The Arakan Army (AA)<\/strong> has warned that if more individuals within the Bangladesh Armed Forces<\/strong> begin supporting militant activities, it could endanger not only Bangladesh\u2019s internal security but also the border regions and overall peace and stability within the ASEAN region<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a statement addressed to the Bangladesh Interim Government<\/strong>, the AA issued the warning following an incident on October 11<\/strong>, when around ten armed members of extremist militant groups<\/strong> attacked three local residents<\/strong> in the Maungdaw area<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the AA, investigations revealed that weapons, ammunition, and military supplies seized from the ARSA (Arakan Rohingya Salvation Army)<\/strong> and RSO (Rohingya Solidarity Organization)<\/strong> militant groups were being sold and supplied by certain corrupt officers within the Bangladesh Border Guard (BGB)<\/strong>. These officers were allegedly accepting financial bribes<\/strong> in exchange for selling or providing military-grade arms and equipment to the militant organizations that uphold extremist ideologies and cooperate with the junta\u2019s military commission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The AA further analyzed that the ongoing military operations of ARSA and RSO<\/strong> appear to be part of a mutually beneficial arrangement<\/strong> with the fascist and terrorist Myanmar Military Commission<\/strong>, carried out with the assistance of some corrupt BGB and military officers<\/strong> in Bangladesh. These individuals are suspected of aiding the groups in establishing coordinated, cross-border attacks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moreover, the AA stated that these corrupt BGB officers and soldiers not only support extremist ideologies but also provide medical treatment to injured ARSA members<\/strong>, supply them with food, rations, and ammunition<\/strong>, offer protective security cover<\/strong>, assist in aerial reconnaissance<\/strong>, and share radar-based military intelligence<\/strong>. Some even cooperate directly with ARSA and RSO forces<\/strong> during armed confrontations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The AA emphasized that it had already informed the Bangladesh Interim Government<\/strong> on September 27<\/strong> with evidence-backed and constructive criticism, urging prompt investigation and accountability measures against such misconduct.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The AA also cautioned that failure to take timely and decisive action<\/strong> could severely damage bilateral border stability, security, mutual trust, and intergovernmental relations<\/strong>. Furthermore, unchecked support for militancy within the Bangladesh military could strengthen extremist influence<\/strong>, ultimately posing a serious threat to Bangladesh\u2019s national security<\/strong>, as well as the peace and stability of the broader border areas and the ASEAN region<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The AA described this warning as a constructive and preventive appeal<\/strong>, not an act of hostility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udea9\ud83d\udea9 2. One Civilian Killed, Two Seriously Injured in Maungdaw Following Ambush by ARSA and RSO Extremist Militants<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Arakan Army (AA)<\/strong> reported that an ambush carried out by extremist militant groups ARSA and RSO<\/strong> resulted in the death of one civilian and serious injuries to two others in Maungdaw Township<\/strong>, near the Bangladesh\u2013Arakan border<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the AA, the attack occurred at around noon on October 11<\/strong>, when about ten armed members<\/strong> of ARSA and RSO assaulted three local motorcycle delivery workers<\/strong> who were transporting daily consumer goods near the Leip Yakhwe junction<\/strong>, north of Maungdaw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ambush killed 22-year-old Ko Nyein Chan<\/strong>, while 23-year-old Ko Thaung Zin<\/strong> and 33-year-old Ko Naing Lin<\/strong> sustained severe injuries but managed to escape. The AA stated that its personnel later located the injured men and were able to provide timely medical treatment<\/strong>, saving their lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The three victims were ordinary civilians who earned their livelihoods by transporting essential goods<\/strong> between Nan Thar Taung<\/strong> and Kyain Chaung<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The AA also noted that it currently controls and secures<\/strong> all fascist military outposts in Buthidaung, Maungdaw, and other Arakan border regions<\/strong>, working to ensure public safety, healthcare, education, and social stability<\/strong>, while promoting harmony and coexistence among different ethnic communities<\/strong> under the leadership of the Arakan National Council<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the same time, the AA reaffirmed its ongoing efforts to liberate the remaining three towns in Arakan State<\/strong> still under the control of the fascist junta<\/strong>, using both military and political strategies<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The AA\u2019s statement further revealed that ARSA and RSO<\/strong> have constructed fortified camps<\/strong> along the Bangladesh\u2013Arakan border<\/strong> and within Bangladesh territory<\/strong>, from which they launch sudden attacks on AA security posts<\/strong>, conduct cross-border raids<\/strong>, and target innocent civilians<\/strong> for killings, abductions, and violence<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The AA condemned these acts as terrorist operations<\/strong> that not only harm local communities but also serve the strategic interests of the Myanmar military junta<\/strong>, with indirect support from corrupt Bangladeshi military elements<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udea9\ud83d\udea9 3. UGF Okpo Warns of Fake Operations Aimed at Discrediting Resistance Forces in Oatpho Township, Bago Region<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Underground Guerrilla Force (UGF Okpo)<\/strong>, operating under the Tharyarwaddy District Command<\/strong> in Oatpho Township, Bago Region<\/strong>, has issued a public warning that false flag operations<\/strong> are being conducted with the intent to damage the reputation and integrity<\/strong> of resistance units.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the statement, certain individuals have been extorting money and issuing threats<\/strong> under the name of Commander Ye Baw Dewa<\/strong> of UGF Okpo, fabricating operations meant to discredit the legitimate underground resistance network<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

UGF Okpo clarified that it has never engaged<\/strong> in extortion, forced donations, or unauthorized public fundraising in the past and will not do so in the future<\/strong>. Captain De<\/strong>, the local military officer of the Underground Guerrilla Force \u2013 Oatpho<\/strong>, reaffirmed that such actions have no connection whatsoever<\/strong> to the authentic revolutionary forces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The group emphasized that since the start of the revolutionary uprising<\/strong>, UGF Okpo has never used coercive means<\/strong> to collect funds, never accused innocent civilians of being informants<\/strong>, and never detained or executed civilians<\/strong> under false pretenses. The unit pledged to maintain its discipline and code of conduct<\/strong> with transparency and accountability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

UGF Okpo\u2019s Commander Ye Baw Dewa<\/strong> assured the public that if any violations occur, citizens are encouraged to report directly<\/strong> to responsible officers, and effective action<\/strong> will be taken immediately against those involved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The statement warned that these false flag operations<\/strong> are deliberately orchestrated by the terrorist military council<\/strong> to disrupt and discredit<\/strong> the integrity of the UGF Okpo and to undermine its code of conduct<\/strong> through manipulation and deception.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Ta\u2019ang National Liberation Army (TNLA)<\/strong> reported that two houses were destroyed<\/strong> when the terrorist junta\u2019s jet fighters<\/strong> conducted another airstrike on Mainlong Township<\/strong>, located within TNLA Brigade 1 territory<\/strong> in northern Shan State<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to TNLA\u2019s statement, the attack took place around 1:30 p.m. on October 11<\/strong>, when a junta fighter jet<\/strong> dropped two 250-pound bombs<\/strong> on Taw San Ywar Ma village<\/strong>, damaging two homes<\/strong> and the monastery compound<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The two bombs reportedly exploded \u2014 one inside Taw San Ywar Ma village<\/strong> and another on Lwal Yint Hill<\/strong>, just outside the village.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The TNLA also recalled that on October 10<\/strong>, the junta\u2019s aircraft similarly dropped two 250-pound bombs<\/strong> near Aung Myae village in Moemeik Township<\/strong>, followed by six rounds of rocket artillery fire<\/strong>, according to verified military records from the PSLF\/TNLA Information and Communications Department<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The TNLA and allied revolutionary forces have urged civilians to remain vigilant<\/strong>, avoid junta air assault zones, and follow community-based air defense safety protocols<\/strong>, as the terrorist junta continues targeting civilians with indiscriminate aerial attacks<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
