A Myanmar migrant worker, who was a victim of the assault, sought assistance from the Myanmar Health Assistance Consortium (MHAC) to obtain justice and emotional support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On July 27, representatives went to meet the victim in person to offer comfort and support. Subsequently, with the help of the employer, the case was officially reported on&nbsp;<strong>July 29<\/strong>&nbsp;at the&nbsp;<strong>Mueang Pathum Thani Provincial Police Station<\/strong>. The complaint was jointly filed by the NUG Ministry of Labour, MHAC, and the employer\u2019s legal counsel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Thai perpetrator confessed to the offense in front of local police authorities and formally apologized to the victim.
