Resistance forces ambush military commission convoy in Min Htone Township<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>October 6, Radio NUG<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The&nbsp;<strong>United State of Burma Army (USBA)<\/strong>&nbsp;reported that an&nbsp;<strong>ambush attack<\/strong>&nbsp;was carried out on a&nbsp;<strong>military commission convoy<\/strong>&nbsp;that was traveling to&nbsp;<strong>assign personnel duties<\/strong>&nbsp;at the&nbsp;<strong>Ala Chaung Police Station<\/strong>&nbsp;in&nbsp;<strong>Min Htone Township<\/strong>, Magway Region, resulting in casualties among junta troops.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On&nbsp;<strong>October 5<\/strong>, around&nbsp;<strong>8:00 a.m.<\/strong>, a joint force of about&nbsp;<strong>40 junta soldiers and police<\/strong>&nbsp;left their vehicles and proceeded on foot toward Ala Chaung when they were&nbsp;<strong>ambushed near Khone Taing Village<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The battle lasted for approximately&nbsp;<strong>15 minutes<\/strong>, during which junta casualties were observed, though exact numbers remain unconfirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After the clash, the military commission column&nbsp;<strong>retreated back to Min Htone town<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>looted property<\/strong>&nbsp;along the route, and&nbsp;<strong>arbitrarily arrested several youths<\/strong>&nbsp;from nearby villages, reports said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was further noted that on&nbsp;<strong>October 3<\/strong>, a convoy of around&nbsp;<strong>60 junta personnel<\/strong>&nbsp;returning from a&nbsp;<strong>temporary post near Kyauk Taing sub-township hospital<\/strong>&nbsp;was also&nbsp;<strong>ambushed at Khone Khone<\/strong>, leading to multiple junta fatalities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>========================<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udea9\ud83d\udea9&nbsp;<strong>3. Thirteen junta troops killed in two-day battle in Yephyu Township<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>October 6, Radio NUG<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In&nbsp;<strong>Yephyu Township, Tanintharyi Region<\/strong>, a&nbsp;<strong>two-day battle<\/strong>&nbsp;occurred in&nbsp;<strong>Akanit Village<\/strong>&nbsp;between&nbsp;<strong>People\u2019s Defense Forces<\/strong>&nbsp;and a&nbsp;<strong>military commission column<\/strong>, leaving&nbsp;<strong>13 junta soldiers dead<\/strong>, according to&nbsp;<strong>Weh Htin Column<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On&nbsp;<strong>September 30<\/strong>, at around&nbsp;<strong>12:20 p.m.<\/strong>, resistance forces launched an attack on a&nbsp;<strong>military convoy of approximately 200 troops<\/strong>&nbsp;that had arrived in Akanit Village, and fighting continued until&nbsp;<strong>6:00 p.m. on October 1<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the clashes,&nbsp;<strong>13 junta soldiers were killed<\/strong>, and their bodies were&nbsp;<strong>burned inside the village<\/strong>. Members of the People\u2019s Defense Force later&nbsp;<strong>collected and buried<\/strong>&nbsp;the remains respectfully in a cemetery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In retaliation, the retreating junta troops&nbsp;<strong>set fire to 10 houses<\/strong>&nbsp;in the village, including&nbsp;<strong>the home of Pyu Saw Htee militia leader and USDP member Naing Oo<\/strong>, and&nbsp;<strong>five other homes belonging to junta supporters<\/strong>, the report said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The operation was jointly conducted by&nbsp;<strong>Daung Net Battalion (6)<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Weh Htin South Yephyu Column<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Dawei District Joint Forces<\/strong>, and&nbsp;<strong>allied revolutionary units<\/strong>. On the resistance side,&nbsp;<strong>one comrade was killed and three were injured<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>========================<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udea9\ud83d\udea9&nbsp;<strong>4. Seven junta soldiers killed and four captured alive in Shwebo Township ambush<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>October 6, Radio NUG<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In&nbsp;<strong>Shwebo Township, Sagaing Region<\/strong>, a&nbsp;<strong>military commission column<\/strong>&nbsp;entering&nbsp;<strong>Taganan Village<\/strong>&nbsp;through&nbsp;<strong>Good Brother Office<\/strong>&nbsp;in the southern zone was&nbsp;<strong>ambushed and encircled<\/strong>, resulting in&nbsp;<strong>seven junta troops killed<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>four captured alive<\/strong>, according to the&nbsp;<strong>Wetlet Informational Network<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The attack occurred at&nbsp;<strong>6:30 a.m. on October 2<\/strong>, when a&nbsp;<strong>military convoy of about 60 troops<\/strong>&nbsp;was ambushed by&nbsp;<strong>Shwebo District units<\/strong>&nbsp;including Battalions&nbsp;<strong>23, 18, 15, 26<\/strong>, and&nbsp;<strong>9706 (Together We Can)<\/strong>, along with&nbsp;<strong>Shwebo District Battalion No. 4<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Shwebo Township Pa Ka Pha<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Taik Nyaung Pa Ka Pha<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Taung Bole People\u2019s Defense Group<\/strong>, and the&nbsp;<strong>Northern Tiger Group<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The battle resulted in&nbsp;<strong>seven junta deaths<\/strong>, including&nbsp;<strong>Warrant Officer San Thway<\/strong>, and around&nbsp;<strong>ten others injured<\/strong>. Resistance forces also&nbsp;<strong>captured one warrant officer and three military servants alive<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recovered weapons and equipment included&nbsp;<strong>one 60mm Commando mortar<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>one MA-3 rifle<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>one MA-1 rifle<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>one 60mm shell<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>one RPG-7 round<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>100 rounds of 5.56mm ammunition<\/strong>, and&nbsp;<strong>one generator backpack<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the engagement, the&nbsp;<strong>Shwebo Military Headquarters<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>Shwebo Tatmadaw Battalion (2)<\/strong>&nbsp;provided&nbsp;<strong>artillery and howitzer support<\/strong>, one of which&nbsp;<strong>struck Aung Myay Monastery<\/strong>, killing&nbsp;<strong>four children<\/strong>&nbsp;and injuring&nbsp;<strong>eight others<\/strong>, according to reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the resistance side,&nbsp;<strong>two comrades were killed and three others wounded<\/strong>&nbsp;during the battle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>========================<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udea9\ud83d\udea9&nbsp;<strong>5. In Kyaukme, a 16-year-old girl was raped by junta troops and then killed along with her younger brother and mother<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>October 6<\/strong><br><strong>Radio NUG<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the&nbsp;<em>Shan Human Rights Foundation<\/em>, junta troops that launched an offensive operation in Kyaukme Township, northern Shan State, raped a 16-year-old girl and subsequently killed her together with her younger brother and mother.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The junta forces that conducted the large-scale assault and occupation of Kyaukme reportedly murdered three civilians\u2014who had been hiding in a field hut about 10 kilometers from Kyaukme\u2014on&nbsp;<strong>September 24<\/strong>. Among them, the young girl was first raped and then killed, according to reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before the murder of the family, in the morning of that same day, the junta troops patrolling near&nbsp;<strong>Sakhansa Village<\/strong>&nbsp;also shot and killed a motorcyclist and took away his motorcycle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was learned that the victims included a monk aged around 30, an elderly woman, her 16-year-old daughter&nbsp;<strong>Nan Thein Sar<\/strong>, and her 12-year-old son&nbsp;<strong>Sai Than Maung<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The father, who discovered the bodies the next morning, recounted:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWhen I returned to the hut, I saw my wife lying face down on the ground with a gunshot wound in her chest. My son was beside her, bleeding heavily. My daughter\u2019s clothes were scattered on the ground, and I found her body inside the hut with no clothes on. She had clearly been raped before being killed. Near their bodies, I also found military uniform items and rifle cartridge cases belonging to the Myanmar army.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Due to the junta\u2019s offensive and seizure of Kyaukme, more than&nbsp;<strong>10,000 local residents<\/strong>&nbsp;have been forced to flee their homes since August, according to reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>========================<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udea9\ud83d\udea9&nbsp;<strong>6. Junta airstrike on Thimehpo Village injures four civilians<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>October 6<\/strong><br><strong>Radio NUG<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The&nbsp;<strong>KNU\u2013Mergui\u2013Tavoy District<\/strong>&nbsp;reported that junta forces conducted an airstrike on&nbsp;<strong>Thimehpo (The Chaung Gyi) Village<\/strong>, located in the&nbsp;<strong>Tawnpyauk Village Tract<\/strong>&nbsp;of&nbsp;<strong>Kawthoung Township<\/strong>, within the&nbsp;<strong>Mergui\u2013Tavoy District<\/strong>&nbsp;under&nbsp;<strong>KNU Brigade 4<\/strong>&nbsp;administration in&nbsp;<strong>Tanintharyi Region<\/strong>, injuring&nbsp;<strong>four civilians<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At around&nbsp;<strong>5:00 p.m. on October 5<\/strong>, a junta jet fighter dropped bombs on the village, damaging&nbsp;<strong>two houses<\/strong>&nbsp;and injuring&nbsp;<strong>four local residents<\/strong>, the report stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The injured victims were identified as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ma Thiri Naing (age 10)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Daw Khin Aye (age 91)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Daw Ma Ma (age 50)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>U Soe (age 58)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>========================<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udea9\ud83d\udea9&nbsp;<strong>7.
