူ တိုင်းရင်းသားအားလုံးရဲ့ အများပိုင် တိုင်းပြည်တစ်ခုအဖြစ်သာ ပုံဖော်ဖို့ ဆိုရှယ်လစ်၊ကွန်မြူနစ်လူ့လောကကိုတည်ဆောက်နိုင်မယ်ဆိုတာကိုဗမာပြည်ကွန်မြူနစ်ပါတီကနားလည်ထားပါ တယ်။ ဒါကြောင့်လွတ်လပ်ရေးတိုက်ပွဲမှာလည်းဗမာပြည်ကွန်မြူနစ်ပါတီပါဝင်ခဲ့တယ်။ ဒီမိုကရေစီရေးတိုက်ပွဲမှာလည်းပါဝင်ခဲ့တယ်။ ပါဝင်နေတယ်။ ဒီမိုကရေစီရေးအောင်မြင်ပြီးမြောက်တဲ့အထိပါဝင်သွားမှာပဲဖြစ်တယ်။ ဒီမိုကရေစီရေးအောင် မြင်ပြီးမြောက်ပြီးဆိုရှယ်လစ်၊ကွန်မြူနစ်လောကကိုတည်ဆောက် အောင်မြင်ပြီးမြောက်မှသာဗမာပြည်ကွန်မြူနစ်ပါတီရဲ့ တာဝန်ပြီးမြောက်ကုန်ဆုံးမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ (၂) ဗမာပြည်ကွန်မြူနစ်ပါတီစတင်ထူထောင်တဲ့ ၁၉၃၉ ခုနှစ် ကာလဟာနယ်ချဲ့နိုင်ငံတွေအချင်းချင်းအုပ်စုတွေဖွဲ့ကြပြီးအုပ်စုတခုနဲ့ တခုရန်စောင်နေကြပါတယ်။ အင်္ဂလိပ်နယ်ချဲ့သမားအုပ်စုနဲ့ ဂျာမန်ဖက်ဆစ်နယ်ချဲ့သမားအုပ်စုတို့ ရန်စောင်နေကြပြီးဒုတိယကမ္ဘာစစ်ဖြစ်မယ့်ဆဲဆဲအချိန်ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ( ဒုတိယကမ္ဘာစစ်စတင်တာ ၁၉၃၉ စက်တင်ဘာဖြစ်ပါတယ်) ကမ္ဘာ့ဆိုရှယ် လစ်စနစ်လှုပ်ရှားမှု(မာ့က်စ်ဝါဒ (ဝါ) သိပ္ပံနည်းကျဆိုရှယ်လစ်ဝါဒ (ဝါ) ကွန်မြူနစ်ဝါဒ)ဟာတတိယအင်တာနေရှင်နယ် ကာလဖြစ်ပြီးဆိုဗီယက်ပြည်ထောင်စုသမ္မတနိုင်ငံသာကမ္ဘာမှာတခုတည်းသောကွန်မြူနစ်နိုင်ငံဖြစ်နေသေးချိန်ဖြစ်ပါ တယ်။ နယ်ချဲ့အုပ်စုနှစ်ခုလုံးဟာကွန်မြူနစ်ဆန့်ကျင်ရေးမှာတော့ တစိတ်တဝမ်းတည်းရှိကြပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် အင်္ဂလိပ်နယ်ချဲ့ သမားရဲ့ ကိုလိုနီဖြစ်နေတဲ့ ဗမာပြည်မှာကွန်မြူနစ်ပါတီကို လျှို့ဝှက်စွာပဲဖွဲ့စည်းရပါတယ်။ မြေအောက်ပါတီပေါ့။ အဓိပ္ပာယ် က အခက်အခဲကြားထဲကပါတီကိုထူထောင်ခဲ့ရတာပါ။ အခက်အခဲအကျပ်အတည်းနဲ့ အန္တရာယ်ထူပြောတဲ့ကြားထဲကပဲဗမာပြည်ကွန်မြူနစ်ပါတီဟာဖတပလ (နောင် ဖဆပလ) အဖွဲ့ချုပ်ကိုထူထောင်ရာမှာကမကထလုပ်ရတဲ့အခန်းကပါဝင်ခဲ့ရတယ်။ နယ်ချဲ့ဖက်ဆစ်ဂျပန်တော်လှန်ရေးကိုပါဝင်ဆင်နွှဲရပါတယ်။ အောင်မြင်ပါတယ်။ တော်လှန်ရေးအတွင်းမှာပါတီဝင်တွေအတော်များများအသက်သွေးချွေးပေးလိုက် ရပါတယ်။ အဲဒီအထဲမှာ ထင်ရှားတာကတော့ ရဲဘော်သိန်းတန်(ရဲဘော်ချစ်တီး) တို့ ဗိုလ်မှူးဗထူးတို့တတွေပါ။ ( ၃) ဖက်ဆစ်ဂျပန်တော်လှန်ရေးအောင်မြင်ပြီးနောက် ဖဆပလအဖွဲ့ချုပ်ရော၊ ဗမာပြည်ကွန်မြူနစ်ပါတီပါ မြေအောက်ပါတီအဖွဲ့တွေဘဝကနေမြေပေါ်ပါတီအဖွဲ့အစည်းတွေအဖြစ်ဗြောင်ကြေညာပေါ်ထွက်လာပါတယ်။ လက်ဝဲညီညွတ်ရေးကို မဏ္ဍိုင်ပြုထားတဲ့ ဖဆပလအဖွဲ့ချုပ်မှာ အမျိုးသားစည်းလုံးညီညွတ်မှုဟာအမြင့်ဆုံးအချိန်ဖြစ်နေတာကြောင့် နေသူရိန်အစည်းအဝေးကိုခေါ်ဆိုကျင်းပနိုင်ပြီးအဆိုလေးရပ်ကိုလည်းကန့်ကွက်သူမရှိအတည်ပြုနိုင်ခဲ့တယ်။ အဲဒီတုန်းကသဘောထားကွဲလွဲမှုတွေကိုနောက်တန်းကိုပို့ထားနိုင်ခဲ့တယ်။ လွတ်လပ်ရေးကိစ္စကိုပဲအာရုံစိုက်ထားကြပါတယ်။ ဗမာပြည်ကွန်မြူနစ်ပါတီဟာလည်းလန်းဆန်းတက်ကြွစွာနဲ့ ဒုတိယအကြိမ်မြောက်ပါတီညီလာခံကိုအောင်မြင်စွာကျင်းပနိုင်ခဲ့တယ်။ ဗဟိုကော်မတီကိုစနစ်တကျဖွဲ့စည်းနိုင်ခဲ့ပြီးပါတီကိုလည်းစနစ်တကျစည်းရုံးဖွဲ့စည်းနိုင်ခဲ့တယ်။ ၁၉၄၅ ခုနှစ်ဇူလိုင်လမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဖဆပလအဖွဲ့ချုပ်မှာသဘောထားကွဲလွဲမှုတွေကိုဖြေရှင်းရာမှာဒီမိုကရေစီနည်းလမ်းတကျမဖြေရှင်းဘဲ ဗမာပြည် ကွန်မြူနစ်ပါတီကိုဖဆပလအဖွဲ့ချုပ်မှထုတ်ပယ်လိုက်တယ်။ ဗမာပြည်ကွန်မြူနစ်ပါတီဟာဖဆပလအဖွဲ့ချုပ်ဝင်မဖြစ် တော့ပေမယ့် လွတ်လပ်ရေးအတွက် ဖဆပလအဖွဲ့ချုပ်နဲ့ တူတာတွဲလုပ် မတူတာကိုခွဲလုပ်ပြီး ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မြဲဆောင်ရွက်ပါတယ်။ ဝေဖန်ထောက်ပြစရာရှိတာတွေကိုလည်းရှင်းရှင်းလင်းလင်းပဲဝေဖန်ထောက်ပြခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဗမာပြည်ကွန်မြူနစ်ပါတီဟာဒုတိယအကြိမ်ပါတီကွန်ဂရက်အပြီးမှာသခင်စိုးခေါင်းဆောင်ပြီးအလံနီပါတီ (ကွန်မြူနစ်ပါတီ၊ ဗမာပြည်) ကိုခွဲထောင်လိုက်တာကြောင့် အကွဲအပြဲပြဿနာနဲ့ကြုံတွေ့လိုက်ရပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ ပါတီဟာမာ့က်စ်ဝါဒအခြေခံမူအပေါ်မှာမြဲမြံစွာရပ်တည်ပြီးပါတီရဲ့စည်းရုံးရေးစည်းကမ်းဘောင်တွေကိုစွဲစွဲမြဲမြဲလိုက်နာကျင့်သုံးတာကြောင့် ပါတီကိုကြံ့ခိုင်တောင့်တင်းအောင်တည်ဆောက်နိုင်ပြီးလူထုကြီးကိုလည်းစည်းရုံးထားနိုင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ ဖဆပလအဖွဲ့ချုပ်ဗဟိုအလုပ်အမှုဆောင်လူကြီးတဦးလည်းဖြစ်၊ ဗမာပြည်ကွန်မြူနစ်ပါတီစတင်တည်ထောင်သူတဦးလည်း ဖြစ်သူ ဗဟိုကော်မတီ နိုင်ငံရေးဦးဆောင်အဖွဲ့ဝင် သခင်ဗဟိန်းကတော့ အသက်ပေးသွားရပါတယ်။ သူဟာဖက်ဆစ်တော်လှန်ရေးအတွင်းဒုက္ခဆင်းရဲမှုဒဏ်တွေကြောင့်နှလုံးရောဂါ ပြင်းထန်လာပါတယ်။ တော်လှန်ရေးအပြီးပါတီတွင်း၊ ဖဆပလအတွင်းသဘောထားကွဲလွဲမှုတွေ၊ လွတ်လပ်ရေးအတွက် လုံးပန်းရမှုတွေကြောင့် နှလုံးရောဂါပိုမိုဆိုးဝါးလာပြီးဆေးရုံတင်ထားလိုက်ရပါတယ်။ ဖဆပလအဖွဲ့ချုပ်ထဲကဗမာပြည် ကွန်မြူနစ်ပါတီကိုထုတ်ပယ်လိုက်တယ်ဆိုတာ သိလိုက်ရတဲ့အခါမှာတော့သခင်ဗဟိန်းစိတ်ထိခိုက်လွန်းအားကြီးပြီးနှလုံးခုန်ရပ်သွားပါတယ်။ ဗမာပြည်ကွန်မြူနစ်ပါတီကဗမာပြည်လွတ်လပ်ရေးဟာအနှောင်အဖွဲ့အချို့နဲ့ရတဲ့လွတ်လပ်ရေးဖြစ် တယ်။ လွတ်လွတ်ကျွတ်ကျွတ်လွတ်လပ်ရေးမျိုးမဟုတ်ဘူးဆိုတာကိုရှင်းရှင်းလင်းလင်းပဲဝေဖန်ပါတယ်။ ပြီးပြည့် စုံတဲ့လွတ်လပ်ရေးဖြစ်အောင်နဲ့ ဒီမိုကရေစီဖော်ဆောင်နိုင်ဖို့ ဒီမိုကရေစီသစ်လမ်းကြောင်းကိုတင်ပြခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဖဆပလအဖွဲ့ချုပ်ကတော့ ဒီမိုကရေစီဟောင်းလမ်းကြောင်းနဲ့သွားဖို့လုံးပန်းပါတယ်။ တကယ်တော့ ဖဆပလအဖွဲ့ချုပ်ကို ပြည်သူ့အရေးတော်ပုံပါတီ တဖြစ်လဲ ဗမာပြည်ဆိုရှယ်လစ်ပါတီက လက်ဝါးကြီးအုပ်ထားတာပါ။ ဒါကြောင့်နိုင်ငံရေးလောကနဲ့စာနယ်ဇင်းလောကမှာဖဆပလအစိုးရကိုဖဆ-ဆိုရှယ်အစိုးရလို့ခေါ်ဝေါ်သုံးနှုန်းတာတွေရှိခဲ့တယ်။ ဆိုရှယ်လစ်တွေဟာသူတို့နဲ့သဘောထားမတိုက်ဆိုင်သူတွေကိုထိပ်တိုက်ရင်ဆိုင် အကြမ်းဖက်ဖြေရှင်းလေ့ရှိပါတယ်။ သခင်တင်မတော်မတရားလုပ် တဲ့(မီးခွက်မှုတ်)ကိစ္စကိုဖော်ထုတ်ရေးသားတဲ့သတင်းစာတိုက်တွေကိုဆိုရှယ်လစ်တွေကလူအုပ်စုဖွဲ့ပြီးဝင်ရောက်ဖျက်ဆီးတာလုပ်ပါတယ်။ ဗမာပြည်ကွန်မြူနစ်ပါတီရဲ့ဌာနချုပ်ဟာဗားဂရာလမ်းမှာဖွင့်ထားပါတယ်။ ဗားဂရာလမ်းမှာဗားဂရာချောက်ရှိတယ်။ ဗားဂရာချောက်မှာကားလမ်းကအောက်ကဖြစ်ပြီးရထားလမ်းကအပေါ်ကဖြတ်ပါတယ်။ သခင်တင်ရဲ့သတင်းကိုဗမာပြည်ကွန်မြူနစ်ပါတီဗဟိုရဲ့ သတင်းစာကလည်းဖော်ပြခဲ့တယ်။ ဒါအတွက် ပါတီသတင်းစာတိုက်ကို ဖြိုချဖျက်ဆီးဖို့ ဆိုရှယ်လစ်တွေက လုပ်လာတဲ့အခါ သခင်သန်းထွန်းက ဆိုရှယ်လစ်တွေလာရဲရင်လာခဲ့ ဗားဂရာချောက်ကိုဆိုရှယ်လစ်အရိုးတွေနဲ့ဖို့ပစ်မယ်လို့ပြောခဲ့ပါ တယ်။ တကယ်ကဗမာပြည်ကွန်မြူနစ်ပါတီဌာနချုပ်ကိုလူထုကြီးကကာကွယ်ထားတာကြောင့် ဆိုရှယ်လစ်တွေမလာရဲပါဘူး။ ဗမာပြည်ကွန်မြူနစ်ပါတီဟာဗမာပြည်လွတ်လပ်ရေးကိုအသိအမှတ်ပြုတာနဲ့အတူဝေဖန်သုံးသပ်မှုတွေပြုလုပ်ပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့်လည်းရွေးကောက်ပွဲလည်းဝင်တယ်။ လွှတ်တော်ထဲမှာလည်းတည်ကြည်လေးနက်စွာ ဝေဖန်ထောက်ပြတာ၊သုံးသပ်ချက်တွေနဲ့လုပ်သင့်လုပ်ထိုက်တာတွေကိုလည်းတင်ပြခဲ့ပါတယ်။(ဗမာပြည်ကွန်မြူ နစ် ပါတီကဖြူးလွှတ်တော်အမတ်ဖြစ်သူသခင်သန်းဖေရဲ့ လွှတ်တော်မှာဆွေးနွေးတင်ပြချက်တွေကိုကြည့်ပါ) ဗမာပြည်ကွန်မြူနစ်ပါတီဟာသူ့ရဲ့သမိုင်းပေးတာဝန်တခုဖြစ်တဲ့ ဗမာပြည်ကို ပြီးပြည့်စုံတဲ့လွတ်လပ်ရေးနဲ့ ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ပြီးဒီမိုကရေစီထွန်းကားတဲ့နိုင်ငံဖြစ်အောင် ဒီမိုကရေစီသစ်လမ်းကြောင်းနဲ့ချီတက်ရာမှာ လွတ်လပ်ရေးရပြီးနောက်ပိုင်း ဥပဒေတွင်းတိုက်ပွဲနည်းလမ်းနဲ့သာသွားဖို့သဘောထားခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဒီတိုက်ပွဲနည်းလမ်းကိုမှန်တန်းကျအောင်လုပ်ဆောင် နိုင်မယ်ဆိုရင် အမျိုးသားစည်းလုံးညီညွတ်မှုဟာတည်တံ့ခိုင်မြဲမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဆိုရှယ်လစ်တွေရဲ့လုပ်ကြံဖန်တီးတဲ့ ဂိုရှယ်စစ်တမ်းတို့လိုဟာတွေရယ်၊ ဆိုရှယ်လစ်ဦးကျော်ငြိမ်းရဲ့ကြံစည်မှုတွေကိုအဲ့ဒီတုန်းကဝန်ကြီးချုပ်ဖြစ်သူဦးနုကသဘောတူလိုက်လျောတာရယ်၊ (ဦးနုရေးတဲ့ တာတေစနေသားစာအုပ်မှာကြည့်ပါ) ဦးကျော်ငြိမ်းရဲ့ လက်ဦးမှုယူလုပ်ကြံတတ်တဲ့အကျင့် (သိန်းဖေမြင့်ရေးကျော်ငြိမ်းစာအုပ်ကြည့်ပါ) တို့ကြောင့် အခြေအနေတွေဟာကပြောင်းကပြန်ဖြစ်ကုန်ပါတယ်။ မတ်လ ၂၇ ရက်နေ့ ဖက်ဆစ်ဂျပန်တော်လှန်ရေးနေ့ကိုအစိုးရအဖွဲ့အစည်းရော၊နိုင်ငံရေးပါတီအသီးသီးကပါ အထိမ်းအမှတ်ပြုလေ့ရှိကြတယ်။ ဒီအချက်ကိုအခွင့်ကောင်းယူပြီးအဲ့ဒီနေ့မှာ တချီတည်းနဲ့ ကွန်မြူနစ်ပါတီဗဟိုကော်မတီဝင်တပြုံလုံးကိုဖမ်းဆီးဖို့နဲ့ ပါတီရုံးအတော်များများကို ဝင်ရောက်စီးနင်းဖို့ အဲဒီတုန်းကပြည်ထဲရေးဝန်ကြီးဖြစ်သူဦးကျော်ငြိမ်းကစီစဉ်အမိန့်ပေးခဲ့ တယ်။ ဖမ်းဆီးမှုမအောင်မြင်ပါ။ သခင်သန်းထွန်းအပါအဝင် ဗဟိုကော်မတီဝင်အများစုလွတ်မြောက်သွားပါတယ်။ လွတ်မြောက်သွားတဲ့ဗဟိုကော်တီဝင်တွေဟာတောင်ငူခရိုင်၊ထန်းတပင်မြို့နယ်၊ကျောက်ကြီးပေါက်ကျေးရွာမှာ စုစည်းမိကြပြီးတပါတီလုံး အဖမ်းမခံကြဘဲ ရရာလက်နက်နဲ့ ခုခံကြဖို့ဆုံးဖြတ်လိုက်ရပါတယ်။ အဲဒီတုန်းကဗမာပြည်ကွန်မြူနစ်ပါတီမှာလက်နက်ကိုင်တပ်မရှိပါ။ လူထုထဲမှာအထူးသဖြင့်ကျေးလက်လယ်သမားထုထဲမှာရှိနေတဲ့ ဒုတိယကမ္ဘာစစ်အပြီးပြန့်ကျဲကျန်ခဲ့တဲ့ မီးကျိုးမောင်းပျက်လက်နက်တွေစုစည်းပြီးကျေးလက်လူထုကိုအမာခံထားစုဆောင်းပြီးလက်နက်ကိုင်တပ်ကိုဖွဲ့စည်းတိုက်ခိုက်ရတာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဒါဟာဗမာပြည်မှာလွတ်လပ်ရေးရပြီးတဲ့နောက် အမျိုးသားစည်းလုံးညီညွတ်မှုပြိုကွဲမှုအမြင့်ဆုံးအဆင့် ရောက်သွားပြီးဒီမိုကရေစီဆိတ်သုဉ်းသွားကာပြည်တွင်းစစ်ဖြစ်ပွားသွားရတာပဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဗမာပြည်ကွန်မြူနစ်ပါတီကိုမတရားအသင်းအဖြစ် အစိုးရကကြေညာပါတယ်။ ဗမာပြည်ကွန်မြူနစ်ပါတီဟာသူ့ရဲ့သမိုင်းပေးတာဝန်ဖြစ်တဲ့ ဒီမိုကရေစီသစ်လမ်းကြောင်းနဲ့ ဒီမိုကရေစီရေးတာဝန်ကိုဥပဒေတွင်းမှာဆောင်ရွက်ဖို့အခွင့်အလမ်းလုံးဝမရှိတော့ပါ။ ဒါကြောင့်ဥပဒေပအင်အားစုအဖြစ်နဲ့ သူ့သမိုင်းတာဝန်ကိုအကျေပွန် ဆုံးထမ်းဆောင်လိုက်ရပါတော့တယ်။ အဲဒါကတော့ ဒီမိုကရေစီသစ် (ဝါ) ပြည်သူ့ဒီမိုကရေစီလက်နက်ကိုင်တော် လှန်ရေးကိုဆင်နွှဲလိုက်ရတာပဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဗမာပြည်မှာ ၁၉၄၈ ခုနှစ်၊မတ်လ ၂၈ ရက်နေ့မှာပြည်တွင်းစစ်စတင် တာဖြစ်သလိုအဲဒီနေ့ကိုပြည်သူ့ဒီမိုကရေစီလက်နက်ကိုင်တော်လှန်ရေးနေ့အဖြစ်လည်းမော်ကွန်းထိုးခဲ့ပါတယ်။ (၄) ပြည်တွင်းစစ်စတင်စကဗမာပြည်ကွန်မြူနစ်ပါတီတဖွဲ့တည်းလက်နက်ကိုင်တော်လှန်ရေးလုပ်နေရတာ ပါ။ မကြာခင်မှာ ပြည်သူ့ရဲဘော်အဖွဲ့လည်းလက်နက်ကိုင်တိုက်ပွဲဝင်လာပါတယ်။ အစိုးရတပ်ရင်းအချို့မှ တော်လှန်သော ဗမာ့တပ်မတော်(RBA)နာမည်နဲ့အင်အားအချို့လည်း ဗမာပြည်ကွန်မြူနစ်ပါတီနဲ့ပူးပေါင်းခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ရခိုင်ဘက်ကလည်းလက်နက်ကိုင်တိုက်ပွဲဝင်လာခဲ့တယ်။ ၁၉၄၉ နှစ်ဦးပိုင်းမှာတော့ KNDO နဲ့ MNDO တို့လက်နက်ကိုင်တိုက်ပွဲဝင်လာပြန်တယ်။ ဒါကြောင့်ပြည်တွင်းစစ်ဟာပိုမိုကျယ်ပြန့်နက်ရှိုင်းသွားပါတယ်။ ပြည်တွင်းစစ်ဖြစ်ပွားလာတဲ့အခါ ဆရာကြီးသခင်ကိုယ်တော်မှိုင်းကသူမနာကိုယ်မနာငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးလုပ်ဖို့ အဆိုပြုလှုပ်ရှားပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ ဖဆပလအစိုးရကအပြုတ်ချေမှုန်းရေး နဲ့ လက်နက်ချအညံ့ခံရေးပဲသဘောထားလုပ်ဆောင်ပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် ပြည်တွင်းစစ်ဟာရေရှည်စစ်ပွဲဖြစ်လာပါတယ်။ ဗမာပြည်ကွန်မြူနစ်ပါတီဟာကျေးလက်အခြေခံမြို့ကိုဝိုင်းဆိုတဲ့ရေရှည်ပြည်သူ့ပြောက်ကျားစစ်ပွဲစနစ်နဲ့တိုက်ပွဲဝင်ပါတယ်။ တော်လှန်ရေးလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်တခုလုံးအရလက်နက်ကိုင်တိုက်ပွဲကိုအဓိကတိုက်ပွဲသဏ္ဌာန် အဖြစ်ထားပြီးအခြားတိုက်ပွဲသဏ္ဌာန်များနဲ့ပေါင်းစပ်တဲ့နည်းပရိယာယ်လမ်းစဉ်ကိုကျင့်သုံးပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့်စစ်တိုက်နေတာနဲ့တပြိုင်တည်းမှာလူထုတိုက်ပွဲတွေ၊ နှစ်အတွင်းမှာစစ်မြေပြင်မှာဥက္ကဋ္ဌနှစ်ဦး၊ အတွင်းရေးမှူးတဦးအပါအဝင် ဗဟိုအဆင့်ကေဒါကြီးများ၊ အဆင့်ဆင့်ကေဒါများ၊ပါတီဝင်များ၊ပြည်သူ့တပ်မတော်တပ်မှူးကြီးများ၊ အဆင့်ဆင့်တပ်မှူးများ၊တပ်သားအမြောက်အမြားအသက်ပေးသွားကြပါတယ်။ ထောင်တွင်း၊အကျဉ်းစခန်းအတွင်း စစ်ကြောရေးတွေမှာလည်း ပါတီဝင်ကေဒါများ၊ပါတီလိုလားသူပေါင်းများစွာအသက်ပေးသွားကြပါတယ်။ ဗမာပြည်ကွန်မြူနစ်ပါတီဟာမိမိရဲ့သမိုင်းပေးတာဝန်ကိုဘယ်လောက်ပဲအရင်းနှီးပေးရ၊ပေးရကျေပွန်အောင် ထမ်းဆောင်သွားမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ၁၉၇၅ ခုနှစ် ပဲခူးရိုးမအခြေခံစခန်းလက်လွှတ်ဆုံးရှုံးရတဲ့အခါ အရှေ့မြောက်လွတ်မြောက်ဒေသမှာဗဟိုကော်မတီသစ်ကိုဖွဲ့စည်းခဲ့တယ်။ ဗမာပြည်ကွန်မြူနစ်ပါတီဟာတဗိုလ်ကျတဗိုလ်တက်စနစ်နဲ့ ပြည်သူ့ ဒီမိုကရေစီလက်နက်ကိုင်တော်လှန်ရေးကိုဆင်နွှဲခဲ့ရပါတယ်၊ ၁၉၇၉ ခုနှစ်မှာဥက္ကဋ္ဌသခင်ဗသိန်းတင်အမှူးပြုတဲ့ ဗဟိုကော်မတီကအခြေအနေအရပ်ရပ်ကိုသုံးသပ်ကာပါတီအထွေထွေလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်အပါအဝင် ပါတီတည်ဆောက် ရေးလမ်းစဉ်၊စစ်ရေးလမ်းစဉ်၊မြေယာပေါ်လစီစတဲ့ လမ်းစဉ်၊လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်အရပ်ရပ်ကိုပြန်လည်သုံးသပ်ချမှတ်ခဲ့ တယ်။၁၉၈၅ ခုနှစ်မှာတော့ တတိယအကြိမ်မြောက်ပါတီကွန်ဂရက်ကိုကျင်းပနိုင်ခဲ့တယ်။ ကွန်ဂရက်က တပါတီစစ်အာဏာရှင်စနစ် ဖျက်သိမ်းရေး ပါတီစုံဒီမိုကရေစီစနစ် ပေါ်ပေါက်ရေး ကြွေးကြော်သံနှင့်အတူ ၊ ပြည်တွင်းငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးအလံ - ဒီမိုကရေစီရေးအလံနှင့် - အမျိုးသားသွေးစည်းညီညွတ်ရေးအလံ ဆိုတဲ့ အလံသုံးလက်ကို တိုင်းပြည်သို့ တင်ပြခဲ့ပါတယ်။ လူထုအုံကြွမှုကြီးမှာဗမာပြည်ကွန်မြူနစ်ပါတီဟာမိမိပါဝင်ရမယ့်အခန်းကဏ္ဍကနေတက်ကြွစွာပါဝင်ခဲ့ ပါတယ်။ ၁၉၈၉ ခုနှစ်မှာပြည်သူ့ဒီမိုကရေစီလက်နက်ကိုင်တော်လှန်ရေးကိုရော၊ ပြည်သူ့ဒီမိုကရေစီတော်လှန်ရေးလမ်းစဉ်ကိုပါ ဆန့်ကျင်ပြီးပုန်ကန်ခွဲထွက်မှုတွေ ပေါ်ပေါက်ပါတယ်။ ဗမာပြည်ကွန်မြူနစ်ပါတီဟာလွတ် မြောက်ဒေသအားလုံး၊အဓိကတပ်အားလုံးဆုံးရှုံးသွားရတဲ့ဘဝကိုကျရောက်သွားပါတယ်။ ပါတီဝင်ကေဒါအချို့၊ ပါတီဝင်အချို့ပါတီကိုစွန့်ခွာသွားပါတယ်။ (၅) သေကောင်ပေါင်းလဲဖြစ်သွားတဲ့ ဗမာပြည်ကွန်မြူနစ်ပါတီဟာဖုတ်ဖက်ခါလူးလဲထရပ်လိုက်ပါတယ်။ ၁၉၉၃ မှာတော့ တပြည်လုံးအနှံ့အပြားမှာရှိနေတဲ့ပါတီဝင်တွေနဲ့ပြန်လည်ဆက်သွယ်ချိတ်ဆက်နိုင်ပြီး အထူးကွန်ဖရင့် တရပ်ကိုကျင်းပနိုင်လာတယ်။ ၁၉၉၄ မှာ ပြီးစီးသွားတဲ့ ဒီကွန်ဖရင့်က ဗမာပြည်ကွန်မြူနစ်ပါတီကိုမြေအောက်ပါတီအဖြစ်ပြန်လည်ဖွဲ့စည်းလှုပ်ရှားဖို့ဆုံးဖြတ်လိုက်တယ်။ ရဲဘော်ကြင်မောင် ဦးစီးတဲ့ ဗဟိုစည်းရုံးရေးကော်မတီကိုဖွဲ့စည်းလိုက် တယ်။
