Ambush on Military Column of Four Vehicles and 150 Troops en Route to Nga Myar Gyi Police Outpost Results in 30 Killed, 2 Captured<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>July 5<\/strong><br><strong>Radio NUG<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On&nbsp;<strong>July 3 at 7:00 AM<\/strong>, a joint resistance force ambushed a military column of&nbsp;<strong>four vehicles carrying approximately 150 troops<\/strong>, which was moving from&nbsp;<strong>Gwe Kone temporary base<\/strong>&nbsp;to&nbsp;<strong>Nga Myar Gyi Police Outpost<\/strong>, transporting weapons, supplies, and rotating troops. Junta Gate Outpost in Southern Salin Attacked with Explosive Device<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>July 5<\/strong><br><strong>Radio NUG<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A small gate outpost of the junta forces located at the&nbsp;<strong>southern exit of Salin town<\/strong>, Magway Region, was attacked with explosives, according to a statement from&nbsp;<strong>People\u2019s Brothers \u2013 Salin<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The attack occurred on&nbsp;<strong>July 4 at 7:35 p.m.<\/strong>, when the resistance forces&nbsp;<strong>detonated a powerful explosive device<\/strong>&nbsp;targeting the junta&#8217;s checkpoint outpost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The explosion reportedly resulted in&nbsp;<strong>injuries to at least six junta personnel<\/strong>, including&nbsp;<strong>Major Moe Wai Yan Lin<\/strong>, and&nbsp;<strong>there were confirmed fatalities<\/strong>. Minhla Township Hit by Over 10 Military Raids in 8 Weeks; 1 Civilian Killed, At Least 5 Injured<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>July 5<\/strong><br><strong>Radio NUG<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Minhla Township<\/strong>, in Magway Region, has been subjected to&nbsp;<strong>at least 10 military raids within the past 8 weeks<\/strong>, resulting in&nbsp;<strong>the death of one civilian and injuries to no fewer than five others<\/strong>, due to junta&nbsp;<strong>airstrikes and drone attacks<\/strong>, according to a statement from the&nbsp;<strong>Upper Minhla People\u2019s Defense Group<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Between&nbsp;<strong>late March and late May<\/strong>, the&nbsp;<strong>Upper Minhla People\u2019s Defense Group<\/strong>&nbsp;and the&nbsp;<strong>People\u2019s Liberation Army (PIO\/PIA)<\/strong>&nbsp;carried out:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>2 mine ambushes<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>6 direct engagement ambushes<\/strong><br>against junta columns operating in the area.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>During these attacks, the junta forces suffered:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>at least 63 injuries<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>at least 25 fatalities<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The military column reportedly&nbsp;<strong>repeatedly set fire to civilian homes<\/strong>, but due to&nbsp;<strong>heavy rains<\/strong>, only&nbsp;<strong>two houses were ultimately destroyed<\/strong>. Airstrike on O Yin Ywar Thit Village in Southern Myaing Kills One Civilian<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>July 5<\/strong><br><strong>Radio NUG<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A civilian was killed in an&nbsp;<strong>airstrike on O Yin Ywar Thit Village<\/strong>, located in the southern part of&nbsp;<strong>Myaing Township<\/strong>, Magway Region, according to a statement from&nbsp;<strong>We Love Myaing<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At&nbsp;<strong>11:17 a.m. on July 5<\/strong>, two&nbsp;<strong>military fighter jets<\/strong>&nbsp;from&nbsp;<strong>Pakokku-based Division 101<\/strong>&nbsp;dropped&nbsp;<strong>three bombs<\/strong>&nbsp;on the&nbsp;<strong>northwestern part<\/strong>&nbsp;of the village.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There was&nbsp;<strong>no active combat in the area<\/strong>&nbsp;at the time of the strike. The air attack by the junta forces was described as&nbsp;<strong>unprovoked<\/strong>.
