General Tar Bhone Kyaw, one of the leaders of the Ta\u2019ang National Liberation Army (TNLA), has announced that they will retaliate against the military junta\u2019s ongoing airstrikes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He stated that the terrorist military forces have been launching continuous aerial bombings on the townships under the control of the TNLA, and that these attacks will not go unanswered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cMorning, noon, evening, midnight \u2014 they keep dropping bombs from aircraft. We are taking note of everyone \u2014 the ones who bomb, the ones who order the bombings, and the ones who applaud and celebrate the bombings. Retribution will surely come,\u201d
General Tar Bhone Kyaw wrote on his social media page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the TNLA, the terrorist military forces have already conducted 28 airstrikes<\/strong> this October alone, targeting areas under TNLA administration in northern Shan State.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From October 1 to 18<\/strong>, the junta carried out airstrikes over the townships of Mantong, Kyaukme, Hsipaw, Mongngawt, Monglon, Namhsan, Namtu, Momauk, and Mogaung<\/strong>, resulting in the deaths of 2 monks, 8 children, 19 women, and 12 men<\/strong>, while over 40 people were injured<\/strong>, according to available records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udccc\ud83d\udccc 2. AA Restricts Nighttime Fishing near Thandwe and Gwa for Security Reasons<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The United League of Arakan \/ Arakan Army (ULA\/AA)<\/strong> has imposed restrictions on nighttime fishing in the sea areas near Thandwe and Gwa Townships<\/strong>, prohibiting fishing activities between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM<\/strong>, citing the safety of local civilians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The AA announced this measure following increased maritime movements by the junta, which has been reinforcing its military presence toward Kyaukphyu<\/strong> and Sittwe<\/strong> through sea routes, as well as preparing possible counteroffensives to recapture towns currently under AA control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Although the AA had previously warned against the junta\u2019s use of naval and aerial assaults, reports indicate that junta naval vessels have often captured or executed civilians encountered at sea. The regime has also used civilian fishing boats\u2014previously granted unrestricted fishing access\u2014as cover for transporting troops and military supplies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Due to these developments, the AA declared that from October 19 onward<\/strong>, fishing between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM is strictly prohibited in the sea areas near Thandwe and Gwa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ULA\/AA further advised that unless an official notice lifting the order is issued, the restriction will remain in force, and all fishermen must refrain from nighttime operations in those zones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, because the junta has been shelling from naval vessels and committing acts of capture and execution at sea, the AA urged fishermen to avoid deep-sea fishing during daytime<\/strong> and to immediately return to shore<\/strong> if junta ships are sighted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
