Interim Administrative Implementation Central Committee holds coordination meeting with Ayeyarwady Region People&#8217;s Administrative Bodies<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>July 13<\/strong><br><strong>Radio NUG<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The National Unity Government&#8217;s Interim Administrative Implementation Central Committee and People&#8217;s Administrative Bodies from Ayeyarwady Region convened Coordination Meeting 7\/2025 at 10:00 AM on July 13.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to reports, a member of the Secretariat of the Central Committee for Interim Public Administration Implementation and an official from the Ministry of Education delivered the opening remarks at the meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Following the opening session, members of the People\u2019s Administrative Bodies raised questions and engaged in discussions regarding joint administrative functions, which were answered by relevant officials from the respective ministries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The meeting was attended by Union-level Permanent Secretaries, Deputy Permanent Secretaries, Associate Permanent Secretaries, departmental officials, and representatives from township-level People\u2019s Administrative Bodies in Ayeyarwady Region. Ministry of Humanitarian and Disaster Management provided MMK 343.35 million in humanitarian assistance during June 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>July 13<\/strong><br><strong>Radio NUG<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In June 2025, the Ministry of Humanitarian and Disaster Management under the National Unity Government provided a total of&nbsp;<strong>MMK 343.35 million<\/strong>&nbsp;in humanitarian assistance to those in urgent need, according to an official announcement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This amount, which was raised through donations from the public in support of the revolution, was allocated as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>MMK 75.76 million<\/strong>\u00a0for emergency food assistance to\u00a0<strong>45,954<\/strong>\u00a0internally displaced persons (IDPs) and war refugees;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>MMK 13.40 million<\/strong>\u00a0for emergency humanitarian support to\u00a0<strong>56<\/strong>\u00a0revolutionary martyrs and\u00a0<strong>116<\/strong>\u00a0persons injured in clashes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>MMK 0.40 million<\/strong>\u00a0for emergency humanitarian support to political prisoners and their families;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>MMK 247.77 million<\/strong>\u00a0for victims of natural disasters;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>MMK 0.00 million<\/strong>\u00a0for vulnerable civilians and their families;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>MMK 0.70 million<\/strong>\u00a0for civil disobedience movement (CDM) staff and their families;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>MMK 4.32 million<\/strong>\u00a0in general humanitarian assistance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>========================<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccc\ud83d\udccc&nbsp;<strong>3. Karenni O1 Hospital treated 763 inpatients and 892 outpatients in the first half of 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>July 13<\/strong><br><strong>Radio NUG<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the hospital&#8217;s semi-annual report,&nbsp;<strong>Karenni O1 Hospital<\/strong>, which is operating in a location within Karenni territory, provided treatment to&nbsp;<strong>763 inpatients<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>892 outpatients<\/strong>&nbsp;during the first half of 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During this period, the hospital treated:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>177 patients<\/strong>\u00a0for general illnesses,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>435 patients<\/strong>\u00a0requiring surgical interventions,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>151 patients<\/strong>\u00a0related to maternal and child healthcare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>It was noted that&nbsp;<strong>25%<\/strong>&nbsp;of the inpatients were suffering from conflict-related illnesses and injuries, and all of these patients received&nbsp;<strong>100% free medical care<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, the outpatient department treated&nbsp;<strong>892 individuals<\/strong>, with the most common conditions being hypertension, heart diseases, respiratory infections, and trauma from accidents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the first six months of 2025, the hospital successfully conducted&nbsp;<strong>459 surgeries<\/strong>, and the&nbsp;<strong>O1 diagnostic lab<\/strong>&nbsp;processed&nbsp;<strong>14,817 blood test analyses<\/strong>, including&nbsp;<strong>8,987 tests conducted free of charge<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The hospital also conducted diagnosis and treatment for&nbsp;<strong>217 dengue fever cases<\/strong>&nbsp;and identified&nbsp;<strong>33 tuberculosis patients<\/strong>, ensuring continuous medication and care plans were in place for them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In terms of blood transfusion services, the hospital administered a total of&nbsp;<strong>481 units of blood<\/strong>, made possible through donations from volunteer blood donors. The hospital expressed its deep gratitude to all donors and those who facilitated the donations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, all inpatients, their caretakers, and hospital staff were provided with&nbsp;<strong>three meals a day<\/strong>, and&nbsp;<strong>bomb shelters<\/strong>&nbsp;were constructed on site to enhance security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>========================<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccc\ud83d\udccc&nbsp;<strong>4. All Internal Checkpoints Removed in Wa State; Free Movement Permitted<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>July 13<\/strong><br><strong>Radio NUG<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Central Committee of the&nbsp;<strong>United Wa State Army (UWSA)<\/strong>&nbsp;announced on July 11 that all internal checkpoints within Wa State have been dismantled, allowing the public to travel freely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>UWSA spokesperson&nbsp;<strong>U Nyi Ran<\/strong>&nbsp;informed&nbsp;<em>Voice of Wa Youth<\/em>&nbsp;that this directive applies to all internal checkpoints in the four districts of Wa State\u2014<strong>Mong Pawk, Mong Lin, Mong Maw, and Hopang<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Only internal checkpoints are being removed, while border checkpoints will remain operational as usual. It was also reported that the dismantling of checkpoints is being carried out not only in the capital city&nbsp;<strong>Pangsang<\/strong>, but also in&nbsp;<strong>Mong Pawk<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>Mong Maw<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>========================<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccc\ud83d\udccc&nbsp;<strong>5.
