Over 100 Million Kyat Worth of Counterfeit 10,000-Kyat Notes Seized in Tiddim Township<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>August 16<\/strong><br><em>Radio NUG<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the&nbsp;<strong>People\u2019s Administration of Tiddim Township<\/strong>, over&nbsp;<strong>100 million kyat worth of counterfeit 10,000-kyat notes<\/strong>&nbsp;were seized in a village within the township.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The discovery was made after villagers noticed counterfeit money being circulated. The&nbsp;<strong>village defense team and youth organizations<\/strong>&nbsp;investigated and successfully confiscated the counterfeit notes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The counterfeit money owner was arrested and interrogated by village leaders and youth officials.
