Ministers Actively Working in Revolutionary Territories as Efforts Intensify for the Revolution\u2019s Victory<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>July 14<\/strong><br><strong>Radio NUG<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In efforts to ensure the success of the revolution, many ministers have been working actively within revolutionary strongholds across the country, according to Union Minister for Education and Health, Professor Dr. Zaw Wai Soe. He made the remarks during the opening ceremony of the \u201cTowards a New Victory \u2013 Bago to Tanintharyi\u201d campaign on July 13.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPeople often say they\u2019re not satisfied with the NUG. But we are doing our utmost. My return to Myanmar is part of the NUG\u2019s reform and transformation process. The area I\u2019ve returned to previously had only one minister present\u2014now there are nine of us here. We are working. We are coordinating everyone, including the three branches [of government]. Not everything is bad. There are areas that are doing well. And for those that are struggling, we are working on coordination and improvement,\u201d the Minister stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He also mentioned that over the past three months, he has personally met and held discussions with several leaders of ethnic revolutionary forces, aiming for greater coordination and unity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>========================<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccc\ud83d\udccc&nbsp;<strong>2. Majority of Earthquake-Affected Families Still Dependent on Food Aid, Says UN Myanmar<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>July 14<\/strong><br><strong>Radio NUG<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Even after more than 100 days since the major earthquake struck, its deep impacts are still being felt, and a significant number of affected families continue to rely on food aid, the United Nations Myanmar office stated in its latest announcement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The situation has become even more challenging as the rainy season sets in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As of now, only 12% of the required funding for the 2025 Humanitarian Needs and Response Plan has been secured. Regarding the specific appeal for earthquake response, only 36.5% of the needed funds have been received, according to available data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>========================<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccc\ud83d\udccc&nbsp;<strong>3. Terrorist Military Junta Continues to Escalate Deliberate Attacks on Civilians<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>July 14<\/strong><br><strong>Radio NUG<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The terrorist military junta continues to escalate its deliberate attacks on civilian populations, with these incidents increasing in the past week, according to monitoring by the Armed Conflict Location &amp; Event Data Project (ACLED).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On July 8, junta forces shelled Kaw Hline Village and Ma Yan Chaung Village in Yebyu Township, Tanintharyi Region, killing four members of a family, including three children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the same day, the junta conducted airstrikes on Myo Koke Township, Mandalay Region, resulting in the deaths of three civilians. Further airstrikes on July 9 in the same township killed another two children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Likewise, on July 9, an airstrike on Lo Law Htee Village in Hpasawng Township, Kayah State, killed five civilians, including children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On July 11, the junta air-bombed a Buddhist monastery in Lin Ta Lu Village, Sagaing Township, where over 100 internally displaced persons (IDPs) were sheltering. Nearly two dozen people, including children, were killed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On that same day, an airstrike on Yay Lae Maw Village in Wetlet Township resulted in the death of one civilian and injuries to eight others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>========================<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccc\ud83d\udccc&nbsp;<strong>4. 34 Women Killed in June Due to Aerial and Ground Attacks by the Terrorist Military Junta<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>July 14<\/strong><br><strong>Radio NUG<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to documentation and monitoring conducted by various news media outlets, the Myanmar Women\u2019s Union has reported that&nbsp;<strong>34 women<\/strong>&nbsp;lost their lives across the country during&nbsp;<strong>June 2025<\/strong>&nbsp;due to attacks by the terrorist military junta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Among the deaths:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>18 women<\/strong>\u00a0were killed in\u00a0<strong>airstrikes<\/strong>\u00a0carried out by the junta,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>11 women<\/strong>\u00a0died due to\u00a0<strong>heavy artillery shelling<\/strong>\u00a0targeting civilian villages and homes,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>2 women<\/strong>\u00a0were shot and killed,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1 woman<\/strong>\u00a0was executed by junta forces,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>and\u00a0<strong>2 women<\/strong>\u00a0died due to\u00a0<strong>landmine explosions<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Of the 34 deceased women,&nbsp;<strong>4 were under the age of 18<\/strong>, the report added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition,&nbsp;<strong>49 women<\/strong>&nbsp;were injured:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>30<\/strong>\u00a0were wounded by\u00a0<strong>aerial bombardments<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>14<\/strong>\u00a0by\u00a0<strong>artillery shelling<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>2<\/strong>\u00a0by\u00a0<strong>gunfire<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1<\/strong>\u00a0by a\u00a0<strong>landmine<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1<\/strong>\u00a0woman was\u00a0<strong>beaten by a local junta-appointed administrator<\/strong>, and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1<\/strong>\u00a0woman was subjected to\u00a0<strong>sexual violence<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>========================<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccc\ud83d\udccc&nbsp;<strong>5.
