In Pakokku, three rockets launched at SAC troops\u2019 checkpoint outpost<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>September 23 | Radio NUG<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The COBRA ONE force reported that on September 22, around midnight, three rockets were fired at a SAC checkpoint outpost near In Pin Village, south of Pakokku Township, Magway Region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The rockets struck while large numbers of SAC troops had gathered at the outpost to launch military operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the attack, SAC troops responded with heavy artillery fire, and later that afternoon, they launched ground assaults, burning down displacement camps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the morning of September 23, SAC forces in In Pin Village again fired two rounds of heavy artillery indiscriminately. At around 3:00 p.m., two SAC helicopters conducted indiscriminate aerial bombings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This operation was jointly carried out by&nbsp;<strong>Pakokku Township People\u2019s Defense Force Battalion (1), Pakokku Township People\u2019s Defense Force Heavy Weapons Unit COBRA ONE, and the BURMA REVOLUTION RANGERS<\/strong>. Resistance forces withdraw from Kyun Thar Village, southern Kale Township; three new Russian MI-38 military helicopters arrive in Nay Pyi Taw<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>September 23 | Radio NUG<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Yaw Ah Lintan, resistance forces have withdrawn from Kyun Thar Village, located in southern Kale Township, Sagaing Region, and northern Gangaw Township, Magway Region, near Hintharwaddy Village.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Local resistance forces had captured Kyun Thar Village on&nbsp;<strong>April 10, 2025<\/strong>, but were forced to withdraw on the evening of&nbsp;<strong>September 20<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kyun Thar had been controlled by Pyu Saw Htee militias, and surrounding areas also contain heavily armed Pyu Saw Htee villages, including Hintharwaddy and Myauk Khin Yane in Gangaw Township, and Lel Kyi, Winwa, and Kyauk Pyoke in eastern Kale Township.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To retake Kyun Thar, SAC deployed more than&nbsp;<strong>300 troops<\/strong>, including conscripts, newly trained soldiers from its military training schools, and Pyu Saw Htee militias, launching attacks from Hintharwaddy Village. In Khla Lwi Htoo District, three civilians including a child were injured by junta artillery fire<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>September 23,<br>Radio NUG<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the Karen National Union (KNU), in Mu Township of Khla Lwi Htoo District, Kawsu Leh Administrative Area under the Karen National Union, the junta troops fired artillery shells, injuring three civilians including a child.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>On\u00a0<strong>September 9 at around 11:30 a.m.<\/strong>, the junta troops based in Yarmatee fired one artillery shell, which landed and exploded inside Nyaung Pin Thar village. A 5-year-old boy named Maung Lay was injured.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On\u00a0<strong>September 10 at 3:58 p.m.<\/strong>, troops from junta Infantry Battalion (IB-351) fired one (Howitzer) shell into Thitkyehseik village. A 53-year-old woman named Daw Moe Khaing was injured.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On\u00a0<strong>September 15 at about 3:00 p.m.<\/strong>, the same IB-351 fired one 120 mm shell, which landed and exploded inside Taipin Ywar village. A man named Saw Ma Htoo was injured. Again at\u00a0<strong>4:25 p.m.<\/strong>, the battalion fired another 120 mm shell, which landed near Paryasee village, damaging one civilian house and killing a pig.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Similarly, in\u00a0<strong>Saw Htee Township<\/strong>, on\u00a0<strong>September 17 at around 4:30 p.m.<\/strong>, junta Light Infantry Battalion (LIB-20), based in Nyaung Lay Pin, used a drone to drop bombs on Kaukmehtu village, destroying one civilian house.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In\u00a0<strong>Leh Doh Township<\/strong>, on\u00a0<strong>September 9 at 4:50 p.m.<\/strong>, junta forces stationed at Natthan Gwin fired a 120 mm shell, which landed and exploded inside Nyaung Tan village school compound, damaging several classrooms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>========================<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udea9\ud83d\udea9&nbsp;<strong>6. Four civilians killed in airstrikes and artillery attacks in Ka Ni and Nwar Htoe Gyi Townships<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>September 23,<br>Radio NUG<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to local reports, on&nbsp;<strong>September 22 at about 7:00 p.m.<\/strong>, the junta launched two aerial bombs from a helicopter into Thamin Chan San Pya village in Ka Ni Township, killing four civilians and four oxen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The deceased were identified as Ko Kyaw Thu, Ko Than Poe, U Kyi Aye, and Ma Mi Byar. Reports confirm that the attack took place despite the absence of ground clashes, forcing residents to flee the area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The attack was carried out by a junta helicopter from the Northwestern Regional Military Command based in Monywa, which has been frequently conducting airstrikes on Thamin Chan village.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Similarly, on&nbsp;<strong>September 21 at about 7:30 p.m.<\/strong>, junta LIB-15 based in Myin Chann fired Howitzer shells into Ywar Gyi village, Nwar Htoe Gyi Township.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Earlier, on&nbsp;<strong>September 9 at around 9:20 a.m.<\/strong>, five gyrocopters from the Meiktila Air Force carried out aerial bombardment on Ma Kyee Kan village, also in Nwar Htoe Gyi Township, injuring five civilians, destroying two houses, and killing three oxen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>========================<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udea9\ud83d\udea9&nbsp;<strong>7.
