\ud83d\udea9\ud83d\udea9 1. Drone Belonging to Sit Thar Yu Mon\u2019s Pyu Group Seized in Nyaung Htoe Gyi Township<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

October 28<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A drone belonging to the Sit Thar Yu Mon-led Pyu militia under the control of the military was seized during a territorial clearance operation in Nyaung Htoe Gyi Township, Mandalay Region, according to the Nyaung Htoe Gyi Township People\u2019s Defense Force (PDF).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recent clashes have taken place in both Myingyan and Nyaung Htoe Gyi Townships. On October 27, during one such clearance mission within Nyaung Htoe Gyi Township, revolutionary forces successfully captured a drone operated by the Sit Thar Yu Mon\u2013led Pyu Saw Htee group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reports indicate that the drone malfunctioned and crashed due to operational failures on the part of Sit Thar Yu Mon\u2019s militia, and that it remains in a reusable condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From late September to mid-October, combined operations by revolutionary battalions and allied PDF units in Nyaung Htoe Gyi and Mahlaing Townships have repeatedly attacked military columns.
As a result, nearly 40 junta troops\u2014including officers holding ranks of Captain and Major\u2014were reportedly killed.
The Nyaung Htoe Gyi PDF further announced that they had seized more than 50 assorted weapons, three vehicles, a drone jammer, and multiple drones during these offensives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udea9\ud83d\udea9 2. Four Junta Soldiers Killed in Attack on Military Checkpoint in Saikphyu Township<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

October 28<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Four junta soldiers were killed and weapons were seized after a People\u2019s Defense Force unit attacked a junta checkpoint in Saikphyu Township, Pakokku District, Magway Region, according to a statement issued on October 28 by the Pakokku District Battalion 19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The announcement confirmed that PDF fighters attacked a junta security gate located between Gway Pin Chaung and Taung Nge Lone villages in Saikphyu Township at around 5:30 a.m. on October 27.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following the attack, resistance fighters seized one rifle, three magazines, 110 rounds of 5.56mm ammunition, and other related items from the defeated junta forces.
The Pakokku District Battalion 19 reported that Captain Yebaw Saikphyu (also known as Yebaw Hein Min Thu)<\/strong>, the column commander of the Magway Region Pa Ka Pha (PDF) mobile unit Yenanthar Column<\/em>, was martyred in the engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The attack was a joint operation carried out by Pakokku District Battalion 19 and the Magway Region Pa Ka Pha Yenanthar Column<\/em>.
Just days earlier, on October 25, this same alliance\u2014together with Pakokku District Battalion 4\u2014had attacked a 200-strong junta convoy comprising 15 military trucks departing from the Saikphyu football field.
In that earlier clash, seven junta soldiers were killed, more than ten others were injured, and two military trucks were destroyed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udea9\ud83d\udea9 3. Airstrikes by Military Regime Destroy Two Civilian Homes in Mongmit and Namtu<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

October 28<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Two civilian homes were destroyed following airstrikes carried out by the junta\u2019s air force in Mongmit and Namtu townships\u2014both areas under the control of the Ta\u2019ang National Liberation Army (TNLA)\u2014according to the TNLA\u2019s Information and Public Relations Department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On October 27, around 12:30 p.m., a junta jet fighter dropped one 500-pound bomb and one 250-pound bomb on Man Kyae Pin Village<\/strong> in Mongmit Township, the area under the TNLA\u2019s Brigade 4 command.
One civilian house was destroyed in the strike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Earlier, on October 25 around 5:00 p.m., junta forces also conducted a drone strike on Man Li Village<\/strong> in Namtu Township, under the TNLA\u2019s Brigade 8 command area in Namhsan District.
The drones dropped five bombs, burning one home to the ground and damaging several others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The TNLA reported that continued aerial attacks and drone bombings on villages where civilians reside have forced local populations to flee their homes and seek refuge elsewhere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the TNLA\u2019s records, between October 1 and 26<\/strong>, junta airstrikes and drone attacks across TNLA-controlled territories have killed 49 civilians<\/strong>, including 2 monks, 10 children, 16 men, and 21 women<\/strong>, and injured 71 others<\/strong>\u2014including 6 monks, 26 children, 20 men, and 19 women<\/strong>.
Additionally, the attacks destroyed 173 houses, 5 schools, 7 monasteries, 9 school buildings, 6 public facilities, 2 poultry farms, 5 shops, 1 tea factory, 4 motorcycles, and 10 vehicles<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In its warning, the TNLA urged civilians to stay alert, avoid junta air raid zones, and follow air defense safety guidelines to minimize harm during future attacks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udea9\ud83d\udea9 4. Namtu Conflict Refugees Receive Humanitarian Support from Mongbaw Township Administration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

October 28<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Mongbaw Township Administration Committee<\/strong> under Hsenwi District, Northern Shan State, has provided food supplies and moral support to internally displaced persons (IDPs) who fled the recent conflict in the Namtu area, according to Kokang News Agency<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following humanitarian directives from the Central Committee of the Myanmar National Truth and Justice Party (MNTJP)<\/em> and the Special Administrative Committee, the Mongbaw Township Administration Committee formed a special humanitarian assistance team on October 25 to aid civilians displaced by recent airstrikes and clashes in Namtu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These displaced civilians are currently sheltering in Hopet, Kwam Aik, Mon Li, and Tar Pon Villages<\/strong> within Mongbaw Township, comprising 28 households totaling 115 people<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The relief package distributed to the refugees included 12 sacks of rice, 28 packets of salt, 28 bottles of cooking oil, and 28 packets of chicken powder<\/strong>.
Officials also visited the shelters to offer words of encouragement and solidarity to the affected families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reports indicate that these displaced civilians had fled Namtu Township due to ongoing aerial bombings and attacks by the junta\u2019s military forces earlier this month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
