According to the Raibilu Force, the Military Commission troops that had been stationed in War Hai Village<\/strong>, Ye Township, Mon State, have withdrawn. The Raibilu team entered the area to clear landmines and remove the destruction left behind by the regime forces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the past few days, Kha Ma Ya (598)<\/strong>, Kha Ma Ya (583)<\/strong>, and joint forces of DKBA<\/strong> (Democratic Karen Buddhist Army) launched an offensive operation into War Hai Village, during which over 30 civilians were arrested<\/strong>, according to local reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, the Raibilu Force blocked their advance routes, forcing the entire Military Commission column to retreat without making further progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the withdrawal, on October 20<\/strong>, members of the Raibilu Battalion entered the village to clear the planted landmines<\/strong> and inspect the destroyed sites<\/strong> left by the Military Commission forces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reports confirm that the village, including the War Hai Village School<\/strong>, sustained damage due to the Military Commission\u2019s destruction. The previously detained villagers have since been released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, on the same day, October 20<\/strong>, the Raibilu Force captured a Military Commission officer<\/strong> named Maung Myo Zaw<\/strong>, who had been serving in an administrative capacity under People\u2019s Defense Commander Lin Oo<\/strong>, in Ayu Taung Village<\/strong>, Ye Township.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At around 3:45 p.m. on October 19<\/strong>, the junta\u2019s jet fighter conducted an airstrike near the monastery in Yone Pin Village<\/strong>, Taungtha Township.
Local sources confirm that a woman and her child<\/strong>, who were fleeing the attack, along with a man<\/strong>, were killed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Two other civilians sustained injuries, and several houses were destroyed by the bombing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Similarly, around 6:00 a.m. on October 19<\/strong>, the junta launched an aerial bombing on Pae Hkyet Village<\/strong>, Nwathogyi Township, using three helicopters<\/strong>.
As a result, U Kyaw Naing (55)<\/strong>, Daw Khin Than Nu (55)<\/strong>, U Khin Maung Win (57)<\/strong>, and Daw Khin Tint (91)<\/strong> were killed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, Ma Ju Ju (10)<\/strong> and Daw Shwe Wah Htunn (45)<\/strong> suffered serious injuries, and at least six houses<\/strong> were destroyed in the attack.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The People\u2019s Defense Force (Mandalay) \u2014 MDY-PDF<\/strong> organized a Basic Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Training Course<\/strong>, according to the report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The training was held in an area under PDF control and attended by commanders of the People\u2019s Defense Force (Mandalay).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Throughout the course, participants studied both theory and practical lessons on basic mental health awareness<\/strong>, bodily responses to stress<\/strong>, methods for providing psychosocial support<\/strong>, psychological education<\/strong>, Psychological First Aid (PFA)<\/strong>, and Self-Care practices<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Public Administration Team<\/strong> of Deephayin Township<\/strong> has warned residents to exercise caution when organizing religious festivals, donation ceremonies, and weddings<\/strong>, as the Military Commission<\/strong> has been targeting gatherings of civilians<\/strong> with airstrikes and bombings<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to reports, the junta has been deliberately striking locations where large numbers of people gather \u2014 using paramotors<\/strong> and jet fighters<\/strong> to drop bombs and conduct continuous aerial assaults.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Therefore, during donation or wedding ceremonies, and religious events, the township\u2019s Pa Ah Pha<\/strong>, Pa Ka Pha<\/strong>, and Pa La Pha<\/strong> organizations, along with local authorities, issued a joint notification on October 4<\/strong>, advising against including entertainment such as orchestras, dances, or theatrical performances<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The statement further warned that anyone who violates these directives will be held responsible and subjected to decisive action<\/strong>, urging the public to take special precautions against air threats<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
