\ud83d\udea9\ud83d\udea9 1. Min Aung Hlaing, Who Bombs and Kills Students and Schools, Claims to Be Developing the Education Sector Nationwide<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

October 22<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Min Aung Hlaing, the coup leader who has been bombing schools and killing students, has claimed that he is working to develop the country\u2019s education sector nationwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On October 21, while meeting with students from the 5-year Bachelor of Education Course (Batch 7) of the University for the Development of the National Races of the Union, held at the Myanmar International Convention Centre-1 in Nay Pyi Taw, Min Aung Hlaing made such a claim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to members of the Civil Disobedience Movement (CDM) teachers\u2019 network, Min Aung Hlaing made this statement at a time when the military council he leads continues to deliberately target and bomb schools and students in revolutionary-controlled areas \u2014 actions that have no connection whatsoever with military objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Earlier this month, the terrorist military bombed the Van Huar village school in Hakha Township, Chin State, during school hours. The attack killed an eight-year-old boy and a twelve-year-old girl, and injured 21 others, according to the Chin Defence Force \u2013 Hakha (CDF-Hakha).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Similarly, in Mon State\u2019s Bilin Township, the terrorist military dropped bombs on Kaba Yupalaw, an area west of Pyin Ma Pin Seik village, killing five students and seriously injuring nine more, according to a statement from the Karen National Union (KNU) Central Office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In another incident, the terrorist military bombed a border school in Mindat Township, Chin State, killing three students and one woman with disabilities, and injuring more than ten civilians, according to the Chin Defence Force \u2013 Mindat (CDF-Mindat).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Rakhine State, in September, the military carried out an airstrike on the \u201cPann Khinn\u201d and \u201cAmay Myint Thit\u201d private border schools in Tharyetapin village, Kyauk Taw Township, killing twenty students and injuring more than twenty others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Likewise, in May, the terrorist military bombed the Oe Taint Twin village school in Depayin Township, Sagaing Region, killing at least twenty-four people \u2014 including two teachers \u2014 and injuring about 105 people, forty of them seriously, according to recorded data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Furthermore, in townships under the control of the Ta\u2019ang National Liberation Army (TNLA), airstrikes by the terrorist military in the current month alone have killed several school-age children and destroyed three schools, according to records from the PSLF\/TNLA Information Department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udea9\ud83d\udea9 2. Taung Gyi Police Station in Hlaing Thar Yar Attacked with Hand Grenades<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Taung Gyi Police Station, located on Anawrahta Road in the western part of Hlaing Thar Yar Township, Yangon Region, was attacked with hand grenades at about 9:48 p.m. on October 21, according to revolutionary forces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The police station, which has been actively participating in the junta\u2019s preparations for its sham election and involved in unjust arrests and torture of civilians, was designated as a military target and attacked accordingly, they stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Revolutionary forces reported that casualties may have occurred on the enemy side and that further investigation is underway to confirm the details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This joint operation was carried out by the Western District People\u2019s Defence Team, the Latha Township People\u2019s Defence Team, the Kyimyindaing Township People\u2019s Defence Team, and Operation Flame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Operation Flame announced that since it completely rejects the junta\u2019s fake election, it will continue to collaborate with allied revolutionary groups in Yangon to intensify military offensives and annihilate the terrorist junta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udea9\ud83d\udea9 3. Child and Woman Injured as Terrorist Military Bombs Again in Mainlon Township<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The terrorist military bombed Mainlon Township in northern Shan State, which is under the control of the Ta\u2019ang National Liberation Army (PSLF\/TNLA), injuring a child and a woman, according to a joint statement released on October 22 by the TNLA and the Ta\u2019ang Women\u2019s Organization (TWO).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The attack occurred at 1:33 a.m. today, when the terrorist military dropped two 250-pound bombs from a fighter jet on Man San village in Mainlon Township, despite the absence of any ongoing clashes in the area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the TNLA, the airstrike destroyed four houses and injured two civilians \u2014 a 9-year-old girl named Main Shwe San and a 35-year-old woman named Lway Thwe Han \u2014 who suffered injuries to the head and legs, according to the TWO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Records from the PSLF\/TNLA Information Department show that, as of October, the terrorist military has conducted 34 airstrikes and one drone bombing \u2014 a total of 35 air attacks \u2014 in townships controlled by the TNLA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Data collected by the Ta\u2019ang Women\u2019s Organization indicates that from October 1 to October 22, airstrikes have killed 41 people \u2014 including 13 children \u2014 and injured 67 others, including 15 children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thousands of Kyarpyaint (online scam) workers fled KK Park this morning, October 22, following reports that the terrorist military was preparing to enter the compound, according to local sources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

KK Park, located near Mae Htaw Thalay village south of Myawaddy Town in Kayin State along the Thai-Myanmar border, is known as one of the main hubs of online scam operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eyewitnesses said that workers fled through the gates of their work sites, escaping along the Mae Htaw Thalay\u2013Ingyin Myaing road toward nearby Mae Htaw Thalay village and Myawaddy town.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was learned that security personnel from the Border Guard Force (BGF), which oversees the area, opened the gates and instructed workers to evacuate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the evacuation, Chinese nationals were reportedly transported out by vehicles, while others fled by motorcycle or on foot, according to witnesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One observer who visited the area to assess the situation confirmed that BGF guards had opened the gates and ordered workers to disperse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was reported that while Chinese and other foreign nationals were evacuated to safe zones by security teams using vehicles, other workers had to flee on their own.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

KK Park \u2014 internationally notorious as a center for Kyarpyaint (online scam) operations \u2014 had recently come under scrutiny after the terrorist military staged a publicity stunt by entering the compound in previous days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Due to widespread criticism over that staged entry, reports that the terrorist military would once again enter the area today triggered panic and caused workers to flee en masse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
