Throughout the&nbsp;<strong>2024\u20132025 fiscal year<\/strong>, a total of&nbsp;<strong>840,000,000 kyats<\/strong>&nbsp;was contributed as honorary support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>========================<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccc\ud83d\udccc<strong>&nbsp;2. \u201cVictory Spear \u2013 Dawna Force\u201d Campaign Launched by Dawna Column Calls for Public Participation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>October 27<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The&nbsp;<strong>Dawna Column<\/strong>, operating under the&nbsp;<strong>Special Military Region Command of the Ministry of Defense (MOD) of the National Unity Government<\/strong>, has launched the&nbsp;<strong>\u201cVictory Spear \u2013 Dawna Force\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;campaign.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Revolutionary forces are urging the public and supporters to actively participate in this campaign, which aims to strengthen the Dawna Column\u2019s capacity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The campaign has set a&nbsp;<strong>fundraising target of 20 million kyats<\/strong>, to be used primarily for essential military equipment, communications devices, and emergency medical supplies for frontline soldiers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the campaign organizing team,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>40%<\/strong>&nbsp;of the collected funds will go toward purchasing combat gear such as&nbsp;<strong>bulletproof vests, helmets, uniforms, and boots<\/strong>,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>30%<\/strong>&nbsp;will be allocated for&nbsp;<strong>communications equipment<\/strong>, including small-scale communication devices and&nbsp;<strong>Starlink systems<\/strong>, and<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>the remaining&nbsp;<strong>30%<\/strong>&nbsp;will be used for&nbsp;<strong>emergency medicine and essential rations<\/strong>&nbsp;needed due to challenging field conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Commander Ye Baw Aung San Shar<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>former Ayeyarwady Region Chief Minister Man Johnny<\/strong>&nbsp;have also called on the public to support and contribute to this campaign.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contributors can donate via&nbsp;<strong>Spring Crowd Fund<\/strong>&nbsp;or obtain detailed participation information through the&nbsp;<strong>Dawna Column \u2013 Fundraising Team Facebook Page<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The campaign period runs from&nbsp;<strong>October 16 to November 16<\/strong>, during which the revolutionary forces continue to urge public participation and support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>========================<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccc\ud83d\udccc<strong>&nbsp;3. Political Prisoner Chan Min Htine Dies in Myingyan Prison Due to Lack of Medical Care<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>October 27<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Political Prisoners Network (Myanmar) \u2013 PPNM<\/strong>&nbsp;announced today (October 27) that&nbsp;<strong>political prisoner Chan Min Htine<\/strong>, who was unlawfully detained in&nbsp;<strong>Myingyan Prison, Mandalay Region<\/strong>, has died due to inadequate medical care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to reports, he had been suffering from&nbsp;<strong>kidney failure, heart disease, and jaundice<\/strong>&nbsp;and died on&nbsp;<strong>October 18<\/strong>&nbsp;while still in detention at Myingyan Prison.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chan Min Htine had been unjustly arrested and sentenced to&nbsp;<strong>15 years and 6 months imprisonment<\/strong>&nbsp;under&nbsp;<strong>Section 505(a) of the Penal Code, Telecommunications Law, Explosives Law, and Arms Law<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He was only&nbsp;<strong>29 years old<\/strong>&nbsp;at the time of his death, according to PPNM\u2019s statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PPNM reports that political prisoners across Myanmar continue to face life-threatening conditions due to&nbsp;<strong>inadequate access to medical treatment and the denial of timely healthcare<\/strong>, resulting in preventable deaths.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From&nbsp;<strong>January to October of this year<\/strong>, the PPNM recorded the deaths of&nbsp;<strong>28 political prisoners<\/strong>&nbsp;across the country due to lack of proper medical care and emergency treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>========================<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccc\ud83d\udccc<strong>&nbsp;4.
