\ud83d\udea9\ud83d\udea9 1. In Htee Lin Township, a single People\u2019s Defense Team (Pa Ka Pha) has been formed to cover the entire township<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The People\u2019s Defense Teams (Pa Ka Pha) in Htee Lin Township, Gangaw District, Magway Region\u2014previously divided into two groups (East and West)\u2014united on September 23 into one township-wide People\u2019s Defense Team in the presence of representatives from all villages within the township, according to a statement from the Htee Lin Township People\u2019s Defense Team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe extend our deepest gratitude to the village-level Pa Ka Pha leaders, group leaders, township leaders, district leaders, and district-level military officers who supported this unification,\u201d the statement said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udea9\ud83d\udea9 2. In Pakokku, three rockets launched at SAC troops\u2019 checkpoint outpost<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The COBRA ONE force reported that on September 22, around midnight, three rockets were fired at a SAC checkpoint outpost near In Pin Village, south of Pakokku Township, Magway Region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The rockets struck while large numbers of SAC troops had gathered at the outpost to launch military operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the attack, SAC troops responded with heavy artillery fire, and later that afternoon, they launched ground assaults, burning down displacement camps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the morning of September 23, SAC forces in In Pin Village again fired two rounds of heavy artillery indiscriminately. At around 3:00 p.m., two SAC helicopters conducted indiscriminate aerial bombings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This operation was jointly carried out by Pakokku Township People\u2019s Defense Force Battalion (1), Pakokku Township People\u2019s Defense Force Heavy Weapons Unit COBRA ONE, and the BURMA REVOLUTION RANGERS<\/strong>. Civilians were urged to remain highly cautious about military activity in the area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udea9\ud83d\udea9 3. Resistance forces withdraw from Kyun Thar Village, southern Kale Township; three new Russian MI-38 military helicopters arrive in Nay Pyi Taw<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Yaw Ah Lintan, resistance forces have withdrawn from Kyun Thar Village, located in southern Kale Township, Sagaing Region, and northern Gangaw Township, Magway Region, near Hintharwaddy Village.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Local resistance forces had captured Kyun Thar Village on April 10, 2025<\/strong>, but were forced to withdraw on the evening of September 20<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kyun Thar had been controlled by Pyu Saw Htee militias, and surrounding areas also contain heavily armed Pyu Saw Htee villages, including Hintharwaddy and Myauk Khin Yane in Gangaw Township, and Lel Kyi, Winwa, and Kyauk Pyoke in eastern Kale Township.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To retake Kyun Thar, SAC deployed more than 300 troops<\/strong>, including conscripts, newly trained soldiers from its military training schools, and Pyu Saw Htee militias, launching attacks from Hintharwaddy Village. More than 10 fierce battles<\/strong> took place before resistance forces, unable to match in manpower and weaponry, were forced to relinquish control after over five months of holding the village.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, Yaw Ah Lintan reported that SAC\u2019s newly acquired Russian-made multi-role MI-38 military helicopters (3 units)<\/strong> have already arrived at Nay Pyi Taw airport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These MI-38T helicopters can carry 40 to 50 troops<\/strong>, transport loads up to 6 tons<\/strong>, and are capable of flying in rainy conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udea9\ud83d\udea9 4. Four killed, including children, in Hpakant by SAC heavy artillery and drone strikes; two more children injured<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

At around 5:00 p.m. on September 22, SAC troops from a Hpakant-based military camp fired 120mm heavy artillery shells<\/strong>, one of which struck a house near Uru Creek, south of Sain Village, according to local reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A father and his son were killed instantly, while two other children were injured.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIn Hpakant, the military fires heavy artillery almost daily, causing continuous civilian casualties. Just last night, they shelled heavily throughout the entire night,\u201d a local source said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Similarly, in Seim Mu Village, Kyauk Sate Taung area, SAC drones dropped bombs on a house, killing U Kyaw Soe (age 45)<\/strong> and his son Maung Htoo Htoo San<\/strong>, while destroying two houses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the Karen National Union (KNU), in Mu Township of Khla Lwi Htoo District, Kawsu Leh Administrative Area under the Karen National Union, the junta troops fired artillery shells, injuring three civilians including a child.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
