The Karenni Joint Forces Military Command has issued a warning on September 24 advising civilians not to use the Demoso\u2013Pruso\u2013Hpruso road<\/strong>, as the terrorist military is carrying out heavy artillery shelling and airstrikes in the area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The military column has been advancing along the Demoso\u2013Pruso\u2013Hpruso road, leading to daily clashes<\/strong>. The junta has been using drones, dropping bombs, firing heavy artillery, and conducting aerial attacks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Therefore, civilians are strongly urged to exercise caution and avoid using the Demoso\u2013Pruso\u2013Hpruso road for travel or business in order to prevent unnecessary harm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In urgent cases where travel is unavoidable, the Karenni Joint Forces Military Command urged civilians to first inquire with resistance battalions and allied units<\/strong> in the area, who can provide reliable and accurate updates on the security situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, the Karenni National Defense Force (KNDF)<\/strong> announced on September 23 that starting from that date, the Loikaw\u2013Demoso\u2013Pruso\u2013Bawlakhe highway<\/strong> and the Pruso\u2013Hpruso\u2013Nanphe road<\/strong>, including all connecting routes, will remain closed indefinitely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since August, the terrorist junta has been launching large-scale offensives from Demoso toward Pruso. Throughout September, junta columns in Pruso have reinforced with supplies, ammunition, and manpower, pushing their operations toward Bawlakhe. As a result, clashes remain intense, according to military sources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Pa-O National Federal Council (PNFC)<\/strong> has declared that it will continue to follow the guidelines of the Pa-O liberation and federal struggle and join the fight against the military dictatorship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The announcement was made today, September 24, on the 50th anniversary of Pa-O Martyrs\u2019 Day<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pa-O Martyrs\u2019 Day commemorates the death of Hpa Bwa Hla Phay<\/strong>, the great Pa-O revolutionary leader, who was killed near Pintone village on September 24, 1975, while marching to organize a Pa-O National Congress<\/strong> for the revolution, gathering resistance forces from across the highlands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Although Hpa Bwa Hla Phay died resisting the military dictatorship, the federal democratic union envisioned not only by the Pa-O but also by all ethnic nationalities has yet to be achieved. The PNFC stated that this struggle has now continued into the third generation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The PNFC reaffirmed that the Pa-O people will work together with allied revolutionary forces to build new states and advance the collective political goals agreed upon by ethnic nationalities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The council emphasized its commitment to the \u201cBottom-up Federalism Approach\u201d<\/strong> advocated by Pa-O martyrs, declaring:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
