On September 3<\/strong>, near Kan Ywar Station, between Bein Nwel Kone and Ta Mya Thar Village in Taungtha Township, three military vehicles advancing from Myingyan City were ambushed with 40mm explosives, according to an announcement from Myingyan District Battalion 3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the clash, five junta soldiers were killed by bomb hits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ambush was carried out by Myingyan District Battalion 3, and it was confirmed that the revolutionary forces successfully withdrew without casualties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the Ngar Pyay Ma Paung Kyarr Force, a Pyu Saw Htee militia group led by Bo Htun<\/strong> in Tet Won Village, Natmauk Township, Magway Region<\/strong>, was raided and wiped out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The attack occurred at 5:10 a.m. on September 4<\/strong> and lasted about 40 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the battle, Pyu leader Bo Htun and five Pyu Saw Htee members were killed. Seized items included one locally made .22 pistol, five carbines with 95 rounds, two shotguns with 30 rounds, two grenades, 100,000 kyats in cash, four mobile phones, military uniforms, and one military service booklet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The operation was led by Thayet District Battalion 3 Ngar Pyay Ma Force<\/strong> and Myepyin Kyarr Unit<\/strong>, in collaboration with Pakokku Pa Ka Pha<\/strong>, Minbu District People\u2019s Defense Force<\/strong>, Chauk Revolutionary Army (CRA)<\/strong>, and Daung Soldier Paung Kyarr Unit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Kawlin District Battalion 4, the Shanni Nationalities Army (SNA)<\/strong>, a militia aligned with the junta, launched an attack inside resistance-controlled territory near Nayaka Village, Banmauk Township, Kawlin District, Sagaing Region<\/strong>, on September 3<\/strong> around 3 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SNA troops entered with a 4-wheel vehicle and opened fire, but revolutionary forces were able to repel them in time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A 10-minute firefight broke out, after which SNA units retreated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following the clash, SNA forces used drones to strike again, dropping bombs on civilian residential areas, injuring one local resident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reports also indicate that junta forces and their allied SNA units have simultaneously launched offensives in northern and western Banmauk, resulting in repeated clashes with resistance forces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At about 12:30 p.m. on September 4<\/strong>, junta troops stationed in Lapantan City, Bago Region<\/strong>, after arriving at Santalin Village<\/strong>, carried out a drone bombing attack, dropping two bombs on Tharyar Chaung Village<\/strong>, according to the Shwe Tan Myay People\u2019s Defense Force.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One bomb landed outside the village, while the other struck the house of U Zeya Lynn<\/strong>, killing him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The junta has been conducting indiscriminate airstrikes and artillery shelling against villages in Thayarwaddy District, without any ground clashes. On September 3<\/strong>, they also carried out a bombing attack near Sitone Village, Lapantan Township<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to local reports, in the afternoon of September 4<\/strong>, a FCT 2000G jet fighter<\/strong> from the junta\u2019s Tada-U airbase<\/strong> carried out an airstrike on Tane Village, Pulae Township<\/strong>, dropping a 500-pound bomb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The bombing destroyed one house by fire, killing one man and one woman, while also killing four cattle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Similarly, around 2 p.m. on the same day, the junta troops stationed in Yezagyo Town<\/strong> fired two Howitzer shells<\/strong> at Nabat Village, Myo-U Township<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One shell exploded near Baringyi Monastery School<\/strong>, and another fell inside Nabat Village, wounding four civilians with shrapnel injuries. Their injuries were reported to be non-life-threatening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to APM News Agency<\/strong>, the Mrauk-U District Court under the Arakan People\u2019s Revolutionary Government (APRG)<\/strong> sentenced a perpetrator to 40 years imprisonment<\/strong> for raping four women in Kyauk Taw and Mrauk-U Townships, Rakhine State<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ruling was handed down on September 1<\/strong>, convicting Zaw Zaw Naing (aka La Phyu Chay), age 25, from Pyi Taw Thar Ward, Kyauk Taw Town<\/strong>. The court found that between 2024 and 2025, he lured four young women under the pretext of offering them jobs, then threatened and raped them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
