\ud83d\udea9\ud83d\udea9 1. Civilian Killed and Two Injured in Airstrike by Terrorist Junta Forces in Hsaw Hti Township; Two Monasteries and a School Damaged<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to a statement from the Karen National Union (KNU) Central Headquarters<\/strong>, the terrorist junta carried out twelve aerial strikes<\/strong> using fighter jets<\/strong> targeting the vicinity of Kwin Dala Gyi, Nyaung Pin Gyi, and Thetkal Kone villages<\/strong> in Hsaw Hti Township<\/strong>, Kaw Thoo Lei Administrative Region<\/strong>, Nyaung Lay Pin District<\/strong>, on October 8<\/strong> at 10:20 a.m.<\/strong> and 3:02 p.m.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The junta dropped approximately twenty-four 500-pound bombs<\/strong> during the attack.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a result, Ma Khin San Pyae (age 18)<\/strong> from Kwin Dalae Village<\/strong> was killed, and Maung Zing Min Aung (age 30)<\/strong> was injured. In addition, Daw Mwe (age 59)<\/strong>, a displaced civilian from Kwin Dalae who had sought refuge in Thetkal Kone Village<\/strong>, was also injured.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Two homes belonging to U Kyaw Htoo<\/strong> and U Pan Oo<\/strong> were destroyed. Moreover, one monastery in Nyaung Pin Gyi Village<\/strong>, one monastery in Mingalar Kone Village<\/strong>, and one school in Thetkal Kone Village<\/strong> were also damaged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The KNU stated that the terrorist military council has been intensifying its efforts to forcibly conduct sham elections in areas under its control to prolong its unlawful rule. At the same time, it has deliberately carried out airstrikes on civilian areas in territories it has lost, with the clear intent of instilling terror among the local population.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udea9\ud83d\udea9 2. Eleven Civilians Seriously Injured in Airstrike on Zarap Kone Village, Myaung Township<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to military sources, on October 15<\/strong>, between 7:30 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.<\/strong>, the terrorist junta conducted an airstrike on Zarap Kone Village<\/strong>, Myaung Township<\/strong>, dropping a 250-pound bomb<\/strong> near the southern forest edge of the village and firing six to eight rocket rounds<\/strong> into different areas of the settlement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a result, eleven civilians<\/strong>\u2014eight men and three women\u2014were seriously injured. Among them, a woman working in a groundnut field sustained a severe abdominal wound and was reported to be in critical condition. Others suffered severe injuries, including loss of limbs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A student was also among the injured, according to a spokesperson from the People\u2019s Defense Force (T.G.R)<\/strong> of Myaung Township, who spoke to the Shwe Phi Myay News Agency<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, the walls and brick fencing of the local monastery were damaged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The injured have been receiving medical treatment from members of the People\u2019s Defense Force, and as of now, no deaths have been reported.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the Nway Oo Aung Pwe<\/strong> group, on October 14<\/strong>, at around 1:50 p.m.<\/strong>, the terrorist junta dropped bombs from two paramotor aircraft<\/strong> targeting a school in Thamansa Village<\/strong>, Wetlet Township<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The attack injured two civilians. The Shwebo District Battalion-1<\/strong> and Wetlet Township People\u2019s Defense Force (PDF)<\/strong> cooperated to remove and safely dispose of one unexploded bomb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udea9\ud83d\udea9 4. Airstrike in Hsipaw Township: Around 30 Bombs Dropped, Causing Damage to Homes and a Monastery Building<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to a statement released by the Shan State Progress Party (SSPP)<\/strong>, the Northern Command of the Myanmar Army<\/strong> carried out airstrikes<\/strong> using Y-12 aircraft<\/strong>, dropping about 30 bombs<\/strong> near Nam Hu Nwet and Khalein Villages<\/strong> in Hsipaw Township<\/strong>, Northern Shan State<\/strong>, on October 14<\/strong> at around 4:30 p.m.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The airstrike took place amid ongoing clashes between the Northern Command troops<\/strong> and the Ta\u2019ang National Liberation Army (TNLA)<\/strong> in the areas of Nam Hu Nwet<\/strong>, Khalein<\/strong>, Kotan Kone<\/strong>, and San Phaik Village Cemetery Hill<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a result, three houses<\/strong> in Khalein Village and one classroom building at the monastery school in Nam Hu Nwet Village<\/strong> were destroyed. The SSPP noted that it could not yet confirm whether there were any casualties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On October 15<\/strong>, around 8:30 a.m.<\/strong>, junta ground forces and drone units re-entered the areas bombed the previous day, leading to continued clashes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Between 8:30 a.m. and 2:50 p.m.<\/strong> on the same day, approximately 300 troops<\/strong> from the Northern Command engaged in intense fighting with the TNLA<\/strong> near Nar Khine<\/strong> and Kaung Khar Villages<\/strong> in the Baw Kyo Village Tract<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The SSPP further reported that junta troops were using ground assaults, drone strikes, and aerial bombardments simultaneously. Several villages sustained structural damage as a result.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udea9\ud83d\udea9 5. Six Junta Soldiers Killed in Taungtha Township Clash<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to a report by Myaing District Battalion-3<\/strong>, revolutionary forces led by the Min Thar Gyi Column<\/strong> attacked junta troops stationed along the roadside near the entrance of Yone Si Gyi Village<\/strong>, Taungtha Township<\/strong>, on October 13<\/strong>, using 60-mm and 40-mm mortars<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a result of direct hits from heavy weapons, six junta soldiers were killed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following the attack, junta troops reportedly threatened that they would burn down civilian houses in Yone Si Gyi Village<\/strong> if even a single bullet was fired at them again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
