According to the Taungtha People\u2019s Defense Force (TTA PDF)<\/strong>, a fierce clash broke out near Sinchayyar Pagoda<\/strong>, located between Yonezin Gyi<\/strong> and Pan Aing<\/strong> villages in Taungtha Township<\/strong>, when revolutionary forces intercepted a military column<\/strong> of over 300 troops<\/strong>, including soldiers, police, and Pyu Saw Htee militia members<\/strong>, advancing from Maline\u2013Pan Aing<\/strong> toward Yonezin Gyi Village<\/strong> at around 5 p.m. on September 9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The TTA PDF announced on October 5<\/strong> that during the battle, 15 junta troops<\/strong>, including one major<\/strong>, were killed, while many others were wounded and forced to retreat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The following morning, the same military column launched a counteroffensive, during which two resistance fighters<\/strong> from the Karyin Revolutionary Force<\/strong> heroically sacrificed their lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Afterwards, the junta troops invaded Yonezin Gyi Village<\/strong>, committing brutal acts including burning and looting civilian homes<\/strong>, killing villagers<\/strong>, and sexual assaults against women<\/strong>, according to reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The joint operation against the junta column was carried out by the Taungtha People\u2019s Defense Force (TTA PDF)<\/strong>, Bravo Team (Meiktila)<\/strong>, DSNDA (Danu Defense Force)<\/strong>, and Myingyan District Battalion (3)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At around 8 a.m. on October 5<\/strong>, a military column of about 40 junta soldiers and police officers<\/strong> advanced from Min Taung Town<\/strong> via Nyaung Kyat Village<\/strong> toward Alel Chaung Police Station<\/strong>, when they were ambushed near Khon Taing Village<\/strong> by local resistance forces, according to the Union of Burma Defense Army (USBA)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The clash lasted about 15 minutes<\/strong>, and although junta casualties were observed, the exact number is still under investigation. After the battle, the military column retreated back toward Min Taung Town<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While retreating, the troops arrested several young civilians<\/strong>, and looted food supplies and valuable items<\/strong> by forcibly entering homes along the way, local sources reported.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udccc\ud83d\udccc 3. People\u2019s Defense Forces Launch Surprise Raid on Junta Bunker Outpost at Zee Kone Lay (Pyu) Village in Shwebo Township<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The People\u2019s Defense Organization (Pa Ka Pha)<\/strong> of Sagaing Region<\/strong> announced that its forces launched a surprise attack<\/strong> on a military bunker outpost<\/strong> at the entrance of Zee Kone Lay (Pyu) Village<\/strong> in Shwebo Township<\/strong>, Shwebo District<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The assault occurred at around 1:30 a.m. on October 5<\/strong>, led by the Shwebo Township Pa Ka Pha Offensive Operations Team (PDO)<\/strong>, in coordination with Pa Ka Pha Combat Teams 1, 2, 3, and 5<\/strong>, who conducted the raid using guerrilla tactics<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the operation, the resistance forces successfully captured and destroyed one military bunker<\/strong>, seizing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
