On July 20, 2025<\/strong>, allied forces including the People\u2019s Defense Force (PDF) Mandalay<\/strong> successfully captured all junta military camps<\/strong> located in Thanpin Kone village (Myaung Township), and Tharyet Kine and Myakanthar villages (Pyu Township)<\/strong>, according to an official announcement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the operations, a drone jammer vehicle<\/strong>, drones and related equipment, as well as a large cache of weapons and ammunition<\/strong>, were seized from the enemy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, 16 junta troops<\/strong>, including one ranking officer (Major)<\/strong>, were captured alive<\/strong>, and 15 enemy corpses<\/strong> were recovered. Reports state that the junta side suffered heavy casualties and injuries<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The operation was jointly carried out by PDF Mandalay<\/strong>, Myone Hman Defense Force (MDF Myaung)<\/strong>, the Pyu Township PDF<\/strong>, and the SSTF unit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udea9\ud83d\udea9 2. Pyu Militias Attack Civilians Harvesting Crops in Thilon Village, Shwebo Township; Clashes Erupt<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Shwebo Crocodile<\/strong>, Pyu militias<\/strong> stationed in Thilon Village (Pyu village), Shwebo Township, Sagaing Region<\/strong>, launched an attack on civilians who were harvesting crops<\/strong> in the southern farmland area, using both heavy and light weaponry<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the morning of July 19 at around 10 a.m.<\/strong>, a coordinated strike was launched against the Pyu militia units using 60mm mortars, machine guns, and small arms<\/strong>, in commemoration of Martyrs\u2019 Day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The clash lasted for approximately 30 minutes<\/strong>, with Pyu reinforcements<\/strong> arriving from Pan Yone Pyu Village and Zee Phyu Kone Pyu Village<\/strong>, during which two RPGs were fired<\/strong>, though they did not cause damage, and the Pyu forces later withdrew<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since January 21, 2024<\/strong>, Thilon Village has been under Pyu militia control<\/strong>, and many civilians who refused to live under their rule had fled to nearby areas<\/strong>. As of now, no confirmed casualty reports<\/strong> among the civilian population have been received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This operation was carried out by Shwebo Crocodile<\/strong>, Firly Dragon Force<\/strong>, Shwebo People’s Security Force (PLF)<\/strong>, Shwebo Federal Army<\/strong>, HG Fighter<\/strong>, Shwebo Western Revolution Force<\/strong>, Dawng Fighters<\/strong>, Sone Yae Shwebo<\/strong>, Eye for Eye<\/strong>, Farmers Liberation Force (FIF)<\/strong>, and the Bo Lin Yaung PDF (DPY)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On July 20, around 7:22 a.m.<\/strong>, a junta vehicle traveling along Milepost 318<\/strong> on the Yangon\u2013Mandalay Expressway<\/strong> was ambushed<\/strong> by fighters from Myingyan District Battalion 4 and Battalion 10<\/strong>, according to reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
