\ud83d\udea9\ud83d\udea9 1. Four Civilians Injured as Terrorist Junta Drops 250-Pound Bombs on Thabeikkyin Township from the Air<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The terrorist military conducted airstrikes on villages in Thabeikkyin Township<\/strong>, Mandalay Region, dropping 250-pound bombs<\/strong>, injuring four civilians<\/strong> and destroying four homes<\/strong>, according to the People’s Defense Organization of Pyin Oo Lwin District.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The airstrike was carried out by a jet fighter launched from the Meiktila-Shante Air Base<\/strong>, under the control of the junta forces, targeting Laitkya Village<\/strong> in Thabeikkyin Township at 7:18 PM<\/strong> on July 12<\/strong>, dropping a single 250-pound bomb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a result of this attack, a 16-year-old girl<\/strong> sustained non-life-threatening injuries, according to the report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Subsequently, at 7:22 PM<\/strong>, another airstrike targeted Zayatkwin Village<\/strong> in the same township, where another 250-pound bomb<\/strong> was dropped. This second attack injured three civilians<\/strong>\u2014one man and two women<\/strong>\u2014with non-life-threatening injuries, and four civilian homes<\/strong> were reported destroyed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The terrorist junta had also attacked Zayatkwin Village<\/strong> earlier on July 5<\/strong>, injuring two male civilians<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On July 6<\/strong>, the junta also launched two airstrikes<\/strong> using cluster munitions<\/strong> on Golf Course (29) Field<\/strong> in Thabeikkyin Township, although no civilian casualties were reported in that incident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In response to these repeated attacks, the People’s Defense Organization of Pyin Oo Lwin District and local revolutionary forces have urged civilians to distance themselves from junta positions<\/strong> and to dig and prepare bomb shelters<\/strong> to protect against aerial assaults.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udea9\ud83d\udea9 2. Junta Launches Another Airstrike on Kyaukme City, Injuring One Woman and Damaging Homes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the morning of July 13<\/strong>, the military carried out another airstrike on Kyaukme City<\/strong>, located in northern Shan State and currently under the control of the Ta’ang National Liberation Army (TNLA)<\/strong>. The strike injured one woman<\/strong> and damaged multiple homes<\/strong>, according to local residents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The junta reportedly dropped four bombs<\/strong> during the early morning hours, targeting several locations including a school<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The attacks occurred at 6:08 AM<\/strong>, 6:14 AM<\/strong>, and 6:19 AM<\/strong>, striking the Basic Education Primary School No. 13<\/strong> and the Painnakone area<\/strong> along the Mantnarr-Kyauktoung junction<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Two of the bombs fell near residential areas close to the school. Although the bombs landed near homes, no injuries<\/strong> were reported in that specific area, a local resident said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, according to other local sources, one woman was injured and seven homes<\/strong> were damaged by bomb shrapnel during the attacks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The junta had also bombed neighborhoods in Kyaukme on July 6<\/strong>, July 8<\/strong>, and July 11<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the airstrike on the morning of July 11<\/strong>, bombs were dropped near Kawli Hotel<\/strong> and the District Police Commander\u2019s Office<\/strong>, killing one civilian<\/strong> and injuring five others<\/strong>. Similarly, the July 8 airstrike resulted in one civilian death<\/strong> and four injuries<\/strong>, according to documented reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, at the end of June<\/strong>, the junta launched two separate airstrikes<\/strong> on Kyaukme, killing five civilians<\/strong> and injuring another five<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The military continues to carry out frequent air raids<\/strong> on Kyaukme, Hsipaw, and Mogok townships<\/strong>, which are under the control of the TNLA, resulting in civilian deaths and injuries<\/strong> among innocent populations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udea9\ud83d\udea9 3. Resistance Fighter from SSNDF\/KNDF Battalion 102 Killed in Battle to Capture Hpasawng Town<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A resistance fighter from Battalion 102<\/strong> under Strategic Command 9<\/strong> of the Karenni Nationalities Defence Force (KNDF)<\/strong> was killed in action during the battle to capture Hpasawng Town<\/strong>, according to an official statement from Battalion 102.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The fallen fighter, identified as Cholwin Moe (aka Lwin Moe)<\/strong>, aged 23<\/strong>, died on July 5<\/strong> during the offensive in Hpasawng<\/strong>, Karenni State.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the statement, the soldier had dutifully fulfilled his responsibilities and sacrificed his life with honor in pursuit of a federal democratic system<\/strong>, and will be recorded as a martyr and national hero<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SSNDF\/KNDF Battalion 102 stated that the unfinished duties<\/strong> of their fallen comrades would be carried forward by fellow resistance fighters in the revolutionary struggle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Karenni Joint Revolutionary Forces<\/strong> launched an offensive on June 25<\/strong> against two junta military bases\u2014Light Infantry Battalions 134 and 135<\/strong>, based in Hpasawng. By June 30<\/strong>, they had successfully overrun and captured the LIB-134 base<\/strong>, according to military records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Currently, intense fighting continues as the joint Karenni forces persist with their assault on the remaining junta-held LIB-135 base<\/strong> in the area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udea9\ud83d\udea9 4. At Least Four Junta Personnel Injured in Attack on Military Garrison Based at Kyauktine Rural Health Center in Minhla Township<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

At least four junta personnel<\/strong>, including an officer<\/strong>, were reportedly injured when revolutionary forces attacked a junta garrison stationed at the Kyauktine Rural Health Center<\/strong> located near the Pathien\u2013Monywa Highway<\/strong> in Minhla Township<\/strong>, part of Thayet District<\/strong>, Magway Region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The attack was carried out using locally made 60 mm bombs<\/strong>, targeting approximately 35 junta troops<\/strong> stationed at the health center, according to an official statement issued on July 13<\/strong> by Thayet District\u2019s No. 1 Battalion<\/strong>, under the No. 1 Military Sub-District.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The assault, conducted on July 11<\/strong>, was jointly led by the Thayet District Military Office of the People\u2019s Defense Force (PDF)<\/strong>, No. 4 Battalion<\/strong>, and Drone Unit Platoon 1<\/strong>, in coordination with Minhla Township PDF<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The joint resistance forces carried out two bombing strikes<\/strong> using combat drones<\/strong>: the first occurred at 1:22 PM<\/strong> with two 60 mm homemade bombs, and the second at 1:50 PM<\/strong>, again with two 60 mm bombs. All four bombs successfully detonated at the intended targets, causing probable injuries to no fewer than four junta personnel<\/strong>, including at least one officer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following the attacks, the junta forces reportedly responded by firing indiscriminately with heavy weaponry<\/strong> and increasing military inspections on travelers<\/strong>, leading the No. 1 Battalion of Thayet District PDF to issue a warning for civilians to remain alert and exercise caution<\/strong> while traveling in the area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
