We will now present today\u2019s m.CDM domestic news.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Today\u2019s reports cover intensified clashes in Pekhon, Yay Kyi and Mindon, where resistance forces reportedly captured several junta positions, as well as the arrest of two Pyu Saw Htee members in Kyaukse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In Karenni State\u2019s Pekhon Township, a junta column moving west from Moebye was ambushed near Lwel Yin village by Karenni joint resistance forces on June 13. At least 15 junta troops, including conscripts and PNO militia members, were reportedly killed, and weapons and ammunition were seized. The battered junta column retreated into Moebye, while junta forces continued shelling and drone attacks around the town.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the Rakhine border fronts in Ayeyarwady and Magway regions, the Arakan Army and allied forces reportedly captured additional junta frontline positions. In Yay Kyi Township, fighting intensified around Thaung Tan and Nyaung Hmaw villages, and resistance forces seized a junta camp at Kyaung Hlyar Taw elephant camp on June 9. Clashes are continuing near Artillery Battalion 344 and other junta positions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In Magway\u2019s Mindon Township, AA and PDF joint forces also captured junta camps around villages at the foot of the Rakhine Yoma. Resistance sources said at least 20 junta troops were killed in 17 clashes up to June 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In Bago Region\u2019s Minhla and Letpadan townships, local revolutionary groups are calling on the NUG to investigate the killing of six civilians accused of being junta informants. Five people were shot dead in their homes in Yenauk village on June 10, and another man was killed outside his home in Sitone village on June 11. Local groups said the victims were ordinary workers and demanded accountability to prevent public trust in the revolution from weakening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tensions have also emerged among revolutionary groups in Pauk Township, Magway Region, over weapons seized after the capture of Ye Pyar police station and Kokkosu Pyu village camp on June 5. Local officials have complained to the NUG\u2019s interim local administration committee after disagreements over the handling of seized arms and prisoners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In Gangaw Township, the Naga Nyinaung PDF attacked a junta outpost in Shauk Pin village on June 8 and 13, seizing five firearms and ammunition. Separately, two soldiers from LIB-235 under Division 101 reportedly defected without weapons to COBRA ONE Pakokku on June 14.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pakokku District Battalion 15 urged people in resistance-controlled areas to stop gambling and instead support the revolution. The battalion warned that gambling harms families, weakens morale and disrupts the revolutionary effort. It said continued gambling operations may face arrest, fines, detention, corporal punishment, and military training assignments for young offenders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The NUG\u2019s Ministry of Social Affairs, Labor and Humanitarian Affairs and the Sagaing Federal Unit Interim Government\u2019s humanitarian ministry held an online handover ceremony on June 13. Officials discussed transferring humanitarian responsibilities to the Sagaing Federal Unit and reviewed future work on humanitarian affairs, women, youth, children and labor issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Dawna Road School Council released a report on actions taken after sexual abuse and harassment allegations at the school. It said the accused person was immediately suspended from school duties, child safety measures were prioritized, and cooperation with police and families is ongoing. The school is also arranging transfers so students\u2019 education will not be interrupted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In TNLA-controlled areas of northern Shan State, Ta\u2019ang police arrested two men accused of sexually assaulting minors in Namhsan and Namkham. Authorities said both cases are under investigation and urged the public to report suspicious situations quickly to help protect children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Mon State Federal Council announced after its fourth conference that it will continue working for the complete liberation of the country from military dictatorship, the abolition of the 2008 Constitution, and the establishment of a federal democratic union. It also said it is drafting a \u201cMon State Revolutionary Charter\u201d to strengthen unity among Mon political, military and civil society groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In Seoul, South Korea, around 200 Myanmar pro-democracy activists held a \u201cProof of Life\u201d campaign ahead of Daw Aung San Suu Kyi\u2019s 81st birthday. They demanded the unconditional release of Daw Aung San Suu Kyi and all political prisoners, and sent an open letter with three demands to the South Korean government and parliament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, the NUG\u2019s MOSLHA warned that Karen and Mon states could face three consecutive days of heavy rain. Strong southwest monsoon conditions may bring widespread thunderstorms, heavy rain, flooding, urban flash floods, landslides, mountain slope collapses and riverbank erosion.
