At around 10:00 a.m. on October 25, 2025<\/strong>, a joint military column of approximately 200 soldiers<\/strong>\u2014comprising units from Ka Pa Sa (21), Ka Pa Sa (22), La Ka Ta (2036), La Sa Kha (9), Kha La Ya (13), and Ta Ma Kha (88)<\/strong>\u2014departed from the football ground in Saikphyu Town, Pakokku District, Magway Region<\/strong>, and was ambushed by the Yenanthar Column<\/strong> near Gway Pin Chaung Village, Saikphyu Township<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following the mine attack, clashes continued near Chin Taung Village<\/strong>, where two military trucks were destroyed. It was reported that artillery fire support<\/strong> was provided from Ta Nyaung Taik Sub-Power Station<\/strong> in Salin Township<\/strong>, intensifying the assault along the Saikphyu\u2013Salin Road<\/strong>, which forced revolutionary forces to tactically withdraw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to internal military sources, at least 7 junta soldiers were killed<\/strong> and over 10 others injured<\/strong> in the fighting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The operation was jointly carried out by Yenanthar Column<\/strong>, the Magway Region People\u2019s Defense Force (Pa Ka Pha)<\/strong>, Pakokku District Battalion No. (19)<\/strong>, and Battalion No. (4)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to local reports, junta jet fighters bombed the vicinity of Inn Village<\/strong>, a revolutionary-controlled area in Singu Township<\/strong>, killing one civilian and injuring six others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At around 3:15 p.m. on October 26<\/strong>, two junta jet fighters dropped six bombs<\/strong>, targeting the area including a fuel station<\/strong>, causing civilian casualties and property damage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The injured civilians were taken to hospitals for medical treatment, and several are reported to be in serious condition<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

People\u2019s Goal<\/strong>, an organization supporting the Civil Disobedience Movement (CDM), has provided 1 million kyats<\/strong> in humanitarian aid through the Kachin People\u2019s Embrace Zone (KPEZ) Central Committee<\/strong>, assisting the families of CDM soldiers and police officers<\/strong> residing in the Kachin Region<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The donation aims to provide basic necessities, social assistance, healthcare, and educational support<\/strong> to those families who have stood with the people against the military dictatorship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

People\u2019s Goal stated that it continues to provide assistance to CDM personnel and their families across different regions based on available funds and resources<\/strong> amid ongoing challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Nway Oo Thitsa Medical Aid Group<\/strong>, formed to provide emergency medical care and rescue services<\/strong> to revolutionary fighters and civilians in Pakokku District<\/strong>, successfully held its first emergency rescue training graduation<\/strong> and introduction ceremony<\/strong> for revolutionary comrades on October 25<\/strong> in a liberated area of Magway Region<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event was jointly organized by local civilians<\/strong>, revolutionary fighters<\/strong>, the Anyar Forest Home<\/strong>, and the People\u2019s Youth for Democracy Committee (PYDC)<\/strong>. It marked the group\u2019s first operational step<\/strong> toward its mission objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main objective of the Nway Oo Thitsa Medical Aid Group is to support revolutionary fighters and civilians<\/strong> in Pakokku District with emergency rescue operations and essential medical supplies<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The group also called upon the public to donate and contribute<\/strong> toward ensuring the group\u2019s sustainability and continued operations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
